本发明提供一种具有双传送系统的热烘炉,包括炉腔、支架、主动辊、从动辊、支撑辊、传送带、滑轨、电动滑台、机械抓手;热烘炉内设有隧道状的炉腔,炉腔的左侧设有下传送机构,下传送机构包括设置在炉腔底端的支架以及设置在支架左右两侧的主动辊、从动辊,主动辊由马达驱动,主动辊、从动辊之间设有若干支撑辊,传送带绕过主动辊、支撑辊、从动辊形成回路;炉腔的右侧设有上传送机构,上传送机构的左侧延伸至下传送机构右侧的正上方,上传送机构包括设置在炉腔顶端的滑轨,滑轨上设有与之滑动连接的电动滑台,电动滑台的底端设有升降机构,升降机构的末端设有机械抓手。本发明的有益效果是烘干均匀度高。

本发明属于热烘炉设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种具有双传送系统的热烘炉。
背景技术
在现有的技术中,物料大都是通过穿过热烘炉炉膛的传送带传送,如此,物料底端紧贴传送带,不易被烘干,存在烘干不均匀的现象,一种可以解决这种问题、具有双传送系统的热烘炉有待于进一步研究和开发。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、操作简单、烘干效率高的具有双传送系统的热烘炉。
本发明的技术方案是:本发明的一种具有双传送系统的热烘炉,包括炉腔、支架、主动辊、从动辊、支撑辊、传送带、滑轨、电动滑台、机械抓手;
热烘炉内设有隧道状的炉腔,所述炉腔的左侧设有下传送机构,所述下传送机构包括设置在炉腔底端的支架以及设置在支架左右两侧的主动辊、从动辊,所述主动辊由马达驱动,所述主动辊、从动辊之间设有若干支撑辊,所述传送带绕过主动辊、支撑辊、从动辊形成回路;
所述炉腔的右侧设有上传送机构,所述上传送机构的左侧延伸至下传送机构右侧的正上方,所述上传送机构包括设置在炉腔顶端的滑轨,所述滑轨上设有与之滑动连接的电动滑台,所述电动滑台的底端设有升降机构,所述所述升降机构的末端设有机械抓手。
所述升降机构包括设置在电动滑台底端的气缸以及设置在气缸上的活塞杆。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
1、由于采用上述技术方案,热烘炉的使用更加方便;具有结构简单,加工成本低、便于推广应用等优点。
2、物料在左侧下传送机构的传送过程中,物料顶端被均匀烘干,物料在右侧上传送机构的传送过程中,物料底端被均匀烘干,烘干均匀度高。

下面结合附图对本发明做详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明的一种具有双传送系统的热烘炉,包括炉腔1、支架2、主动辊3、从动辊4、支撑辊5、传送带6、滑轨7、电动滑台8、气缸9、活塞杆10、机械抓手11;
热烘炉内设有隧道状的炉腔1,炉腔1的左侧设有下传送机构,所述下传送机构包括设置在炉腔1底端的支架2以及设置在支架2左右两侧的主动辊3、从动辊4,主动辊3由马达驱动,主动辊3、从动辊4之间设有若干支撑辊5,传送带6绕过主动辊3、支撑辊5、从动辊4形成回路;
炉腔1的右侧设有上传送机构,上传送机构的左侧延伸至下传送机构右侧的正上方,上传送机构包括设置在炉腔1顶端的滑轨7,滑轨7上设有与之滑动连接的电动滑台8,电动滑台8的底端设有升降机构,所述升降机构的末端设有机械抓手11。
所述升降机构包括设置在电动滑台8底端的气缸9以及设置在气缸9上的活塞杆10。
本实例的工作过程:
使用时,将待烘干的物料放置到传送带6的左侧,随着物料在炉腔1内从左到右移动,物料被逐渐烘干,当物料到达传送带6的右侧时,升降机构下降,机械抓手11将物料的顶端抓起,有利于物料底部的烘干,使得物料可被均匀的烘干,物料随着电动滑台8的移动被传送出炉腔1,到达炉腔1最右端时,升降机构继续下降,将物料卸载下来,如此循环作业,可提高物料的烘干效率。

热烘炉内设有隧道状的炉腔,所述炉腔的左侧设有下传送机构,所述下传送机构包括设置在炉腔底端的支架以及设置在支架左右两侧的主动辊、从动辊,所述主动辊由马达驱动,所述主动辊、从动辊之间设有若干支撑辊,所述传送带绕过主动辊、支撑辊、从动辊形成回路;
所述炉腔的右侧设有上传送机构,所述上传送机构的左侧延伸至下传送机构右侧的正上方,所述上传送机构包括设置在炉腔顶端的滑轨,所述滑轨上设有与之滑动连接的电动滑台,所述电动滑台的底端设有升降机构,所述所述升降机构的末端设有机械抓手。
