一种小麦烘干装置,包括机架(1)、进料斗(2)与出料斗(3),所述的机架(1)右侧设有进料斗(2),左侧设有出料斗(3);其特征在于:所述的机架(1)左端还设有主动轮(4),中间设有烘箱(5),右端设有从动轮(6),主动轮(4)与从动轮(6)通过输送带(7)连接,输送带(7)穿过烘箱(5),从动轮(6)两侧的机架(1)上设有横跨在输送带(7)上的滤平板(8);机架(1)左端底部设有驱动装置(9),驱动装置(9)通过传动带(10)与主动轮(4)连接,控制主动轮(4)旋转,带动输送带(7)在烘箱(5)内进行循环移动。本发明,操作方便,使用快捷,节省能耗,大大提高了烘干的效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及农用设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种小麦烘干装置。
背景技术
粮食的干燥是粮食生产过程中一个重要环节,也是粮食储存现代化技术中最薄弱的环节。如何在保持高水分小麦干燥后品质的前提下,提高烘干机生产效率,降低烘干成本,确定最优干燥工艺参数组合是一个重要的研究课题。高水分小麦在干燥时要消耗大量的热能同时高温以及各个加工过程又使营养成分大量流失,所以高能耗和严重影响干燥后质量是粮食干燥加工中存在的两个最主要问题。因高水分小麦的最终含水率主要由贮存和稳定性要求确定,而最终含水率又决定了干燥时间和干燥操作的条件。高水分小麦籽粒内部的湿分梯度和籽粒间湿含量的均匀性是非常重要的。粮食的原始含水率越大,它的热稳定性越差,热敏性越高。在高水分小麦干燥过程中,其热敏性将容易造成籽粒表面硬结,使籽粒表面的毛细管遭到大量破坏,从而不利于干燥过程的进行。所以现有小麦干燥技术己不能满足高水分小麦的高效节能高品质干燥。因此在进行干燥时,需考虑到高水分小麦的热稳定性及表面的特点,采取缓和的干燥工艺。
发明内容
根据上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种小麦烘干装置,通过驱动装置带动输送带移动,进料斗将物料输送给输送带,通过滤平板将物料平铺,物料进入烘箱进行加热烘干,通过烘箱上的低噪音高压风机加速烘干;烘干后的物料通过出料斗输出,节省能耗,大大提高了烘干的效率。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:一种小麦烘干装置,包括机架、进料斗与出料斗,其特征在于:所述的机架右侧设有进料斗,左侧设有出料斗;所述的机架左端设有主动轮,中间设有烘箱,右端设有从动轮,主动轮与从动轮通过输送带连接,输送带穿过烘箱,从动轮两侧的机架上设有横跨在输送带上的滤平板;机架左端底部设有驱动装置,驱动装置通过传动带与主动轮连接,控制主动轮旋转,带动输送带在烘箱内进行循环移动。
所述的烘箱顶部设有一个或一个以上的低噪音高压风机。
所述的烘箱内胆采用优质镀锌板,外壁采用优质成型彩钢板制作,大梁用后成型钢板制作,保温层采用纤维石棉保温;电加热管为耐高温不锈钢无缝钢管。
所述的机架上还设有涨紧轮,通过涨紧轮防止输送带跑偏,脱落。
本发明,操作方便,使用快捷,节省能耗,大大提高了烘干的效率。

1.一种小麦烘干装置,包括机架(1)、进料斗(2)与出料斗(3),所述的机架(1)右侧设有进料斗(2),左侧设有出料斗(3);其特征在于:所述的机架(1)左端还设有主动轮(4),中间设有烘箱(5),右端设有从动轮(6),主动轮(4)与从动轮(6)通过输送带(7)连接,输送带(7)穿过烘箱(5),从动轮(6)两侧的机架(1)上设有横跨在输送带(7)上的滤平板(8);机架(1)左端底部设有驱动装置(9),驱动装置(9)通过传动带(10)与主动轮(4)连接,控制主动轮(4)旋转,带动输送带(7)在烘箱(5)内进行循环移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种小麦烘干装置,其特征在于:所述的烘箱(5)顶部设有一个或一个以上的低噪音高压风机(51)。
