Abstract
本申请公开了一种气泡膜一体箱及其制作方法,气泡膜一体箱包括纸层、设置于纸层表面的粘接层及设置于粘接层表面的缓冲层,其中缓冲层为气泡膜,通过将气泡膜粘附于纸层上,形成气泡膜一体箱,结构简单,容易加工,成本低廉,满足对运输物品的防震防颠要求,同时内部的气泡膜还可以防水防潮,防止包装物品受损。

技术领域
本申请属于纸箱包装技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种气泡膜一体箱及其制作方法。
背景技术
纸箱用于包装和保存各类物品,随着物流行业的蓬勃发展,纸箱的应用亦随之扩增。传统的纸箱仅仅是由纸板折叠而成,结构单一,为了防止物品在运输的过程中撞损,需要额外增加一些防震物质,如泡沫板、纸垫等,这些防震物质需要根据物品本身的形状定制,增加生产工序和生产成本,而这些定制的防震物质仅限于特定物品,应用范围有限。
发明内容
有鉴于此,针对纸箱结构单一的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种气泡膜一体箱及其制作方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请揭示了一种气泡膜一体箱,其包括纸层、设置于纸层表面的粘接层及设置于粘接层表面的缓冲层,其中缓冲层为气泡膜。
根据本申请的一实施方式,上述气泡膜具有多个气泡,多个气泡间的间距分别为2mm。
根据本申请的一实施方式,上述多个气泡的长度为50mm、80mm或175mm。
本申请还揭示了一种气泡膜一体箱的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
制作纸板;
制作气泡膜,通过挤出机加工低密度聚乙烯,生成气泡膜;
通过涂布机将松香胶涂覆于纸板的上表面,形成粘接层;
将气泡膜贴附于粘接层的上表面,形成缓冲层;
干燥1小时,松香胶凝固,将纸层和缓冲层粘接相连;
用空气压缩机向气泡膜注入空气,将气泡膜的气泡从扁平状充气至圆柱状;及
折叠纸板,形成一体箱。
根据本申请的一实施方式,空气压缩机注射空气的气压为4KG。
根据本申请的一实施方式,气泡的直径为10mm。
与现有技术相比,本申请可以获得包括以下技术效果:
本申请的气泡膜一体箱结构简单,容易加工,成本低廉,满足对运输物品的防震防颠要求,同时内部的气泡膜还可以防水防潮,防止包装物品受损。

具体实施方式
以下将以图式揭露本申请的多个实施方式,为明确说明起见,许多实务上的细节将在以下叙述中一并说明。然而,应了解到,这些实务上的细节不应用以限制本申请。也就是说,在本申请的部分实施方式中,这些实务上的细节是非必要的。此外,为简化图式起见,一些习知惯用的结构与组件在图式中将以简单的示意的方式绘示之。
关于本文中所使用之“第一”、“第二”等,并非特别指称次序或顺位的意思,亦非用以限定本申请,其仅仅是为了区别以相同技术用语描述的组件或操作而已。
本申请提供一种气泡膜一体箱,请参阅图1和图2,其分别是本申请的一实施方式的气泡膜一体箱的展开图和示意图;如图所示,气泡膜一体箱包括纸层1、设置于纸层1表面的粘接层2及设置于粘接层2表面的缓冲层3,其中纸层1折叠形成纸箱,缓冲层3为气泡膜。气泡膜上具有均匀排列的多个气泡31,气泡31呈直条状,每个气泡31间的间距为2mm,多个气泡31填满整个纸层1表面,从而充分支撑放入纸箱内的物品。优选地,单个气泡31的长度可以为50mm、80mm或175mm,即单张气泡膜的长度对应为50mm、80mm或175mm。根据物品本身的大小,制定相应尺寸的纸箱,当制定的纸箱尺寸较小时,选择尺寸较小的气泡膜即可;当制定的纸箱尺寸较大时,选择多个气泡膜拼接即可,故生产气泡膜时无需定制各种尺寸的模具,节约成本。
进一步地,以下是气泡膜一体箱的制作方法。首先制作纸板,形成纸层1,纸板的原料可以为瓦楞纸、牛皮纸,根据所要包装的物品的重量,纸层可以为三层或五层结构。再制作气泡膜,气泡膜是通过挤出机加工低密度聚乙烯而成,低密度聚乙烯无毒、无味、无臭且防水防潮,其可以在形成气泡膜作为缓冲层3的同时,亦可以防止包装的物品受潮。
在纸板和气泡膜准备完毕后,用涂布机在纸板的上表面涂覆松香胶,涂布机的涂布相较于人工涂布更均匀,效率更高,从而可以防止松香胶涂布不均造成的气泡膜脱落。在涂覆松香胶时,避开纸板的折叠位置,涂覆完毕后,形成粘接层2,将气泡膜贴附于粘接层2的上表面,放置于通风处1小时,待松香胶风干凝固,即可将纸层1和缓冲层3粘接相连。
在未使用前,气泡膜未充气,气泡31处于扁平状,此时占地面积小,便于保存;在需要使用时,用空气压缩机向气泡膜注入空气,将气泡膜的气泡31从扁平状充气至圆柱状,空气压缩机注射空气的气压为4KG,可以快速将气泡31充满,并防止充爆气泡31,气泡31充满后的直径为10mm,避免气泡31体积过大而占用纸箱内的空间。最后将纸层1的纸板折叠成纸箱,即形成本申请的气泡膜一体箱。
综上所述,本申请的一或多个实施方式中,本申请的气泡膜一体箱结构简单,容易加工,成本低廉,满足对运输物品的防震防颠要求,同时内部的气泡膜还可以防水防潮,防止包装物品受损。

1.一种气泡膜一体箱,其特征在于,包括纸层、设置于所述纸层表面的粘接层及设置于粘接层表面的缓冲层,其中缓冲层为气泡膜。
2.如权利要求1所述的气泡膜一体箱,其特征在于,所述气泡膜具有多个气泡,所述多个气泡间的间距分别为2mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的气泡膜一体箱,其特征在于,所述多个气泡的长度为50mm、80mm或175mm。
4.一种气泡膜一体箱的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
制作纸板;
制作气泡膜,通过挤出机加工低密度聚乙烯,生成所述气泡膜;
通过涂布机将松香胶涂覆于所述纸板的上表面,形成粘接层;
将所述气泡膜贴附于所述粘接层的上表面,形成缓冲层;
干燥1小时,所述松香胶凝固,将所述纸层和缓冲层粘接相连;
用空气压缩机向所述气泡膜注入空气,将所述气泡膜的气泡从扁平状充气至圆柱状;及
折叠所述纸板,形成一体箱。
5.如权利要求4所述的气泡膜一体箱的制作方法,其特征在于,所述空气压缩机注射空气的气压为4KG。
6.如权利要求4所述的气泡膜一体箱的制作方法,其特征在于,所述气泡的直径为10mm。
