本发明公开了一种大型机械切割装置,包括装置本体和机箱,装置本体的底端设有机箱,且机箱焊接在装置本体上,机箱的外表面设有操控器和握手,且操控器和和握手均与机箱紧密贴合,操控器的外表面设有开关和显示屏,且开关和显示屏均嵌入设置在操控器上,机箱的内部设有驱动电机、传动杆和旋转叶片,且驱动电机嵌入设置在机箱内,设有切割齿牙,且切割齿牙能够适应各个角度的切割,使得在对某些特殊部位进行加工时,无需人工进行加工,通过数控实现精准化切割,提高了装置本体的便捷性,提高了工作效率。

本发明涉及切割装置技术领域,具体为一种大型机械切割装置。
背景技术
在机械加工领域,切割装置时必不可少的部分,切割的质量直接决定了最终的成品的质量,机械切割常常被使用在重工业中,是对金属、木材、塑料等各种材质进行切割作业的加工方式,其实质是被加工的材质受剪力挤压而发生变形并减裂分离的工艺过程。
但现有的机械切割装置,结构单一,在生产过程中,切割较为粗糙,对某些特殊要求的位置无法精准切割,往往需要进行人工进行精准切割,同时,在切割过程中,会产生大量飞扬的碎屑,碎屑不仅会对周边环境造成污染,还会对工作人员的身体健康造成影响。
所以,如何设计一种大型机械切割装置,成为我们当前要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种大型机械切割装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出无法精准进行切割,且切割中产生的碎屑会对人体造成伤害的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种大型机械切割装置,包括装置本体和机箱,所述装置本体的底端设有机箱,且所述机箱焊接在装置本体上,所述机箱的外表面设有操控器和握手,且所述操控器和握手均与机箱紧密贴合,所述操控器的外表面设有开关和显示屏,且所述开关和显示屏均嵌入设置在所述操控器上,所述机箱的内部设有驱动电机、传动杆和旋转叶片,且所述驱动电机嵌入设置在所述机箱内,所述驱动电机与旋转叶片通过传动杆活动连接,所述机箱的底端设有底座和万向轮,且所述底座焊接在机箱上,所述万向轮嵌入设置在所述底座内,所述机箱的内部设有固定座,且所述固定座嵌入设置在所述机箱内,所述固定座的顶端设有夹紧块,且所述夹紧块与固定座紧密贴合,所述机箱的两侧的外表面均设有纵向滑轨,且所述纵向滑轨嵌入设置在所述机箱上,所述纵向滑轨的外表面设有活动架,且所述活动架与机箱通过纵向滑轨活动连接,所述活动架的顶端设有横向滑轨和外壳,且所述外壳与活动架通过横向滑轨活动连接,所述外壳的内部设有旋转轴,且所述旋转轴嵌入设置在所述外壳内,所述旋转轴的四周设有打磨器和切割刀片,且所述打磨器和切割刀片均与旋转轴紧密贴合。
优选的,所述机箱的内部设有收集框,所述收集框嵌入设置在所述机箱内。
优选的,所述操控器的外表面设有调节旋钮,且所述调节旋钮嵌入设置在所述操控器上。
优选的,所述固定座的顶端设有防滑垫,且所述防滑垫与固定座紧密贴合。
优选的,所述外壳的外表面设有摄像机,且所述摄像机与外壳紧密贴合。
优选的,所述切割刀片的顶端设有切割齿牙,且所述切割齿牙贯穿设置在所述旋转轴上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该种大型机械切割装置,设有收集框,且收集框的内壁深度为50cm,收集框呈“矩形”,在机械切割过程中,旋转叶片会快速进行旋转,从而产生巨大的吸力,使得切割过程中产生的碎屑会被吸力吸进收集框内进行收集,使得碎屑不会到处飞扬,污染周边的环境,保护了工作人员的身体健康,能够对碎屑集中进行处理,提高了装置本体的实用性,设有切割齿牙,且切割齿牙能够适应各个角度的切割,使得在对某些特殊部位进行加工时,无需人工进行加工,通过数控实现精准化切割,提高了装置本体的便捷性,提高了工作效率,设有摄像机,且摄像机采用1000万像素高清摄像机,能够对切割部件各个部位进行放大,便于工作人员判定部件切割是否合格,提高了装置本体的多功能性。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种大型机械切割装置,包括装置本体1和机箱2,装置本体1的底端设有机箱2,且机箱2焊接在装置本体1上,机箱2的外表面设有操控器203和握手202,且操控器203和握手202均与机箱2紧密贴合,操控器203的外表面设有开关2031和显示屏2033,且开关2031和显示屏2033均嵌入设置在操控器203上,机箱2的内部设有驱动电机205、传动杆206和旋转叶片207,且驱动电机205嵌入设置在机箱2内,驱动电机205与旋转叶片207通过传动杆206活动连接,机箱2的底端设有底座3和万向轮301,且底座3焊接在机箱2上,万向轮301嵌入设置在底座3内,机箱2的内部设有固定座4,且固定座4嵌入设置在机箱2内,固定座4的顶端设有夹紧块402,且夹紧块402与固定座4紧密贴合,机箱2的两侧的外表面均设有纵向滑轨204,且纵向滑轨204嵌入设置在机箱2上,纵向滑轨204的外表面设有活动架5,且活动架5与机箱2通过纵向滑轨204活动连接,活动架5的顶端设有横向滑轨501和外壳6,且外壳6与活动架5通过横向滑轨501活动连接,外壳6的内部设有旋转轴605,且旋转轴605嵌入设置在外壳6内,旋转轴605的四周设有打磨器603和切割刀片602,且打磨器603和切割刀片602均与旋转轴605紧密贴合。
进一步的,机箱2的内部设有收集框201,收集框201嵌入设置在机箱2内,收集框201呈“矩形”,能够对碎屑进行收集,便于对碎屑进行集中处理。
进一步的,操控器203的外表面设有调节旋钮401,且调节旋钮401嵌入设置在操控器203上,使得工作人员通过调节旋钮401来对活动架5进行调节,提高了装置本体1便捷性。
进一步的,固定座4的顶端设有防滑垫401,且防滑垫401与固定座4紧密贴合,防滑垫401的摩擦系数为0.8,使得物料不易发生移位,确保切割的准确性。
进一步的,外壳6的外表面设有摄像机601,且摄像机601与外壳6紧密贴合,通过摄像机601,能够工作人员对物料的切割情况进行实时监测。
进一步的,切割刀片602的顶端设有切割齿牙604,且切割齿牙604贯穿设置在旋转轴605上,能够对某些特殊部位进行精准切割,省去了人工切割的麻烦,提高了装置本体1的便捷性。
工作原理:首先,工作人员在使用装置本体1之前,应该对装置本体1进行全面检查,若发现问题,应及时对装置本体1进行修理,确保无误后,才可进行使用,将装置本体1通过底座3的万向轮301移动至适宜的地方,随后,工作人员将需要切割的物料放在固定在4上,再通过夹紧块402对物料进行固定,安装完成后,工作人员再打开操控器203的开关2031,旋转调节旋钮2032,活动架5通过纵向滑轨204会开始进行移动,移动到指定位置后,活动架5上的外壳6会通过横向滑轨501开始进行移动,到达物料的上方后停止,外壳6内的切割刀片602会开始对物料进行切割,在切割过程中,机箱2内的驱动电机205会启动,提供动力到传动杆206上,从而带动旋转叶片207开始进行旋转,切割过程中产生的碎屑会被旋转叶片207产生的吸力吸收,并储存在收集框201内,在初步切割完毕后,工作人员可以通过显示屏2033观察到摄像机601实时传输的影像,并对下一步精准切割做出调整。
