本发明公开了一种抗烧结覆膜砂,原砂100份,酚醛树脂5‑8份,偶联剂0.1‑0.2份,固化剂0.2‑0.45份,抗烧结剂0.3‑0.4份,所述润滑剂0.09‑0.5份。本发明通过偶联剂抗烧结覆膜砂不会影响其强度、酌烧减量和发气量等技术指标。

技术领域
本发明属于铸造技术领域,具体涉及一种抗烧结覆膜砂。
背景技术
现有覆膜砂为了避免铸件烧结,加入铬铁矿砂,但是铬铁矿砂的角形系数大,生产铸件的表面光洁度低,而且铬铁矿砂成本高。目前铸造厂家仅仅通过降低浇注温度来预防烧结,但是给铸件带来的问题有冷隔、浇不足等其他缺陷,当前没有一种覆膜砂产品能够兼顾。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术领域存在的上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于,提供一种抗烧结覆膜砂,增加了覆膜砂满足铸铁件到铸钢件的普适性,提高了铸件的出品率,节约铸造企业造型材料的成本。
本发明提供的一种抗烧结覆膜砂,其配方如下:原砂100份,酚醛树脂5-8份,偶联剂0.1-0.2份,固化剂0.2-0.45份,抗烧结剂0.3-0.4份,所述润滑剂0.09-0.5份;抗烧结剂采用粉体氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁的混合物,所述氢氧化铝与氢氧化镁的配比是0.5-2,氢氧化铝与氢氧化镁的配比是3;酚醛树脂还包括改性酚醛树脂,所述改性酚醛树脂是通过以下步骤获得的:将甲醛配制成18-26%的甲醛水溶液,用氢氧化钠调节PH为9-10,加入二硼化铬,在50-80℃条件下反应5-7h,最后加入苯酚,在90-110℃条件下反应3-5h。
本发明提供的一种抗烧结覆膜砂,其有益效果在于:氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁为绿色环保型抗烧结剂,在运输、储存和使用过程中不会对环境和人员产生有害影响;也不会改变覆膜砂原有生产工艺和制芯使用条件;通过偶联剂抗烧结覆膜砂不会影响其强度、酌烧减量等技术指标。

下面结合一个实施例,对本发明提供的一种抗烧结覆膜砂进行详细的说明。
实施例
一种抗烧结覆膜砂,其配方如下:原砂100份,酚醛树脂8份,偶联剂0.2份,固化剂0.45份,抗烧结剂0.4份,所述润滑剂0.5份;抗烧结剂采用粉体氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁的混合物,所述氢氧化铝与氢氧化镁的配比是0.5,氢氧化铝与氢氧化镁的配比是3;酚醛树脂还包括改性酚醛树脂,所述改性酚醛树脂是通过以下步骤获得的:将甲醛配制成18%的甲醛水溶液,用氢氧化钠调节PH为10,加入二硼化铬,在50℃条件下反应5h,最后加入苯酚,在110℃条件下反应5h。

1.一种抗烧结覆膜砂,其特征在于:其配方如下:原砂100份,酚醛树脂5-8份,偶联剂0.1-0.2份,固化剂0.2-0.45份,抗烧结剂0.3-0.4份,所述润滑剂0.09-0.5份;抗烧结剂采用粉体氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁的混合物,所述氢氧化铝与氢氧化镁的配比是0.5-2,氢氧化铝与氢氧化镁的配比是3;酚醛树脂还包括改性酚醛树脂,所述改性酚醛树脂是通过以下步骤获得的:将甲醛配制成18-26%的甲醛水溶液,用氢氧化钠调节PH为9-10,加入二硼化铬,在50-80℃条件下反应5-7h,最后加入苯酚,在90-110℃条件下反应3-5h。
