Abstract

本发明公开了一种临时起搏导管,包括导管主体,所述导管主体包括远端、近端和中心腔室,至少一个起搏电极设于导管主体的远端;临时起搏器设于导管主体的近端,所述起搏电极与临时起搏器通过起搏导线连接;所述临时起搏器包括起搏器管体,所述起搏器管体内设有微型电池以及微处理器和脉冲发生器;在所述临时起搏器的起搏器管体上设有第一开口,在导管主体的远端设有第二开口,所述第一开口与第二开口之间设有管路。本发明的临时起搏导管,其体积较小,可以留置体表,也可以临时植入体内;所述导管还可以用来监测心室压力、抽取血液或输注药物。

一种临时起搏导管
技术领域
本发明涉及一种起搏导管,具体的讲,涉及一种临时起搏导管。
背景技术
临时起搏用于心律失常或心肌梗死引起的房室传导阻滞或右束支阻滞的急救。临时起博仅将起搏电极插入到体内,其近端放置在病人体外。起搏器和起搏电极的连接线放置在体外,起搏器也放置在体外。
当使用临时起博导管的时候,通过鞘管对周围静脉,如股静脉或锁骨下静脉穿刺进入体内,再将临时起博导管插入鞘管,导管的远端抵住右心室尖部。导管近端的正负电极与临时起博器的端子连接,通过开关可以启动起搏器进行临时起博。
但是现有的起搏器体积较大,无法固定在患者的体表,操作起来比较复杂,并且病人转移的过程中,还需要将临时起博电极从体内撤出才行。
因此,需要一种新型的临时起博导管。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种临时起搏导管,包括导管主体,所述导管主体包括远端、近端和中心腔室,至少一个起搏电极设于导管主体的远端;临时起搏器设于导管主体的近端,所述起搏电极与临时起搏器通过起搏导线连接;所述临时起搏器包括起搏器管体,所述起搏器管体内设有微型电池以及微处理器和脉冲发生器;在所述临时起搏器的起搏器管体上设有第一开口,在导管主体的远端设有第二开口,所述第一开口与第二开口之间设有管路。
所述第一开口处设有阀片,所述第二开口处也设有阀片,所述阀片为柔性结构。
所述第一开口连接有压力监测设备或血液抽取装置或药物输注装置。
所述临时起搏器的近端设有接头,所述接头的一端与起搏导线连接,另一端与监测设备相连。
优选的,所述微处理器和脉冲发生器为一体式结构。
根据本发明的一个优选实施方式的临时起搏导管,包括临时起搏器,其体积较小,可以留置体表,也可以临时植入体内;所述导管还可以用来监测心室压力、抽取血液或输注药物。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施方式,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细的说明,但本发明不仅仅限于下面的实施方式。
图1所示的是本发明的临时起搏导管10的结构示意图,包括导管主体13,所述导管主体13由生物相容性材料制成,其包括远端、近端和中心腔室。至少一个起搏电极12设于导管主体13的远端,所述起搏电极12可以为一个、两个或多个,根据实际需要而定。临时起搏器14设于导管主体13的近端。所述起搏电极12与临时起搏器14通过起搏导线15连接,所述起搏导线15在所述导管主体13的中心腔室内延伸。
所述临时起搏器14包括起搏器管体43,其由生物相容性材料制成,包括一中心腔室。在起搏器管体43的中心腔室内设有微型电池41,微处理器和脉冲发生器42,用于对接收到的信号进行处理,并发放不同频率及幅度的起博脉冲,从而使得起搏电极进行起博。所述微处理器和脉冲发生器可以为一体式结构,也可以为分体式结构。本发明中,所述微处理器和脉冲发生器可以为一体式结构,将微处理器和脉冲发生器两个单元集成到一起,缩小了体积占比,同时达到了较好的起博效果。本发明的临时起搏器体积很小,可以留置体表,也可以临时植入体内。
所述临时起搏器14的近端还设有接头(图中未示出),所述接头的一端与起搏导线15连接,另一端可以通过电缆与监测设备相连,用于对起博电极12的信号进行监测。
在所述临时起搏器14的起搏器管体43上设有第一开口16,所述第一开口16可以连接鲁尔接头或其它合适的结构。在所述第一开口16处可以抽取血液、输注药物或者与压力监测设备相连监测心室压力。在导管主体13的远端设有第二开口18,所述第一开口16与第二开口18之间设有管路17,管路17的远端通过起搏器管体43以及导管主体13的中心腔室延伸至导管主体13的远端第二开口处。在第二开口18处可以设有阀片19,所述阀片19为柔性结构。当进行血液抽取或者药物输注的时候,阀片19会相应的打开或闭合。
所述管路17为单行管路,不管是血液抽取、药物输注还是压力监测的时候,同时只能是一个方向进行,不能自由的选择输送方向。当阀片19受到的压力不突破临界值时,阀片19的开口方向不会变化。此处的临界值是指阀片19受到的压力足以使阀片变形朝另一方向打开。当阀片19开口朝下的时候,只能从第一开口16向第二开口18输送,此时可以是药物输注。当阀片19开口朝上的时候,只能从第二开口18向第一开口16输送,此时可以是抽取血液。
所述第一开口16处也可以设有阀片(图中未示出),所述阀片为柔性结构。当第一开口16处与压力监测设备相连的时候,可以监测心室压力。所述第一开口16与第二开口18处可以同时设有阀片,也可以分别设有阀片。
本发明的临时起搏导管10在使用的时候,首先通过可撕裂鞘管对锁骨下静脉穿刺进入体内,再将临时起博导管插入鞘管,导管的远端抵住右心室尖部,此时可以进行临时起博。临时起搏器部分可以是留置体表,也可以临时植入体内。
本发明的实施方式并不限于上述实施例所述,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,本领域普通技术人员在形式和细节上对本发明做出的各种改变和改进,均被认为落入了本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种临时起搏导管,其特征在于包括导管主体,所述导管主体包括远端、近端和中心腔室,至少一个起搏电极设于导管主体的远端;临时起搏器设于导管主体的近端,所述起搏电极与临时起搏器通过起搏导线连接;所述临时起搏器包括起搏器管体,所述起搏器管体内设有微型电池以及微处理器和脉冲发生器;在所述临时起搏器的起搏器管体上设有第一开口,在导管主体的远端设有第二开口,所述第一开口与第二开口之间设有管路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的临时起搏导管,其特征在于所述第一开口处设有阀片。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的临时起搏导管,其特征在于所述第二开口处设有阀片。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的临时起搏导管,其特征在于所述阀片为柔性结构。
5.根据上述任一项权利要求所述的临时起搏导管,其特征在于起搏导线和管路在所述导管主体的中心腔室内延伸。
6.根据上述任一项权利要求所述的临时起搏导管,其特征在于所述第一开口连接有压力监测设备。
7.根据上述任一项权利要求所述的临时起搏导管,其特征在于所述第一开口连接有血液抽取装置。
8.根据上述任一项权利要求所述的临时起搏导管,其特征在于所述第一开口连接有药物输注装置。
9.根据上述任一项权利要求所述的临时起搏导管,其特征在于所述临时起搏器的近端设有接头,所述接头的一端与起搏导线连接,另一端与监测设备相连。
10.根据上述任一项权利要求所述的临时起搏导管,其特征在于微处理器和脉冲发生器为一体式结构。
