the water dispenser also comprises a cup control system which mainly comprises a rotating mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a recognizer, a memory and a microcomputer controller, wherein the rotating mechanism is arranged in a cup placing space of the cabinet body, a plurality of cup seats are uniformly distributed on a turntable of the rotating mechanism in the circumferential direction, each cup seat is used for placing independent drinking cups, the bottom of each cup seat is provided with a lifting hole with a through hole structure, the rotating action of the rotating mechanism is controlled by the microcomputer controller, the lifting mechanism is arranged in the cup placing space of the cabinet body, a lifting part of the lifting mechanism axially corresponds to a water outlet switch in a water receiving space of the cabinet body, a middle partition plate between the lifting mechanism and the water outlet switch axially corresponds to be provided with a cup lifting hole with a through hole structure and larger than the maximum outer diameter of the drinking cup, the lifting part of the lifting mechanism in the initial state is arranged below the turntable of the rotating mechanism and axially corresponds to any cup seat rotating to the upper part, the lifting action of the lifting mechanism is controlled by the microcomputer controller, the lifting mechanism of the lifting movement lifts the corresponding drinking cup on the rotating mechanism in the cup placing space into the water receiving space, the opening of the drinking cup is right opposite to the opening below the water outlet switch, the identifier is used for reading user identity information and conveying the read user identity information into the memory for information matching, the memory is prestored with one-to-one correspondence information between each user and each drinking cup in the cup placing space, the memory conveys the matching information of the current user and the corresponding drinking cup to the microcomputer controller, the microcomputer controller controls the rotating position of the rotating mechanism to extract the corresponding drinking cup to be in the state to be discharged, and then the lifting action of the lifting mechanism is controlled by the microcomputer controller so as to lift the drinking cup to be positioned on the rotating mechanism out of the cup placing space.
As one of the preferable schemes, the cup control system is also provided with an ultraviolet disinfection mechanism, the ultraviolet disinfection mechanism is used for disinfecting and sterilizing the drinking cup placed in the cup placing space of the cabinet body, and the action of the ultraviolet disinfection mechanism is triggered and controlled by the microcomputer controller according to the position signal of the drinking cup detected by the first position sensor on the cup seat.
As one of the preferable schemes, the reset action of the lifting mechanism of the cup control system is triggered and controlled by the microcomputer controller according to signals of a second position sensor or a manual switch, wherein the second position sensor is arranged at the top of the lifting part of the lifting mechanism or at a cup lifting hole of the middle partition plate, and is used for detecting position signals of drinking cups on the lifting part of the lifting mechanism.
As one of the preferred schemes, a cup pad with the outer diameter larger than the lifting hole is arranged in the cup seat, the top and the bottom of the cup pad are respectively of an anti-slip structure, the cup pad supports the drinking cup in the cup seat by the anti-slip structure of the top surface, the cup pad is contacted with the lifting part of the lifting mechanism by the anti-slip structure of the bottom surface, and the lifting part of the lifting mechanism lifts the drinking cup in the cup seat through the cup pad.
As one of preferable schemes, the water outlet switch is a manual switch.
As one of the preferable aspects, the temperature control system further has a temperature control adjusting switch for inputting a set heating temperature to the temperature controller. Further, the temperature control adjusting switch is a key switch or a knob switch.
As one of the preferable schemes, the water receiving space on the cabinet body is provided with an openable door plate, and the door plate is of a transparent structure.
The beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows:

Detailed Description
The invention relates to a water dispenser, in particular to a sanitary and intelligent water dispenser which is particularly suitable for places where workers gather, such as medical treatment, factories, markets and the like, and particularly for medical places. The technical content of the present invention will be described in detail and detail in the following with reference to the drawings in the specification, namely, fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, wherein in the following, the technical content of the present invention will be described in detail and detail in the embodiment 1, and in other embodiments, although the drawings are not separately drawn, the main structure of the present invention may still refer to the drawings in embodiment 1.

It can be seen that the structure of the cabinet 1 is basically the same as that of the existing cabinet type drinking machine. The water outlet switch 3 is a manual switch, so that different users can conveniently, timely, reliably and flexibly access the needed drinking water according to own needs.
In order to achieve the technical purpose of the invention, a cup lifting hole 9 which is larger than the largest outer diameter of a drinking cup 8 and has a through hole structure is formed in the area, which is vertically opposite to the opening of the water outlet switch 3, of the middle partition plate 5 on the cabinet body 1, and the water receiving space on the cabinet body 1 is communicated with the cup placing space through the cup lifting hole 9.
The temperature control system is arranged in the cabinet body 1 and mainly comprises a temperature control regulating switch 14, a temperature controller 15 and a heater 16. The temperature-controlled adjusting switch 14 is a knob switch structure which is disposed on the cabinet 1 and exposed at the outer surface of the cabinet 1 for human hand operation, and the temperature-controlled adjusting switch 14 is used for inputting a heating temperature set in real time (i.e., currently required) to the temperature controller 15, and the settable temperature range should be generally 0-100 ℃ according to the boiling point of the drinking water. The temperature controller 15 is arranged in the cabinet body 1, the temperature controller 15 is connected with the power supply 13 and the heater 16, so that the power supply 13 supplies heating current to the heater 16 through the temperature controller 15, and the current of the power supply 13 which is transmitted to the temperature controller 15 is correspondingly controlled under the action of the temperature control regulating switch 14, so that the heating temperature of the heater 16 is accurately controlled, namely the temperature control regulating switch 14 controls the heating action of the heater 16 through the temperature controller 15. The heater 16 is arranged in the cabinet body 1, the heater 16 is matched with the heat liner 19 in the cabinet body 1, and the heater 16 is used for heating the drinking water contained in the heat liner 19, so that the drinking water with the temperature required by a user is obtained.
The cup control system is arranged in the cabinet body 1, and mainly comprises a rotating mechanism 6, a lifting mechanism 7, a recognizer 12, a memory 20, a microcomputer controller 21 and an ultraviolet disinfection mechanism 10, and a power supply 13 provides working power for the electric elements in the system.
The rotating mechanism 6 is arranged in the cup placing space of the cabinet 1, and is mainly composed of a rotating motor 61, a decelerator and a turntable 62. The rotating motor 61 is vertically arranged at the bottom of the cup placing space of the cabinet body 1, the output shaft of the rotating motor 61 is upward, the output shaft of the rotating motor 61 is connected with the speed reducer, the output shaft of the speed reducer is connected with the center of the rotary table 62, and the rotary table 62 performs circumferential rotary motion in the range of the transverse plane of the cabinet body 1 under the action of the rotating motor 61. The outer edge of the turntable 62 is circumferentially and uniformly provided with a plurality of cup seats 64, the outline structure of each cup seat 64 is matched with the bottom outline structure of the drinking cup 8, and each cup seat 64 is used for placing the drinking cup 8 independent of each other; the moving track of the cup holders 64 on the turntable 62 in the rotating motion state corresponds to the cup lifting holes 9 on the middle partition plate 5, namely, the cup lifting holes 9 on the middle partition plate 5 are always in the moving track range of the cup holders 64 on the turntable 62 in the rotating motion state in the up-down direction; the bottom of each cup holder 64 has a lifting hole 63 with a through hole structure, and the diameter of the lifting hole 63 is smaller than that of the cup holder 63, that is, the overall structure of each cup holder 64 on the turntable 62 is stepped. The cup pad 11 with an outer diameter larger than the lifting hole 63 is arranged in the cup holder 64, the top and bottom surfaces of the cup pad 11 are respectively of an anti-slip structure, the cup pad 11 supports the drinking cup 8 in the cup holder 64 by the anti-slip structure of the top surface, and the cup pad 11 is in contact fit with the bottom surface of the cup holder 64 by the anti-slip structure of the bottom surface. The rotation of the rotation mechanism 6 is precisely controlled by the microcomputer controller 21.
The lifting mechanism 7 is arranged in the cup placing space of the cabinet body 1 and matched with the rotating mechanism 6, the lifting mechanism 7 mainly adopts a hydraulic cylinder structure, a cylinder body is used as a base, and a piston rod is used as a lifting component. The lifting mechanism 7 is vertically arranged at the bottom of the cup placing space of the cabinet body 1, the piston rod of the lifting mechanism is upwards, the maximum outer diameter of the piston rod is smaller than the minimum diameter of any cup seat 64 on the rotating mechanism turntable 62, and the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting hole 63 on the cup seat 64, and of course, for lifting stably, the top end of the piston rod is preferably in a big-end structure. The lifting part of the lifting mechanism 7, namely the piston rod axially corresponds to the water outlet switch 3 in the water receiving space of the cabinet body 1, namely the lifting part of the lifting mechanism 7, the cup lifting hole 9 on the middle partition plate 5 and the water outlet switch 3 in the water receiving space are formed on the same vertical line, namely three points and one line; in the initial state, the lifting component of the lifting mechanism 7 is positioned below the turntable 62 of the rotating mechanism 6, and the lifting component of the lifting mechanism 7 below the turntable 62 axially corresponds to any cup holder 64 rotating to the upper part based on the corresponding relation between the cup holder 64 on the turntable 62 and the cup lifting hole 9 on the middle partition plate 5; the lifting action of the lifting mechanism 7 is precisely controlled by the microcomputer controller 21, and the lifting component of the lifting mechanism 7 in lifting motion lifts the corresponding drinking cup 8 on the rotating mechanism 6 in the cup placing space into the water receiving space, and the opening of the drinking cup 8 is right opposite to the opening below the water outlet switch 3 so as to receive drinking water through the water outlet switch 3. The lifting of the drinking cup 8 in the corresponding cup seat 64 by the lifting component of the lifting mechanism 7 is realized by the corresponding cup pad 11, namely, the corresponding cup pad 11 contacts with the lifting component of the lifting mechanism 7 by the anti-slip structure of the bottom surface, and the drinking cup 8 sits on the lifting component of the lifting mechanism 7 by the cup pad 11 to realize lifting.
The identifier 12 is arranged on the outer surface of the cabinet 1, and the identifier 12 can be a fingerprint identifier or a magnetic card identifier (such as a magnetic work card) and the like, and is flexibly selected according to the requirements of application environments. The identifier 12 is used for reading the identity information of the user taking water, and the identifier 12 transmits the read identity information of the user to the memory 20 for information matching.
The memory 20 collects and stores the identity information of each user and the corresponding information of the drinking cups 8 corresponding to the user according to the initial setting, namely, each user and each drinking cup 8 in the cup placing space of the cabinet body 1 are in one-to-one correspondence; the information of each user is obtained by collecting his identity information, while the information of each drinking cup 8 is obtained by means of the position information of each cup holder 64 on the rotating mechanism carousel 62 (e.g. by means of a position sensor or the like). That is, the memory 20 is pre-stored with one-to-one correspondence information between each user and each drinking cup 8 in the cup placement space. According to the user identity information transmitted by the identifier 12, the memory 20 transmits the matching information of the current water taking user and the corresponding drinking cup 8 to the microcomputer controller 21, the microcomputer controller 21 controls the rotation position of the rotating mechanism 6 to extract the corresponding drinking cup 8 to be in a to-be-out state, namely, the to-be-out drinking cup 8, the lifting mechanism 7, the cup lifting hole 9 and the water outlet switch 3 are positioned on the same axis, after the to-be-out drinking cup 8 is in place, the microcomputer controller 21 controls the lifting action of the lifting mechanism 7 to lift the to-be-out drinking cup 8 on the rotating mechanism 6 out of the cup placing space, the lifted drinking cup 8 is positioned in the water receiving space, at the moment, the drinking cup 8 is manually pressed down to access drinking water, and of course, the water temperature in the hot liner 19 should be controlled through the temperature regulating switch 14 according to the requirement before the access. In order to reset the lifting mechanism 7 after taking water and perform the next lifting action, the reset action of the lifting mechanism 7 is triggered and controlled by the microcomputer controller 21 according to the signal of a second position sensor, the second position sensor is arranged at the top of the lifting part of the lifting mechanism 7 (or at the cup lifting hole 9 of the middle partition plate 5, preferably at the top of the lifting part), the second position sensor is used for detecting the position signal of the drinking cup 8 on the lifting part of the lifting mechanism 7, and once the position state of the drinking cup 8 on the lifting part changes, the second position sensor transmits a control signal to the microcomputer controller so as to reset the lifting mechanism 7. The operation of putting back and lifting out the drunk cup is the same, and the identity information of the user is identified through the identifier, so that the lifting mechanism lifts the cup through the corresponding cup seat on the rotating mechanism, the cup is placed on the lifting component, the second position sensor detects signals and conveys the signals to the microcomputer controller, the microcomputer controller controls the lifting mechanism to reset, and the drunk cup 8 is reset and placed in the corresponding cup seat of the rotating mechanism.
The ultraviolet sterilizing mechanism 10 is disposed in the cup placing space of the cabinet 1, and the ultraviolet sterilizing mechanism 10 serves to sterilize and disinfect the drinking cup 8 placed in the cup placing space of the cabinet 1. The action of the ultraviolet disinfection mechanism 10 is precisely controlled by the microcomputer controller 21, and the microcomputer controller performs trigger control on the control signal of the ultraviolet disinfection mechanism 10 according to the position signal of the drinking cup 8 detected by the first position sensor on the cup seat 64 of the rotating mechanism, namely, after the lifting mechanism 7 carries the drinking cup 8 after drinking, the drinking cup 8 sits on the corresponding cup seat 64 to trigger the disinfection control signal.

The invention comprises a cabinet body, a temperature control system and a cup control system.

The front side of the cabinet body is a panel facing a user, a middle partition plate which divides the cabinet body into an upper part and a lower part is arranged in the middle of the front side of the cabinet body, a water control tank, a heat liner and the like are uniformly distributed in the cabinet body above the middle partition plate, the cabinet body above the middle partition plate is provided with a water receiving space, the water receiving space is arranged on the panel of the cabinet body, namely, compared with the water control tank and the heat liner, the water receiving space above the middle partition plate is internally provided with a water outlet switch which is communicated with the heat liner and has a downward opening, in addition, the water receiving space on the cabinet body is provided with an openable door plate, and the door plate is of a transparent structure; the cabinet body below the middle partition plate is provided with a cup placing space. Therefore, the structure of the cabinet body is basically the same as that of the existing cabinet type water dispenser. The water outlet switch is a manual switch, so that different users can conveniently, timely, reliably and flexibly access the needed drinking water according to the needs of the users.
In order to achieve the technical purpose of the invention, a cup lifting hole which is larger than the largest outer diameter of a drinking cup and has a through hole structure is formed in the area, vertically opposite to the opening of the water outlet switch, of the middle partition plate on the cabinet body, and the water receiving space on the cabinet body is communicated with the cup placing space through the cup lifting hole.
The temperature control system is arranged in the cabinet body and mainly comprises a temperature control regulating switch, a temperature controller and a heater. The temperature control adjusting switch is a knob switch structure which is arranged on the cabinet body and exposed out of the outer surface of the cabinet body so as to be manually operated by a human body, is used for inputting a heating temperature which is set in real time (i.e. is currently required) to the temperature controller, and the settable temperature range is usually 0-100 ℃ according to the boiling point of drinking water. The temperature controller is arranged in the cabinet body and is connected with the power supply and the heater, so that the power supply supplies heating current to the heater through the temperature controller, and the power supply current which is transmitted to the temperature controller is correspondingly controlled under the action of the temperature control regulating switch, thereby realizing accurate control of the heating temperature of the heater, namely, the temperature control regulating switch controls the heating action of the heater through the temperature controller. The heater is arranged in the cabinet body, and the heater is matched with the hot liner in the cabinet body and is used for heating the drinking water contained in the hot liner, so that the drinking water with the temperature required by a user is obtained.
The cup control system is arranged in the cabinet body and mainly comprises a rotating mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a recognizer, a memory, a microcomputer controller and an ultraviolet disinfection mechanism, and a power supply provides working power for the electric elements in the system.
The rotating mechanism is arranged in the cup placing space of the cabinet body and mainly comprises a rotating motor, a speed reducer and a turntable. The rotating motor is vertically arranged at the bottom of the cup placing space of the cabinet body, the output shaft of the rotating motor is upward, the output shaft of the rotating motor is connected with the speed reducer, the output shaft of the speed reducer is connected with the center of the turntable, and the turntable is enabled to do circumferential rotary motion in the range of the transverse plane of the cabinet body under the action of the rotating motor. The periphery of the outer edge of the turntable is uniformly distributed with a plurality of cup seats in a circumferential direction, the outline structure of each cup seat is matched with the bottom outline structure of the drinking cup, and each cup seat is used for placing the independent drinking cup; the moving tracks of the cup seats on the turntable in the rotary motion state correspond to the cup lifting holes on the middle partition plate, namely, the cup lifting holes on the middle partition plate are always in the moving track range of the cup seats on the turntable in the rotary motion state in the up-down direction; the bottom of each cup seat is provided with a lifting hole with a through hole structure, and the diameter of the lifting hole is smaller than that of the cup seat, namely the integral structure of each cup seat on the turntable is in a step shape. The cup pad with the outer diameter larger than the lifting hole is arranged in the cup seat, the top and the bottom surfaces of the cup pad are respectively of an anti-slip structure, the cup pad supports drinking cups in the cup seat by the anti-slip structure of the top surface, and the cup pad is in contact fit with the bottom surface of the cup seat by the anti-slip structure of the bottom surface. The rotation of the rotation mechanism is precisely controlled by a microcomputer controller.
The lifting mechanism is arranged in the cup placing space of the cabinet body and matched with the rotating mechanism, and mainly adopts a hydraulic cylinder structure, wherein a cylinder body is used as a base, and a piston rod is used as a lifting component. The vertical arrangement of the lifting mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the cup placing space of the cabinet body, the piston rod of the lifting mechanism is upwards, the maximum outer diameter of the piston rod is smaller than the minimum diameter of any cup seat on the turntable of the rotating mechanism, and the lifting mechanism comprises lifting holes on the cup seat. The lifting part of the lifting mechanism, namely the piston rod axially corresponds to the water outlet switch in the water receiving space of the cabinet body, namely the lifting part of the lifting mechanism, the cup lifting hole on the middle partition plate and the water outlet switch in the water receiving space are positioned on the same vertical line, namely the three-point one-line forming is performed; in the initial state, the lifting part of the lifting mechanism is arranged below the turntable of the rotating mechanism, and the lifting part of the lifting mechanism below the turntable axially corresponds to any cup seat rotating to the upper part based on the corresponding relation between the cup seat on the turntable and the cup lifting hole on the middle partition plate; the lifting action of the lifting mechanism is precisely controlled by the microcomputer controller, and the lifting component of the lifting mechanism in lifting motion lifts the corresponding drinking cup on the rotating mechanism in the cup placing space into the water receiving space, and the opening of the drinking cup is right opposite to the opening below the water outlet switch so as to receive drinking water through the water outlet switch. The lifting of the drinking cup in the corresponding cup seat by the lifting component of the lifting mechanism is realized through the corresponding cup pad, namely, the corresponding cup pad is contacted with the lifting component of the lifting mechanism through the anti-slip structure on the bottom surface, and the drinking cup is located on the lifting component of the lifting mechanism through the cup pad to realize lifting.
The identifier is arranged on the outer surface of the cabinet body, and can be a fingerprint identifier or a magnetic card identifier (such as a magnetic work card) and the like, and the identifier is flexibly selected according to the requirements of application environments. The identifier is used for reading the identity information of the water taking user, and the identifier is used for conveying the read user identity information into the memory for information matching.
The storage collects and stores the identity information of each user and the corresponding information of the drinking cup corresponding to the user according to the initial setting, namely, each user and each drinking cup in the cup placing space of the cabinet body are in one-to-one correspondence; the information of each user is obtained by collecting the identity information of each user, and the information of each drinking cup is obtained by the position information of each cup holder on the turntable of the rotating mechanism (for example, by means of a position sensor, etc.). That is, the memory stores information of one-to-one correspondence between each user and each drinking cup in the cup placement space. According to user identity information conveyed by the identifier, the memory conveys matching information of a current water taking user and a corresponding drinking cup to the microcomputer controller, the microcomputer controller controls the rotating position of the rotating mechanism to extract the corresponding drinking cup to be in a to-be-out state, namely, the to-be-out drinking cup is positioned on the same axis with the lifting mechanism, the cup lifting hole and the water outlet switch, after the to-be-out drinking cup is in place, the microcomputer controller controls the lifting action of the lifting mechanism to lift the to-be-out drinking cup on the rotating mechanism out of the cup placing space, the lifted drinking cup is positioned in the water receiving space, at the moment, the water outlet switch is manually pressed down to achieve drinking water taking of the drinking cup, and of course, the water temperature in the heat liner is controlled through the temperature regulating switch according to requirements before taking. In order to reset the lifting mechanism after water taking and perform the next lifting action, the reset action of the lifting mechanism is triggered and controlled by a microcomputer controller according to signals of a manual switch, the manual switch is arranged on the outer surface of the cabinet body, and a user can trigger the lifting mechanism to reset by pressing the reset manual switch along the way after taking the current drinking cup. The action of the ultraviolet disinfection mechanism is precisely controlled by a microcomputer controller, the microcomputer controller triggers and controls the control signal of the ultraviolet disinfection mechanism according to the position signal of the drinking cup detected by the first position sensor on the cup seat of the rotary mechanism, namely, after the lifting mechanism resets the drinking cup carried by the lifting mechanism, the drinking cup is located on the corresponding cup seat to trigger the disinfection control signal.

The invention comprises a cabinet body, a temperature control system and a cup control system.

The front side of the cabinet body is a panel facing a user, a middle partition plate which divides the cabinet body into an upper part and a lower part is arranged in the middle of the front side of the cabinet body, a water control tank, a heat liner and the like are uniformly distributed in the cabinet body above the middle partition plate, the cabinet body above the middle partition plate is provided with a water receiving space, the water receiving space is arranged on the panel of the cabinet body, namely, compared with the water control tank and the heat liner, the water receiving space above the middle partition plate is internally provided with a water outlet switch which is communicated with the heat liner and has a downward opening, in addition, the water receiving space on the cabinet body is provided with an openable door plate, and the door plate is of a transparent structure; the cabinet body below the middle partition plate is provided with a cup placing space. The water outlet switch is a manual switch, so that different users can conveniently, timely, reliably and flexibly access the needed drinking water according to the needs of the users.
In order to achieve the technical purpose of the invention, a cup lifting hole which is larger than the largest outer diameter of a drinking cup and has a through hole structure is formed in the area, vertically opposite to the opening of the water outlet switch, of the middle partition plate on the cabinet body, and the water receiving space on the cabinet body is communicated with the cup placing space through the cup lifting hole.
The temperature control system is arranged in the cabinet body and mainly comprises a temperature control regulating switch, a temperature controller and a heater. The temperature control adjusting switch is a key switch which is arranged on the cabinet body in a physical key manner and is exposed out of the outer surface of the cabinet body so as to be manually operated by a human body, is used for inputting a heating temperature which is set in real time (i.e. is currently required) to the temperature controller, and the settable temperature range is usually 0-100 ℃ according to the boiling point of drinking water. The temperature controller is arranged in the cabinet body and is connected with the power supply and the heater, so that the power supply supplies heating current to the heater through the temperature controller, and the power supply current which is transmitted to the temperature controller is correspondingly controlled under the action of the temperature control regulating switch, thereby realizing accurate control of the heating temperature of the heater, namely, the temperature control regulating switch controls the heating action of the heater through the temperature controller. The heater is arranged in the cabinet body, and the heater is matched with the hot liner in the cabinet body and is used for heating the drinking water contained in the hot liner, so that the drinking water with the temperature required by a user is obtained.
The cup control system is arranged in the cabinet body and mainly comprises a rotating mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a recognizer, a memory, a microcomputer controller and an ultraviolet disinfection mechanism, and a power supply provides working power for the electric elements in the system.
The rotating mechanism is arranged in the cup placing space of the cabinet body and mainly comprises a rotating motor, a speed reducer and a turntable. The rotating motor is vertically arranged at the bottom of the cup placing space of the cabinet body, the output shaft of the rotating motor is upward, the output shaft of the rotating motor is connected with the speed reducer, the output shaft of the speed reducer is connected with the center of the turntable, and the turntable is enabled to do circumferential rotary motion in the range of the transverse plane of the cabinet body under the action of the rotating motor. The periphery of the outer edge of the turntable is uniformly distributed with a plurality of cup seats in a circumferential direction, the outline structure of each cup seat is matched with the bottom outline structure of the drinking cup, and each cup seat is used for placing the independent drinking cup; the moving tracks of the cup seats on the turntable in the rotary motion state correspond to the cup lifting holes on the middle partition plate, namely, the cup lifting holes on the middle partition plate are always in the moving track range of the cup seats on the turntable in the rotary motion state in the up-down direction; the bottom of each cup seat is provided with a lifting hole with a through hole structure, and the diameter of the lifting hole is smaller than that of the cup seat, namely the integral structure of each cup seat on the turntable is in a step shape. The cup pad with the outer diameter larger than the lifting hole is arranged in the cup seat, the top and the bottom surfaces of the cup pad are respectively of an anti-slip structure, the cup pad supports drinking cups in the cup seat by the anti-slip structure of the top surface, and the cup pad is in contact fit with the bottom surface of the cup seat by the anti-slip structure of the bottom surface. The rotation of the rotation mechanism is precisely controlled by a microcomputer controller.
The lifting mechanism is arranged in the cup placing space of the cabinet body and matched with the rotating mechanism, and mainly adopts a hydraulic cylinder structure, wherein a cylinder body is used as a base, and a piston rod is used as a lifting component. The vertical arrangement of the lifting mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the cup placing space of the cabinet body, the piston rod of the lifting mechanism is upwards, the maximum outer diameter of the piston rod is smaller than the minimum diameter of any cup seat on the turntable of the rotating mechanism, and the lifting mechanism comprises lifting holes on the cup seat. The lifting part of the lifting mechanism, namely the piston rod axially corresponds to the water outlet switch in the water receiving space of the cabinet body, namely the lifting part of the lifting mechanism, the cup lifting hole on the middle partition plate and the water outlet switch in the water receiving space are positioned on the same vertical line, namely the three-point one-line forming is performed; in the initial state, the lifting part of the lifting mechanism is arranged below the turntable of the rotating mechanism, and the lifting part of the lifting mechanism below the turntable axially corresponds to any cup seat rotating to the upper part based on the corresponding relation between the cup seat on the turntable and the cup lifting hole on the middle partition plate; the lifting action of the lifting mechanism is precisely controlled by the microcomputer controller, and the lifting component of the lifting mechanism in lifting motion lifts the corresponding drinking cup on the rotating mechanism in the cup placing space into the water receiving space, and the opening of the drinking cup is right opposite to the opening below the water outlet switch so as to receive drinking water through the water outlet switch. The lifting of the drinking cup in the corresponding cup seat by the lifting component of the lifting mechanism is realized through the corresponding cup pad, namely, the corresponding cup pad is contacted with the lifting component of the lifting mechanism through the anti-slip structure on the bottom surface, and the drinking cup is located on the lifting component of the lifting mechanism through the cup pad to realize lifting.
The identifier is arranged on the outer surface of the cabinet body, and can be a fingerprint identifier or a magnetic card identifier (such as a magnetic work card) and the like, and the identifier is flexibly selected according to the requirements of application environments. The identifier is used for reading the identity information of the water taking user, and the identifier is used for conveying the read user identity information into the memory for information matching.
The storage collects and stores the identity information of each user and the corresponding information of the drinking cup corresponding to the user according to the initial setting, namely, each user and each drinking cup in the cup placing space of the cabinet body are in one-to-one correspondence; the information of each user is obtained by collecting the identity information of each user, and the information of each drinking cup is obtained by the position information of each cup holder on the turntable of the rotating mechanism (for example, by means of a position sensor, etc.). That is, the memory stores information of one-to-one correspondence between each user and each drinking cup in the cup placement space. According to user identity information conveyed by the identifier, the memory conveys matching information of a current water taking user and a corresponding drinking cup to the microcomputer controller, the microcomputer controller controls the rotating position of the rotating mechanism to extract the corresponding drinking cup to be in a to-be-out state, namely, the to-be-out drinking cup is positioned on the same axis with the lifting mechanism, the cup lifting hole and the water outlet switch, after the to-be-out drinking cup is in place, the microcomputer controller controls the lifting action of the lifting mechanism to lift the to-be-out drinking cup on the rotating mechanism out of the cup placing space, the lifted drinking cup is positioned in the water receiving space, at the moment, the water outlet switch is manually pressed down to achieve drinking water taking of the drinking cup, and of course, the water temperature in the heat liner is controlled through the temperature regulating switch according to requirements before taking. In order to reset the lifting mechanism after water taking and perform the next lifting action, the reset action of the lifting mechanism is triggered and controlled by a microcomputer controller according to signals of a manual switch, the manual switch is arranged on the outer surface of the cabinet body, and a user can trigger the lifting mechanism to reset by pressing the reset manual switch along the way after taking the current drinking cup. The operation of putting back and lifting out the drunk cup is the same, and the identity information of the user is identified through the identifier, so that the lifting mechanism lifts the cup through the corresponding cup seat on the rotating mechanism, the cup is placed on the lifting component, the manual control switch is triggered to send a reset signal to the microcomputer controller, and the microcomputer controller controls the lifting mechanism to reset, so that the drunk cup is reset and placed in the corresponding cup seat of the rotating mechanism.
The ultraviolet disinfection mechanism is arranged in the cup placing space of the cabinet body and is used for sterilizing and disinfecting drinking cups placed in the cup placing space of the cabinet body. The action of the ultraviolet disinfection mechanism is precisely controlled by a microcomputer controller, the microcomputer controller triggers and controls the control signal of the ultraviolet disinfection mechanism according to the position signal of the drinking cup detected by the first position sensor on the cup seat of the rotary mechanism, namely, after the lifting mechanism resets the drinking cup carried by the lifting mechanism, the drinking cup is located on the corresponding cup seat to trigger the disinfection control signal.
