The invention provides an integrated motor which can obviously improve the assembly efficiency of the motor and simplify the power supply circuit inside the motor.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the integrated motor includes: the motor comprises a motor body 100, a control board assembly 200, a connecting piece 300 and a protective cover 400, wherein the connecting piece 300 is provided with a first mounting surface and a second mounting surface which are oppositely arranged, and the first mounting surface is fixedly arranged on the motor body 100; a mounting groove is formed in the second mounting surface, the control board assembly 200 is disposed in the mounting groove, and a mounting space for accommodating the control board assembly 200 is formed between the protective cover 400 and the connecting member 300.
This patent sets up motor body 100 and control panel subassembly 200 into an organic whole structure, not only can improve the assembly efficiency of motor and control panel subassembly 200, can also simplify the power supply line of integrated form motor. Specifically, this patent is equipped with connecting piece 300 between motor body 100 and control panel assembly 200, and the first installation face of this connecting piece 300 sets firmly in motor body 100, is equipped with the mounting groove on the second installation face of connecting piece 300, and control panel assembly 200 establishes in the mounting groove, so, can realize control panel assembly 200 and motor body 100's fixed connection. Because the motor body 100 and the control board assembly 200 are fixed as a whole, the following two beneficial effects are obtained: firstly, the control board assembly 200 can be installed together while the motor body 100 is installed, so that the step of installing the control board assembly 200 separately can be saved, and the assembly efficiency of the control board assembly 200 is improved; second, the control board assembly 200 is disposed adjacent to the motor body 100, and the length of a connection wire between the control board assembly 200 and the motor body 100 can be shortened, thereby simplifying a power supply line of the control board assembly 200 and the motor body 100.
Specifically, motor body 1001 includes rotor, stator, pivot, first end cover and second end cover, and the stator includes stator core and stator winding, and the rotor rotates to be installed in stator core's middle part through-hole, and first end cover and second end cover pass through end cover bearing and support respectively and install in the both ends of pivot, and control panel subassembly 200 passes through connecting piece 300 fixed connection on motor body 100's the second end cover.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, the connecting member 300 includes a connecting plate and a fixing skirt extending from the connecting plate to the second mounting surface side, the fixing skirt and the connecting plate enclose to form the mounting groove, and the control board assembly 200 is fixedly fitted in the mounting groove. In this embodiment, the outer profile of control panel subassembly 200 and the internal face full adaptation of mounting groove, so after control panel subassembly 200 packs into the mounting groove, both can realize interference fit, and then realize fixed connection.
However, the design of the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the control board assembly 200 may be fixed in the mounting groove by bonding or the like.
Further, referring to fig. 2 to 4, considering that when the control board assembly 200 is in interference fit with the mounting groove, the contact area between the control board assembly 200 and the mounting groove is large, and the friction force is large, so that the control board assembly 200 is not favorable for being mounted in the mounting groove. Because the inner wall of the fixed skirt is provided with the convex buckle 310, the size of the outer contour of the control board assembly 200 can be properly reduced, so that when the control board assembly 200 is installed in the installation groove, the contact area between the control board assembly 200 and the inner wall of the fixed skirt is small, the friction force can be reduced, and the control board assembly 200 is convenient to install. In addition, the clip is made of elastic materials such as rubber and plastic, and has certain elasticity, so that the control board assembly 200 can be further conveniently fixed with the mounting groove.
Further, in order to facilitate the control board assembly 200 to enter the installation space between the convex button 310 and the connecting plate, the convex button 310 further has a guide surface, and the distance between the guide surface and the inner wall surface of the fixed skirt is gradually reduced in the direction away from the second installation surface, so that the convex button 310 forms a flared opening for the control board assembly 200 to be installed; the stop surface is connected to one side of the guide surface close to the second mounting surface. Because the stop surface can form a flared opening for the control board assembly 200 to be installed, the control board assembly 200 can conveniently move along the guide surface of the convex buckle 310 to enter the installation space between the stop surface and the second installation surface, and thus the fixed connection between the control board assembly 200 and the connecting piece 300 is realized. Preferably, the convex buckles 310 are distributed in a staggered manner on the inner wall surfaces opposite to the fixing skirt, so that the control panel assembly 200 is more stably fixed by the plurality of convex buckles 310 distributed in a staggered manner.
As a preferable mode, the control board assembly 200 is fixed to the mounting groove in a potting manner, specifically, the potting means that liquid potting adhesive is mechanically or manually poured into the mounting groove in which the control board assembly 200 is mounted, and the potting adhesive is cured under normal temperature or heating condition. Thus, the integrity of the control board assembly 200 can be strengthened, and the resistance of the control board assembly 200 to external impact and vibration is improved; the insulation between the circuits of the control board assembly 200 is improved, elements and circuits are prevented from being directly exposed, and the waterproof and damp-proof performance of the device is improved.
The fixed connection of the connector 300 and the motor body 100 will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 and 6. A plurality of fixing grooves 320 are concavely arranged on the first mounting surface of the connecting plate; the second end cap of the motor body 100 is provided with a fixing column 110 which is in adaptive insertion connection with the fixing groove 320, and in this embodiment, the fixing column 110 is inserted and fixed in the fixing groove 320, so that the connecting member 300 is fixedly connected with the motor body 100.
Further, in order to improve the fixing strength between the connector 300 and the motor body 100, the integrated motor further includes a fastener screwed or riveted with the fixing post 110 to fix the connector 300 to the motor body 100. Specifically, the fixing column 110 and the fixing groove 320 are correspondingly provided with a first mounting hole and a second mounting hole, and the fastener sequentially penetrates through the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole to further enhance the connection strength between the connecting member 300 and the motor body 100.
Further, referring to fig. 2, 5 and 6, in order to facilitate the arrangement of the connection wires of the control board assembly 200, at least one wire clip 330 is disposed on the first mounting surface, the wire clip 330 includes two oppositely disposed wire clip arms 331, two wire blocking portions 332 extend from free ends of the two wire clip arms 331 in opposite directions, the two wire blocking portions 332 are disposed at intervals to form a wire feeding gap, a wire clipping space is formed between the two wire clip arms 331, and the connection wires between the control board assembly 200 and the motor body 100 enter the wire clipping space between the two wire clip arms 331 through the wire feeding gap, so that the connection wires can be fixed and limited by the wire clip 330, and the connection wires are convenient to arrange. Specifically, the inlet wire gap is slightly less than the line footpath of connecting wire, so, after connecting wire passed through the double-layered line gap and got into the double-layered line space, be difficult to break away from the double-layered line space in this double-layered line gap.
Furthermore, in order to facilitate the connecting wires to enter the wire clamping space, the wire blocking portion 332 is inclined from the free end of the wire clamping arm 331 to the second mounting surface to form an incoming wire inclined surface, so that the connecting wires can more easily pass through the incoming wire gap to enter the wire clamping space.
Further, considering that the wire diameter of the connecting wire is generally equal to or greater than the wire clamping gap, in order to facilitate the connecting wire to enter the wire clamping space, in an embodiment of the present invention, the distance between the two wire clamping arms 331 is gradually decreased from the second mounting surface to the free end of the wire clamping arm 331, that is: the free ends of the two wire clamping arms 331 are disposed close to each other in a direction away from the second mounting surface. Thus, when the connecting wire passes through the wire clamping gap, the two wire blocking parts 332 deform in opposite directions, so that the wire inlet gap becomes large, and the connecting wire enters the wire clamping gap. Because the distance between the two wire clamping arms 331 is gradually decreased from the second mounting surface to the free end of the wire clamping arm 331, on one hand, the wire blocking portion 332 can be conveniently expanded and deformed, and on the other hand, the structural strength of the wire clamping arm 331 can be improved.
Further, in order to improve the strength of the wire clamping arm 331 and avoid the wire clamping arm 331 from being broken when the diameter of the connecting wire is large, a reinforcing rib 333 is provided on the side surfaces of the two wire clamping arms 331 which are away from each other.
As an optimal mode, in order to improve the elasticity of the wire clamping arms 331 and facilitate the connection of a wire into the wire clamping space, a cut-out groove 334 is formed in the connecting plate between the two wire clamping arms 331, so that the two wire clamping arms 331 can deform along the direction of mutual deviation, and the connection of a wire into the wire clamping space can be facilitated.
Referring to fig. 2, in consideration of the fact that a circuit element on the control board assembly 200 generates more heat during operation and affects normal operation of the circuit element when the temperature is too high, in order to achieve good heat dissipation of the control board assembly 200 and ensure normal operation of the circuit element, specifically, the control board assembly 200 includes a PCB and a circuit element disposed on the PCB, a plurality of heat dissipation fins are disposed on the PCB around the circuit element at intervals, and the heat dissipation fins can increase a heat exchange area of the control board assembly 200, thereby achieving good heat dissipation of the control board assembly 200. Preferably, the heat sink is mounted on or disposed adjacent to an element having a large heat dissipation amount, which includes a transistor, a resistor, and the like.
In addition, in order to protect the control board assembly 200 and prevent the control board assembly 200 from being damaged by impact, the integrated motor provided by the patent includes a protective cover 400, and an installation space for accommodating the control board assembly 200 is formed between the protective cover 400 and the connecting member 300. Thus, the protective cover 400 can protect the control board assembly 200 and prolong the service life of the control board assembly 200. As a preferable mode, the protective cover 400 is provided with a heat dissipation opening for exposing the heat dissipation fins, so that the protective cover 400 can protect the control board assembly 200 and does not affect the heat dissipation of the control board assembly 200.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the present invention further provides a clothes dryer, which includes a base 10, a drum 20, an integrated motor 30 and a belt 40, wherein the drum 20 is disposed on the base 10, the integrated motor is disposed on the base 10 and adjacent to the drum 20, the integrated motor is provided with a motor suspension arm, the motor suspension arm is provided with a driving wheel, the belt 40 is tensioned on the drum 20 and the driving wheel, the motor drives the drum 20 to rotate through the belt 40, and the specific structure of the integrated motor refers to the above embodiment. Because the clothes dryer provided by the invention adopts all the technical schemes of all the embodiments, the clothes dryer at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes of the embodiments, and the details are not repeated.
