Abstract

本发明公开了一种电连接器组合,用以电性连接光电收发模组与电路板,其包括安装于所述电路板的框体、固定于框体内的基座、枢接于框体的拨杆以及组装于基座之上的光电模组,拨杆用于固定光电模组,光电收发模组置于光电模组内,基座的前部组装有与光电收发模组置连接的光纤模组,拨杆包括枢接部、抵压部以及用于操作拨杆且位于拨杆前部的操作部,拨杆的操作部包括包覆成型在拨杆上的按压块,按压块包括向电路板凸伸的凸块,当过度下压按压块时,凸块可与电路板抵接以阻止其继续下压,从而避免光纤模组由于被按压而遭到损坏。

电连接器组合
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种电连接器组合,尤其是指一种具有能够保护其相关组件的结构的电连接器组合。
【背景技术】
现有技术请参照中国台湾实用新型第M491975号专利公告的一种电连接器组合,其包括焊接于电路板之上的第一本体、组接于第一本体之上的第二本体、组装于第一本体外围的支架、枢接于支架上的拨杆以及组装于第一本体且位于拨杆下方的附属组件,当该电连接器组合需要操作时,可下压拨杆进行开启,但下压时该拨杆容易碰到下方的附属组件而对附属组件造成破坏。
因此,确有必要提供一种新的电连接器组合,以克服上述缺陷。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种电连接器组合,能够避免在操作时对其相关组件造成损坏。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案一来实现:一种电连接器组合,用以电性连接光电收发模组与电路板,其包括安装于所述电路板上的框体、固定于所述框体内的基座、枢接于所述框体的拨杆以及组装于所述基座之上的光电模组,所述拨杆用于固定所述光电模组,所述光电收发模组置于所述光电模组内,所述基座的前部组装有用于传输光信号的光纤模组,所述光纤模组与所述光电收发模组达成连接,所述拨杆包括位于其后部且枢接于所述框体上的枢接部、将所述光电模组抵接固定至所述基座上的抵压部以及用于操作所述拨杆且位于所述拨杆前部的操作部,所述拨杆的操作部包括包覆成型在所述拨杆上的按压块。
进一步地,所述按压块设有沿水平方向延伸的按压部以及自所述按压部向所述电路板凸伸的凸块,所述光纤模组位于所述按压部与所述电路板之间,所述凸块沿上下方向的高度大于所述光纤模组的高度。
进一步地,所述抵压部成对设置并自所述枢接部的两端向前延伸,所述操作部成对设置且分别自所述抵压部的前端相向延伸形成,所述操作部位于所述基座的前方。
进一步地,所述凸块自所述按压部的下表面向下凸伸,所述按压块在所述按压部的下方形成位于所述凸块内侧及前方的空腔,所述光纤模组部分容纳于所述空腔内。
进一步地,所述拨杆定义有闭合位置与开启位置,所述框体的两侧设有向上延伸并弯折的钩部,所述光电模组的两侧设有凸出的耳部,当所述拨杆位于所述闭合位置时,所述抵压部压接于所述耳部上方,所述钩部压接于所述抵压部的上方以对所述拨杆进行限位,从而使所述光电模组固定于所述基座之上。
进一步地,当将所述拨杆从所述闭合位置旋转至所述开启位置时,先向下按压所述按压部,使所述按压块带动所述拨杆向下发生弹性变形直到所述凸块接触到所述电路板而无法再下压,进一步向外拨动所述按压部以使所述拨杆进一步脱离所述钩部。
进一步地,所述枢接部包括枢接于所述框体的固定部以及弯折设置的抵靠部,所述框体的后部包括用于枢接所述固定部的限位部,所述固定部可在所述限位部中旋转从而使得所述拨杆能够以所述固定部为中心旋转。
进一步地,所述框体的后部设有水平的延伸面,在所述开启位置时,所述抵靠部抵靠于所述延伸面,所述拨杆的打开角度大于90度且所述抵压部呈略微向后倾斜的竖立状态。
进一步地,所述基座的后部凸设有竖直的抵挡面,当所述拨杆旋转至所述闭合位置时,所述抵靠部抵靠于所述抵挡面。
进一步地,所述按压块的上表面凸设有若干沿前后方向延伸的肋条。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:拨杆的操作部包覆成型有按压块,且该按压块设有向电路板凸伸的凸块,若在操作时过度下压该按压块,凸块可与电路板抵接以阻止其继续下压,从而能够避免光纤模组由于被按压而遭到损坏。

【具体实施方式】
以下,将结合图1至图9介绍本发明电连接器组合的具体实施方式。
请参照图1至图5所示,本发明揭示了一种电连接器组合,用以电性连接光电收发模组(未图示)与电路板100,其包括安装于所述电路板100上的框体1、固定于所述框体1内的基座2、枢接于所述框体1的拨杆3以及组装于所述基座2之上的光电模组4,所述拨杆3用于固定所述光电模组4,所述光电收发模组(未图示)置于所述光电模组4内,所述基座2的前部组装有用于传输光信号的光纤模组200,所述光纤模组200与所述光电收发模组达成连接以实现光/电信号的传输,所述拨杆3包括位于其后部且枢接于所述框体1上的枢接部31、将所述光电模组4抵接固定至所述基座2上的抵压部32以及用于操作所述拨杆3且位于所述拨杆3前部的操作部33,所述拨杆3的操作部33包括包覆成型在所述拨杆3上的按压块34。
如图1至图4所示,所述按压块34设有沿水平方向延伸的按压部341以及自所述按压部341向所述电路板100凸伸的凸块342,所述按压部341为手指对所述按压块34的操作提供了较大的接触面积,所述光纤模组200位于所述按压部341与所述电路板100之间,重点参阅图8与图9,所述凸块342沿上下方向的高度大于所述光纤模组200的高度。如此可实现过度向下按压所述按压块34时所述凸块342能够与所述电路板100抵持并阻止所述按压块34继续被向下按压,从而能够避免处于下方的光纤模组200由于被所述按压块34按压而遭到损坏。在本实施例中,所述按压块34的上表面凸设有若干沿前后方向延伸的肋条344。所述肋条344具有防滑功能,可方便手指对按压块34的稳定操作。
参阅图3至图4,所述抵压部32成对设置并自所述枢接部31的两端向前延伸,所述操作部33成对设置且分别自所述抵压部32的前端相向延伸形成。如图1所示,所述操作部33位于所述基座2的前方。所述拨杆3对称设置,所述两操作部33彼此分离。
参阅图1和图2,所述凸块342自所述按压部341的下表面向下凸伸,在本实施例中,所述按压块34在所述按压部341的下方形成位于所述凸块342内侧及前方的空腔343,所述光纤模组200部分容纳于所述空腔343内。如此,在所述前后方向上,所述凸块342的长度小于所述按压部341的长度,从而为手指控制所述按压块34提供足够的操作空间,同时避免了由于所述按压块34或者手指在操作时碰到所述光纤模组200而对所述光纤模组200造成的损坏。
如图1至图7所示,所述拨杆3定义有闭合位置(如图1)与开启位置(如图6),所述框体1的两侧设有向上延伸并弯折的钩部11,所述光电模组4的两侧设有凸出的耳部41,当所述拨杆3位于所述闭合位置时,所述抵压部32压接于所述耳部41上方,所述钩部11压接于所述抵压部32的上方以对所述拨杆3进行限位,从而使所述光电模组4固定于所述基座2之上。
请参图4和图5,所述枢接部31包括枢接于所述框体1的固定部311以及弯折设置的抵靠部312,所述框体1的后部包括用于枢接所述固定部311的限位部12,所述固定部311可在所述限位部12中旋转从而使得所述拨杆3能够以所述固定部311为中心旋转。在本实施例中,所述拨杆3包括两个所述固定部311且所述两个固定部311在所述枢接部31上对称设置;所述拨杆3包括两个所述抵靠部312且所述两个抵靠部312在所述枢接部31上对称设置,同时,所述一对固定部311位于所述一对抵靠部312的外侧。
如图1、图6、图8和图9所示,当将所述拨杆3从所述闭合位置旋转至所述开启位置时,先向下按压所述按压部341,使所述按压块34带动所述拨杆3向下发生弹性变形直到所述凸块342接触到所述电路板100而无法再下压,再进一步向外拨动所述按压部341以使所述拨杆3进一步脱离所述钩部11,从而能够顺利转动所述拨杆3至所述开启位置同时使所述耳部41脱离所述抵压部32的抵压固定,进而可将所述光电模组4从所述基座1上拆除,该过程不会对位于所述空腔343中的光纤模组200造成损坏。
重点参阅图6与图7,所述框体1的后部设有水平的延伸面13,在所述开启位置时,所述抵靠部312抵靠于所述延伸面13,所述拨杆3的打开角度大于90度且所述抵压部32呈略微向后倾斜的竖立状态。所述抵压部32的该略微向后倾斜的竖立状态可以使所述凸块342在所述上下方向上不与所述光电模组4重叠,以此避免对所述光电模组4在安装至所述基座2上的过程中产生干扰。
如图1至图5所示,所述基座2的后部凸设有竖直的抵挡面21(标号见图4),当所述拨杆3旋转至所述闭合位置时,所述抵靠部312抵靠于所述抵挡面21以增加所述拨杆3对所述光电模组4固定的稳固性。

Claims (9)

1.一种电连接器组合,用以电性连接光电收发模组与电路板,其包括安装于所述电路板上的框体、固定于所述框体内的基座、枢接于所述框体的拨杆以及组装于所述基座之上的光电模组,所述拨杆用于固定所述光电模组,所述光电收发模组置于所述光电模组内,所述基座的前部组装有用于传输光信号的光纤模组,所述光纤模组与所述光电收发模组达成连接,其特征在于:所述拨杆包括位于其后部且枢接于所述框体上的枢接部、将所述光电模组抵接固定至所述基座上的抵压部以及用于操作所述拨杆且位于所述拨杆前部的操作部,所述拨杆的操作部包括包覆成型在所述拨杆上的按压块,所述按压块设有沿水平方向延伸的按压部以及自所述按压部向所述电路板凸伸的凸块,所述光纤模组位于所述按压部与所述电路板之间,所述凸块沿上下方向的高度大于所述光纤模组的高度。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组合,其特征在于:所述抵压部成对设置并自所述枢接部的两端向前延伸,所述操作部成对设置且分别自所述抵压部的前端相向延伸形成,所述操作部位于所述基座的前方。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器组合,其特征在于:所述凸块自所述按压部的下表面向下凸伸,所述按压块在所述按压部的下方形成位于所述凸块内侧及前方的空腔,所述光纤模组部分容纳于所述空腔内。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器组合,其特征在于:所述拨杆定义有闭合位置与开启位置,所述框体的两侧设有向上延伸并弯折的钩部,所述光电模组的两侧设有凸出的耳部,当所述拨杆位于所述闭合位置时,所述抵压部压接于所述耳部上方,所述钩部压接于所述抵压部的上方以对所述拨杆进行限位,从而使所述光电模组固定于所述基座之上。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器组合,其特征在于:当将所述拨杆从所述闭合位置旋转至所述开启位置时,先向下按压所述按压部,使所述按压块带动所述拨杆向下发生弹性变形直到所述凸块接触到所述电路板而无法再下压,进一步向外拨动所述按压部以使所述拨杆进一步脱离所述钩部。
6.如权利要求4所述的电连接器组合,其特征在于:所述枢接部包括枢接于所述框体的固定部以及弯折设置的抵靠部,所述框体的后部包括用于枢接所述固定部的限位部,所述固定部可在所述限位部中旋转从而使得所述拨杆能够以所述固定部为中心旋转。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器组合,其特征在于:所述框体的后部设有水平的延伸面,在所述开启位置时,所述抵靠部抵靠于所述延伸面,所述拨杆的打开角度大于90度且所述抵压部呈略微向后倾斜的竖立状态。
8.如权利要求6所述的电连接器组合,其特征在于:所述基座的后部凸设有竖直的抵挡面,当所述拨杆旋转至所述闭合位置时,所述抵靠部抵靠于所述抵挡面。
9.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组合,其特征在于:所述按压块的上表面凸设有若干沿前后方向延伸的肋条。
