本发明公开了EPS泡塑板材技术领域的一种复合加芯EPS泡塑板材及其生产工艺,该复合加芯EPS泡塑板材包括上玻璃纤维层,所述上玻璃纤维层的底部设置有EPS泡塑板,所述EPS泡塑板的底部设置有下玻璃纤维层,该复合加芯EPS泡塑板材的生产工艺包括如下步骤:S1:原料搅拌;S2:装模;S3:蒸汽加热;S4:脱模,该发明提出的一种复合加芯EPS泡塑板材及其生产工艺,防火抗震性能好,结构强度高,在EPS泡塑板的顶部和底部均设置有玻璃纤维层,有效的提高了EPS泡塑板的防火隔热性能,增强了EPS泡塑板的结构稳定性,生产工艺简单,成本低廉,设备投入少,且生产周期短,有利于工业化推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及EPS泡塑板材技术领域,具体为一种复合加芯EPS泡塑板材及其生产工艺。
背景技术
EPS板(可发性聚苯乙烯板)具有质轻、价廉、导热率低、吸水性小、电绝缘性能好、隔音、防震、防潮、成型工艺简单等优点,因而被广泛用作建筑、船舶、汽车、火车、冷藏、冷冻等保温绝热、隔音、抗震材料。夹芯板外形美观,色泽艳丽,整体效果好,它集承重,保温,防火,防水于一体,且无需二次装修,是一种用途广泛的减震材料,现有的EPS泡塑板材结构单一,防火性能差,结构强度低,生产成本高,生产工艺复杂,为此,我们提出一种复合加芯EPS泡塑板材及其生产工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合加芯EPS泡塑板材及其生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的EPS泡塑板材结构单一,防火性能差,结构强度低,生产成本高,生产工艺复杂的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种复合加芯EPS泡塑板材,该复合加芯EPS泡塑板材包括上玻璃纤维层,所述上玻璃纤维层的底部设置有EPS泡塑板,所述EPS泡塑板的底部设置有下玻璃纤维层,所述EPS泡塑板的组成成分如下:
阻燃剂:5-15份;聚苯乙烯颗粒:30-50份;防水剂:5-10份;粘结剂:4-8份和增强改性剂:5-10份。
优选的,所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁或氢氧化铝中的一种或两组混合而成。
优选的,所述聚苯乙烯颗粒的直径为1.2-1.8mm,所述聚苯乙烯颗粒的戊烷含量为4%-6%。
优选的,所述防水剂为有机硅防水剂。
优选的,一种复合加芯EPS泡塑板材的生产工艺,该复合加芯EPS泡塑板材的生产工艺包括如下步骤:
S1:原料搅拌:将阻燃剂:5-15份;聚苯乙烯颗粒:30-50份;防水剂:5-10份;粘结剂:4-8份;增强改性剂:5-10份和水混合倒入搅拌器中搅拌均匀;
S2:装模:在模具的底部铺设下玻璃纤维层,然后将步骤S1中搅拌均匀的原料铺设在下玻璃纤维层的顶部,再将上玻璃纤维层铺设在原料的顶部,合上模具;
S3:蒸汽加热:在模具的顶部和底部均匀开设蒸汽通孔,在蒸汽通孔上连接蒸汽管道,采用蒸汽进行加热定型,加热时间为20-30分钟,蒸汽温度为120-150℃;
S4:脱模:加热完成后,关闭蒸汽阀门,保温10-20分钟,采用冷水冷却模具,脱模,即可得到复合加芯EPS泡塑板材。
优选的,所述步骤S1中的搅拌时间为10-15分钟,搅拌速率为20-30转/分钟。
优选的,所述步骤S2中的模具在装模前需要进行预热处理。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该发明提出的一种复合加芯EPS泡塑板材及其生产工艺,防火抗震性能好,结构强度高,在EPS泡塑板的顶部和底部均设置有玻璃纤维层,有效的提高了EPS泡塑板的防火隔热性能,增强了EPS泡塑板的结构稳定性,生产工艺简单,成本低廉,设备投入少,且生产周期短,有利于工业化推广应用。

实施例1
该复合加芯EPS泡塑板材的生产工艺包括如下步骤:
S1:原料搅拌:将阻燃剂:15份;聚苯乙烯颗粒:35份;防水剂:6份;粘结剂:7份;增强改性剂:6份和水混合倒入搅拌器中搅拌均匀,搅拌时间为14分钟,搅拌速率为21转/分钟;
S2:装模:对模具进行预热处理,在模具的底部铺设下玻璃纤维层3,然后将步骤S1中搅拌均匀的原料铺设在下玻璃纤维层3的顶部,再将上玻璃纤维层1铺设在原料的顶部,合上模具;
S3:蒸汽加热:在模具的顶部和底部均匀开设蒸汽通孔,在蒸汽通孔上连接蒸汽管道,采用蒸汽进行加热定型,加热时间为30分钟,蒸汽温度为150℃;
S4:脱模:加热完成后,关闭蒸汽阀门,保温20分钟,采用冷水冷却模具,脱模,即可得到复合加芯EPS泡塑板材。
实施例2
该复合加芯EPS泡塑板材的生产工艺包括如下步骤:
S1:原料搅拌:将阻燃剂:5份;聚苯乙烯颗粒:39份;防水剂:10份;粘结剂:8份;增强改性剂:6份和水混合倒入搅拌器中搅拌均匀,搅拌时间为10分钟,搅拌速率为20转/分钟;
S2:装模:对模具进行预热处理,在模具的底部铺设下玻璃纤维层3,然后将步骤S1中搅拌均匀的原料铺设在下玻璃纤维层3的顶部,再将上玻璃纤维层1铺设在原料的顶部,合上模具;
S3:蒸汽加热:在模具的顶部和底部均匀开设蒸汽通孔,在蒸汽通孔上连接蒸汽管道,采用蒸汽进行加热定型,加热时间为20分钟,蒸汽温度为120℃;
S4:脱模:加热完成后,关闭蒸汽阀门,保温10分钟,采用冷水冷却模具,脱模,即可得到复合加芯EPS泡塑板材。
实施例3
该复合加芯EPS泡塑板材的生产工艺包括如下步骤:
S1:原料搅拌:将阻燃剂:10份;聚苯乙烯颗粒:40份;防水剂:7份;粘结剂:6份;增强改性剂:8份和水混合倒入搅拌器中搅拌均匀,搅拌时间为13分钟,搅拌速率为25转/分钟;
S2:装模:对模具进行预热处理,在模具的底部铺设下玻璃纤维层3,然后将步骤S1中搅拌均匀的原料铺设在下玻璃纤维层3的顶部,再将上玻璃纤维层1铺设在原料的顶部,合上模具;
S3:蒸汽加热:在模具的顶部和底部均匀开设蒸汽通孔,在蒸汽通孔上连接蒸汽管道,采用蒸汽进行加热定型,加热时间为25分钟,蒸汽温度为135℃;
S4:脱模:加热完成后,关闭蒸汽阀门,保温15分钟,采用冷水冷却模具,脱模,即可得到复合加芯EPS泡塑板材。

阻燃剂:5-15份;聚苯乙烯颗粒:30-50份;防水剂:5-10份;粘结剂:4-8份和增强改性剂:5-10份。

S3:蒸汽加热:在模具的顶部和底部均匀开设蒸汽通孔,在蒸汽通孔上连接蒸汽管道,采用蒸汽进行加热定型,加热时间为20-30分钟,蒸汽温度为120-150℃;
S4:脱模:加热完成后,关闭蒸汽阀门,保温10-20分钟,采用冷水冷却模具,脱模,即可得到复合加芯EPS泡塑板材。
