When the pipe fitting is required to be rotated, the driving motor 121 is started firstly, the output shaft of the driving motor 121 drives the main shaft 8 of the trolley to rotate in a gear-rack belt transmission mode, the main shaft 8 of the trolley drives the inner core fixing shaft 6 to synchronously rotate through the key 9, so that the inner core 5 is driven to rotate, meanwhile, the inner core fixing shaft 6 drives the pipe clamping arm fixing shaft 19 to rotate through the key 21, and the pipe clamping arm fixing shaft 19 drives the elastic pipe clamping die 3 and the pipe clamping arm 4 to synchronously rotate, so that the pipe fitting is driven to rotate. Since the clamp arm fixing shaft 19 is connected with the outer sleeve connecting piece 14 through the second bearing 15 and the inner core fixing shaft 6 is connected with the piston rod connecting shaft 17 through the third bearing 18, the piston rod connecting shaft 17 and the outer sleeve connecting piece 14 cannot rotate.
