Abstract
本发明公开了一种油污截留阀,包括手轮、顶盖、导套、阀芯、阀体、角度调节尺、滤芯调节尺、阀腔、粗滤膜、细滤膜、进水口、出水口、芯腔、排污口、排油口和底盖,所述阀体的上端设置有手轮,所述手轮下方设置有阀芯;所述手轮上设置有角度调节尺;阀体内设置有阀腔,所述阀芯安装在阀腔内,阀体的下端设置有底盖;阀体的一侧设置有进水口。本油污截流阀通过设置的角度调节尺和了滤芯调节尺,实现了对滤口位置的调整,从而实现了对不同密度油污水的过滤;通过设置的排污口和排油口,实现了对污油的清理。本油污截留阀解决了污油腐蚀和堵塞管道的问题,且使用方便,结构合理,排污效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及截留阀领域,具体是一种油污截留阀。
背景技术
人类生产活动造成的水体污染中,工业引起的水体污染最严重。如工业废水,它含污染物多,成分复杂,不仅在水中不易净化,而且处理也比较困难。工业废水,是工业污染引起水体污染的最重要的原因。它占工业排出的污染物的大部分。工业废水所含的污染物因工厂种类不同而千差万别,即使是同类工厂,生产过程不同,其所含污染物的质和量也不一样。工业除了排出的废水直接注入水体引起污染外,固体废物和废气也会污染水体。
现有的污水管道在使用一段时间后,通常会使管壁上沾满很多油污,不仅会造成管道阻塞,而且时间久了会会腐蚀管道,这使得发明一种油污截流阀成为人们的迫切需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种油污截留阀,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种油污截留阀,包括手轮、顶盖、导套、阀芯、阀体、角度调节尺、滤芯调节尺、阀腔、粗滤膜、细滤膜、进水口、出水口、芯腔、排污口、排油口和底盖,所述阀体的上端设置有手轮,所述手轮下方设置有阀芯;所述手轮上设置有角度调节尺;阀体内设置有阀腔,所述阀芯安装在阀腔内,阀体的下端设置有底盖;阀体的一侧设置有进水口,阀体的另一侧设置有出水口;进水口和出水口和阀腔连通;所述阀芯的上部设置有导套;所述阀芯的上部竖直方向设置有滤芯调节尺;所述滤芯的下部为芯腔,所述芯腔的前侧上下各设置有一个滤口,所述芯腔后侧设置有和前侧的滤口对应的滤口;所述滤口上分别设置有粗滤膜和细滤膜,所述粗滤膜用于对污水中的较大的污物进行过滤,所述细滤膜用于对油进行吸附过滤;所述阀体的侧面设置有和滤口对应的排污口和排油口;所述阀芯的底部通过螺纹和阀体连接,所述进水口和出水口处设置有密封垫。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述手轮通过螺纹配合和阀芯连接。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述角度调节尺的刻度设置在手轮的一周。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述底盖通过螺栓螺母和阀体连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本油污截流阀通过设置的角度调节尺和了滤芯调节尺,实现了对滤口位置的调整,从而实现了对不同密度油污水的过滤;通过设置的排污口和排油口,实现了对污油的清理。本油污截留阀解决了污油腐蚀和堵塞管道的问题,且使用方便,结构合理,排污效果好。

请参阅图1~3,本发明实施例中,一种油污截留阀,包括手轮1、顶盖2、导套3、阀芯4、阀体5、角度调节尺6、滤芯调节尺7、阀腔8、粗滤膜9、细滤膜10、进水口11、出水口12、芯腔13、排污口14、排油口15和底盖16,所述阀体5的上端设置有手轮1,所述手轮1下方设置有阀芯4,所述手轮1通过螺纹配合和阀芯4连接;所述手轮1上设置有角度调节尺6,所述角度调节尺6的刻度设置在手轮1的一周;所述角度调节尺6用于对阀芯4的角度进行微调整,阀体5内设置有阀腔8,所述阀芯4安装在阀腔8内,阀体5的下端设置有底盖16,底盖16通过螺栓螺母和阀体5连接;阀体5的一侧设置有进水口11,阀体5的另一侧设置有出水口12;进水口11和出水口12和阀腔8连通;所述阀芯4的上部设置有导套3,所述导套3用于对阀腔8进行密封;
所述阀芯4的上部竖直方向设置有滤芯调节尺7,所述滤芯调节尺7用于对粗滤膜9和细滤膜10进行转换;所述滤芯的下部为芯腔13,所述芯腔13的前侧上下各设置有一个滤口,所述芯腔13后侧设置有和前侧的滤口对应的滤口;所述滤口上分别设置有粗滤膜9和细滤膜10,所述粗滤膜9用于对污水中的较大的污物进行过滤,所述细滤膜10用于对油进行吸附过滤;所述阀体5的侧面设置有和滤口对应的排污口14和排油口15;所述阀芯的底部通过螺纹和阀体5连接,所述进水口11和出水口12处设置有密封垫。
本发明的工作原理是:在对油的密度较大的油污水进行过滤时,污水通过进水口11进入阀腔8,然后通过手轮1调整粗网膜对准进水口11,这时通过粗网膜对油污水进行过滤,使水通过出水口12流出,使油留在阀腔8内;在对密度较小的油污水进行过滤时,通过调整手轮1使细网膜对准进水口11,然后通过细网膜对油污水进行过滤,使水通过出水口12流出,使油留在阀腔8内;在使用一端时间后,通过把进水阀门关掉,调整手轮1使油污从排污口14和排油口15流出。

1.一种油污截留阀,包括手轮(1)、顶盖(2)、导套(3)、阀芯(4)、阀体(5)、角度调节尺(6)、滤芯调节尺(7)、阀腔(8)、粗滤膜(9)、细滤膜(10)、进水口(11)、出水口(12)、芯腔(13)、排污口(14)、排油口(15)和底盖(16),其特征在于,所述阀体(5)的上端设置有手轮(1),所述手轮(1)下方设置有阀芯(4);所述手轮(1)上设置有角度调节尺(6);阀体(5)内设置有阀腔(8),所述阀芯(4)安装在阀腔(8)内,阀体(5)的下端设置有底盖(16);阀体(5)的一侧设置有进水口(11),阀体(5)的另一侧设置有出水口(12);所述阀芯(4)的上部设置有导套(3),所述导套(3)用于对阀腔(8)进行密封;所述阀芯(4)的上部竖直方向设置有滤芯调节尺(7);所述滤芯的下部为芯腔(13),所述芯腔(13)的前侧上下各设置有一个滤口,所述芯腔(13)后侧设置有和前侧的滤口对应的滤口;所述滤口上分别设置有粗滤膜(9)和细滤膜(10);所述阀体(5)的侧面设置有和滤口对应的排污口(14)和排油口(15);所述阀芯的底部通过螺纹和阀体(5)连接,所述进水口(11)和出水口(12)处设置有密封垫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种油污截留阀,其特征在于,所述手轮(1)通过螺纹配合和阀芯(4)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种油污截留阀,其特征在于,所述角度调节尺(6)的刻度设置在手轮(1)的一周。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种油污截留阀,其特征在于,所述底盖(16)通过螺栓螺母和阀体(5)连接。
