本发明提供一种滚珠介质式行走平台,所述行走平台连接控制器,所述行走平台包括旋转底座,所述旋转底座上配合设有直线动力机构,所述直线动力机构上设有若干介质单元,所述若干介质单元配合设有回流机构,所述若干介质单元连接控制器;本发明通过回转机构提供转向功能,通过跑带提供行走的动力,通过摩擦力中和层调节介质单元与跑带之间的摩擦力,通过介质单元提供行走时的支撑及动力,通过回流机构对介质单元进行转换交替,本发明使用安全,操作简单,行走舒适。

技术领域
本发明涉及VR领域,特别涉及一种滚珠介质式行走平台。
背景技术
虚拟现实(Virtual Reality)是近年来比较火热的技术,是利用计算机生成一种交互式的三维动态视景和实体行为的系统仿真,能够提供身临其境的沉浸式体验,可以更加真实地还原三维世界。为了让普通消费者对VR有更直观的感受,快速了解VR世界,HTC在2016年6月展示了通过绿幕技术拍摄混合现实视频的制作方法,用户佩戴HTC Vive在绿幕背景下进行游戏,然后绿幕背景会被置换为虚拟现实场景,这些影像都录下来,并制成混合现实视频,普通消费者通过观看此类视频,可以了解用户是怎样体验VR的同时自身也体验到VR的沉浸感。
在VR外设中,万向行走平台作为解决在VR游戏中的“模拟晕动症”等用途的设备,近年来取得广泛发展,用户可在万向行走平台上,实现有限空间里的无限移动,身体的移动和眼前看到的VR场景相匹配,用身体的实际移动来代替键盘或鼠标的移动指令,从而解决晕动 症,提高沉浸感。
当前市场上的虚拟游戏使用的跑步机与人体的接触部分多采用圆环式固定结构,使用者站在圆环中间,采用圆环式结构虽然能极好的保障游戏者的安全,但由于虚拟游戏中会涉及到跳跃、下蹲、前倾、后仰等动作,人与圆环式结构接触部分较多,受到的约束也非常多,身体运动幅度较大时,容易与圆环式结构发生碰撞而受伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中的不足,提供提供一种行走舒适,使用安全,操作方便,可实现全向行走的平台。
本发明的技术方案在于:提供一种滚珠介质式行走平台,所述行走平台连接控制器,所述行走平台包括旋转底座,所述旋转底座上配合设有直线动力机构,所述直线动力机构上设有若干介质单元,所述若干介质单元配合设有回流机构,所述若干介质单元连接控制器。
优选地,所述旋转底座包括支撑框架和回转驱动,所述回转驱动包括第一电机,所述第一电机的输出轴上套设有第一主动齿轮,所述第一主动齿轮啮合有第一从动齿轮,所述支撑框架套设于第一从动齿轮外侧,所述支撑框架和第一从动齿轮同轴设置;所述直线动力机构与所述第一从动齿轮配合设置。
优选地,所述支撑框架上均匀设有支脚。
优选地,所述直线动力机构包括与所述旋转底座配合设置的转动框,所述转动框上设有直线框架,所述直线框架的两端设有辊轴,所述辊轴间套设有跑带,所述跑带配合设有传动机构。
优选地,所述传动机构包括第二电机,所述第二电机的输出轴和跑带两端的辊轴外配合套设有传动带,所述第二电机连接控制器。
优选地,所述回流机构包括外框,所述外框跨设于直线动力机构上;所述外框外侧设有第三电机,所述第三电机的输出轴上套设有第二主动齿轮,所述第二主动齿轮啮合有第二从动齿轮,所述第二从动齿轮设于外框和直线动力机构间;所述第二从动齿轮朝向内侧均匀设有拨齿,所述拨齿与若干介质单元配合设置;所述第三电机连接控制器。
优选地,所述跑带和所述若干介质单元中间设有摩擦力中和层。
本发明与现有技术相比,提供了一种滚珠介质式行走平台,通过回转机构提供转向功能,通过跑带提供行走的动力,通过摩擦力中和层调节介质单元与跑带之间的摩擦力,通过介质单元提供行走时的支撑及动力,通过回流机构对介质单元进行转换交替,本发明使用安全,操作简单,行走舒适。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细描述,但本发明的保护范围并不限于此。
如图1所示,本发明涉及一种滚珠介质式行走平台1,所述行走平台1连接控制器2,所述行走平台1包括旋转底座3,所述旋转底座3上配合设有直线动力机构4,所述直线动力机构4上设有若干介质单元5,所述若干介质单元5配合设有回流机构6,所述若干介质单元5连接控制器2。
本实施例中,所述若干介质单元5为PA66材质。
如图2所示,所述旋转底座3包括支撑框架7和回转驱动8,所述回转驱动8包括第一电机9,所述第一电机9的输出轴上套设有第一主动齿轮10,所述第一主动齿轮10啮合有第一从动齿轮11,所述支撑框架7套设于第一从动齿轮11外侧,所述支撑框架7和第一从动齿轮11同轴设置;所述直线动力机构4与所述第一从动齿轮11配合设置。
本发明中,所述支撑框架7上均匀设有支脚12,所述支脚12为地脚螺栓(脚杯),起到支撑作用的同时保证了行走平台1的稳定。
如图3所示,所述直线动力机构4包括与所述旋转底座3配合设置的转动框13,所述转动框13上设有直线框架14,所述直线框架14的两端设有辊轴15,所述辊轴15间套设有跑带16,所述跑带16配合设有传动机构17;所述传动机构17包括第二电机18,所述第二电机18的输出轴和跑带16两端的辊轴15外配合套设有传动带19,所述第二电机18连接控制器2。
如图4所示,所述回流机构6包括外框20,所述外框20跨设于直线动力机构4上;所述外框20连接有第三电机21,所述第三电机21的输出轴上套设有第二主动齿轮22,所述第二主动齿轮22啮合有第二从动齿轮23,所述第二从动齿轮23朝向内侧均匀设有拨齿24,所述拨齿24与若干介质单元5配合设置;所述第三电机21连接控制器2。
如图5所示,所述跑带16和所述若干介质单元5中间设有摩擦力中和层25,所述摩擦力中和层25由钢珠26排布组成,所述钢珠26为高碳钢。
本实施例中,跑带16转动带动摩擦力中和层25,摩擦力中和层25会减弱直线运动方向(行走方向)以及回转方向运动时跑带16与介质单元5之间的摩擦力,但是摩擦力中和层25对旋转方向摩擦力的减弱的程度要大于对直线运动方向的摩擦力的减弱程度,通过两个方向的差值从而造成用户使用时,跑带16带来的动力可以带动用户进行行走,但旋转时又不至于对用户造成较大的影响;同理,当用户静态站立在介质单元5上的时候,不会造成完全站不稳的情况。
当用户在行走平台1上行走时,控制器2接收外来的用户行走速度、行走方向等信息,再将信息传递给回转驱动8上的第一电机9,第一电机9根据用户的行走方向而相应的旋转;控制器2将信息传递给跑带16上的第二电机18,第二电机18根据用户的行走速度相应的改变跑带16的运行速度;控制器2将信息传递给回流机构6上的第三电机21,第三电机21相应的改变第二主动齿轮22的转速,以此带动第二从动齿轮23的转速,跑带16运行的时候,带动介质单元5向跑带16转动方向移动,回流机构6上第二从动齿轮23内侧的拨齿24,可以使介质单元5的单元被嵌入到拨齿24里面,拨齿24带动介质单元5的单元旋转至另一侧,即当前使用者的正前方,再被跑带16的动力给传送出去,形成回流,保证了用户无论如何行走始终处于产品的行走区域内,有效地保证了用户的人身安全,以及介质单元5的循环利用。

Claims (5)

1.一种滚珠介质式行走平台,所述行走平台连接控制器,其特征在于:所述行走平台包括旋转底座,所述旋转底座上配合设有直线动力机构,所述直线动力机构上设有若干介质单元,所述若干介质单元配合设有回流机构,所述若干介质单元连接控制器;
所述直线动力机构包括与所述旋转底座配合设置的转动框,所述转动框上设有直线框架,所述直线框架的两端设有辊轴,所述辊轴间套设有跑带,跑带和所述若干介质单元中间设有摩擦力中和层;
所述回流机构包括外框,所述外框跨设于直线动力机构上;所述外框外侧设有第三电机,所述第三电机的输出轴上套设有第二主动齿轮,所述第二主动齿轮啮合有第二从动齿轮,所述第二从动齿轮设于外框和直线动力机构间;所述第二从动齿轮朝向内侧均匀设有拨齿,所述拨齿与若干介质单元配合设置;所述第三电机连接控制器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种滚珠介质式行走平台,其特征在于:所述旋转底座包括支撑框架和回转驱动,所述回转驱动包括第一电机,所述第一电机的输出轴上套设有第一主动齿轮,所述第一主动齿轮啮合有第一从动齿轮,所述支撑框架套设于第一从动齿轮外侧,所述支撑框架和第一从动齿轮同轴设置;所述直线动力机构与所述第一从动齿轮配合设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种滚珠介质式行走平台,其特征在于:所述支撑框架上均匀设有支脚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种滚珠介质式行走平台,其特征在于:所述跑带配合设有传动机构。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种滚珠介质式行走平台,其特征在于:所述传动机构包括第二电机,所述第二电机的输出轴和跑带两端的辊轴外配合套设有传动带,所述第二电机连接控制器。
