现有的艾壮灸存在如下问题：直接将其置于人体皮肤上，艾壮燃烧会在治疗者皮肤上留下疤痕，治疗过程较痛苦。也有为了减轻痛苦，在皮肤上方姜片，然后在放置艾壮，但是这两种方法的疗效都不明显，调理五脏六腑和神经血液功能效果差，不能适应普通家庭用于防病治病的需求。

本发明的优点是：车前草性味甘、寒。能清热利尿、清肝明目、祛痰止咳、渗湿止泻。紫花地丁具有清热解毒、凉血消肿、清热利湿之功效。香五加具有祛风湿之功效。防风能够治疗祛风解表；胜湿止痛；解痉；止痒。苋菜性凉味微甘，入肺、大肠，有清热利湿、凉血止血、止痢等作用。景天三七具有散瘀；止血；宁心安神；解毒之功效。菊叶三七具有散瘀止血，解毒消肿之功效。软枣叶具有清热解毒之功效。双枝具有清热祛湿通络之功效，用于风湿热痹、四肢关节疼痛。干姜具有温中回阳，温肺化痰，温经止血之功效。小茴香有温肾暖肝、散寒止痛，理气和中的功效。赤芍有活血通经,散瘀消症,行滞止疼的作用。白鲜皮具有清热燥湿，祛风解毒之功效。萹蓄具有利热湿，痛淋闭，杀虫之功效。侧柏具有凉血，止血，祛风湿，散肿毒之功效。卷柏具有活血通经之功效。万寿菊具有解毒消肿之功效。
所以本药物在进行艾壮灸治疗时具有祛风除湿，调理五脏六腑、神经血液的作用，其成本低，疗效明显，治疗过程无痛苦，使用方便，药源广价格低，无毒无副作用。
