本发明公开了一种治疗慢性肝炎的药物，由以下重量份原料制成：黄芪20‑30份、党参10‑15份、茯苓10‑15份、制大黄10‑15份、白术8‑12份、香附8‑12份、桃仁8‑12份、橘红8‑12份、龙胆草15‑20份、白芍15‑20份、当归15‑20份、川朴5‑10份。本发明采用黄芪、党参、茯苓、制大黄、白术、香附等中药制备的药物，各原料药相互作用，相互影响，具有温补脾肾、益气养血、柔肝的作用，可有效治疗慢性肝炎，且各原料药均使用天然药物，因此其具有见效快、疗效好、无毒副作用的优点。

本发明涉及中药技术领域,具体涉及一种治疗慢性肝炎的药物。
背景技术
慢性肝炎是指由不同病因引起的，病程至少持续超过6个月以上的肝脏坏死和炎症，如感染肝炎病毒(乙肝病毒，丙肝病毒)，长期饮酒，服用肝毒性药物等。临床上可有相应的症状、体征和肝生化检查异常，也可以无明显临床症状，仅有肝组织的坏死和炎症。病程呈波动性或持续进行性，如不进行适当的治疗，部分患者可进展为肝硬化。慢性肝炎分：⑴慢性乙型肝炎，⑵慢性丙型肝炎，⑶自身免疫性肝炎，⑷慢性酒精性肝病，⑸药物性肝病，又称药物性肝损害。
慢性肝病情较复杂，治愈后亦较严重，除个别病情可改善，甚至痊愈外，多数渐进至肝硬变，给人带来极大地痛苦。目前的治疗药物中，西药的治疗副作用比较大，而中药的则存在治疗效果不明显或者药效比较迟缓。导致症状得不到缓解或者会进一步加重病情，增大了患者的痛苦。
发明内容
针对上述，本发明的目的是提供一种治疗慢性肝炎的药物，其效果显著，无不良反应，安全可靠。
本发明采取的技术方案是：
一种治疗慢性肝炎的药物，由以下重量份原料制成：黄芪20-30份、党参10-15份、茯苓10-15份、制大黄10-15份、白术8-12份、香附8-12份、桃仁8-12份、橘红8-12份、龙胆草15-20份、白芍15-20份、当归15-20份、川朴5-10份。
进一步地，所述的治疗慢性肝炎的药物，由以下重量份原料制成：黄芪23-27份、党参12-13份、茯苓12-13份、制大黄12-13份、白术9-11份、香附9-11份、桃仁9-11份、橘红9-11份、龙胆草17-18份、白芍17-18份、当归17-18份、川朴7-8份。
更进一步地，所述的治疗慢性肝炎的药物，由以下重量份原料制成：黄芪25份、党参12.5份、茯苓12.5份、制大黄12.5份、白术10份、香附10份、桃仁10份、橘红10份、龙胆草17.5份、白芍17.5份、当归17.5份、川朴7.5份。
优选地，所述药物可以制成片剂、分散片、速溶片、冲剂或口服液。
本发明的优点是：本发明采用黄芪、党参、茯苓、制大黄、白术、香附等中药制备的药物，各原料药相互作用，相互影响，具有温补脾肾、益气养血、柔肝的作用，可有效治疗慢性肝炎，且各原料药均使用天然药物，因此其具有见效快、疗效好、无毒副作用的优点。

一种治疗慢性肝炎的药物，由以下重量份原料制成：黄芪20份、党参10份、茯苓10份、制大黄10份、白术8份、香附8份、桃仁8份、橘红8份、龙胆草15份、白芍15份、当归15份、川朴5份。
实施例2
一种治疗慢性肝炎的药物，由以下重量份原料制成：黄芪23份、党参12份、茯苓12份、制大黄12份、白术9份、香附9份、桃仁9份、橘红9份、龙胆草17份、白芍17份、当归17份、川朴7份。
实施例3
一种治疗慢性肝炎的药物，由以下重量份原料制成：黄芪25份、党参12.5份、茯苓12.5份、制大黄12.5份、白术10份、香附10份、桃仁10份、橘红10份、龙胆草17.5份、白芍17.5份、当归17.5份、川朴7.5份。

一种治疗慢性肝炎的药物，由以下重量份原料制成：黄芪27份、党参13份、茯苓13份、制大黄13份、白术11份、香附11份、桃仁11份、橘红11份、龙胆草18份、白芍18份、当归18份、川朴8份。

一种治疗慢性肝炎的药物，由以下重量份原料制成：黄芪30份、党参15份、茯苓15份、制大黄15份、白术12份、香附12份、桃仁12份、橘红12份、龙胆草20份、白芍20份、当归20份、川朴10份。
实施例
慢性肝炎的诊断标准：食欲不振、疲乏无力、上腹不适、肝功能明显异常，特别是体内转氨酶升高；严重者消瘦、面色灰暗、黄疸等。
选择符合上述标准的早期肝硬化患者90例，其中男50例、女40例，年龄最大67岁，最小32岁，平均年龄47岁。
治疗方法：使用实施例3配方制得的口服液来进行治疗，一天2次，每次口服150毫升，连续治疗3个月。
疗效标准
1、显效：食欲不振、疲乏无力、上腹不适缓解，肝功能正常，体内转氨酶指标正常，患者黄疸现象消失，面色正常。
2、有效：食欲不振、疲乏无力、上腹不适缓解，肝功能基本正常，体内转氨酶降低，面色好转。
3、无效：治疗前后症状、体征无变化。
治疗效果：显效49例，有效37例，无效4例，总有效率为95.6％。

1.一种治疗慢性肝炎的药物，其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成：黄芪20-30份、党参10-15份、茯苓10-15份、制大黄10-15份、白术8-12份、香附8-12份、桃仁8-12份、橘红8-12份、龙胆草15-20份、白芍15-20份、当归15-20份、川朴5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗慢性肝炎的药物，其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成：黄芪23-27份、党参12-13份、茯苓12-13份、制大黄12-13份、白术9-11份、香附9-11份、桃仁9-11份、橘红9-11份、龙胆草17-18份、白芍17-18份、当归17-18份、川朴7-8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的治疗慢性肝炎的药物，其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成：黄芪25份、党参12.5份、茯苓12.5份、制大黄12.5份、白术10份、香附10份、桃仁10份、橘红10份、龙胆草17.5份、白芍17.5份、当归17.5份、川朴7.5份。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的治疗慢性肝炎的药物，其特征在于所述药物可以制成片剂、分散片、速溶片、冲剂或口服液。
