Abstract
本发明涉及一种烟碱油悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述烟碱油悬浮剂由以下重量百分含量的成分组成:烟碱5%‑7%、芦竹碱3%‑4%、辣椒碱2%‑3%、苦参碱1.5%‑2.5%、鱼藤酮1%‑3%、分散剂4%‑6%、助溶剂2%‑3%、抗冻剂1.5%‑3%,余量为水。所述烟碱油悬浮剂由烟草废弃物中提取出来的,对烟草植株基本没有伤害,无农药残留,污染小。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种烟碱油悬浮剂,属于杀虫剂领域。
背景技术
由于化学农药的长期、大量不合理使用,以及由于某些药剂本身固有的缺点,造成了害虫产生“3R”问题,即抗药性(Resistance)、再猖獗(Resurgence)和残留(Residue)。许多害虫对化学农药产生了几十倍甚至成百上千倍的抗药性。一些主要害虫的数量急剧下降后又突然回升造成更大的危害,次要害虫在天敌被杀死后突然暴发成灾。农药不但殃及非防治目标物种如天敌、传粉昆虫和野生动物等,而且严重污染土壤、水域、大气和动植物产品,反过来又造成新的害虫危机。此问题对于烟草植株来说,影响更为严重。
因此有必要设计一种烟碱油悬浮剂,以克服上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术之缺陷,提供了一种对烟草植株无伤害、无农药残留、污染小的烟碱油悬浮剂。
本发明是这样实现的:
本发明提供一种烟碱油悬浮剂,所述烟碱油悬浮剂由以下重量百分含量的成分组成:烟碱5%-7%、芦竹碱3%-4%、辣椒碱2%-3%、苦参碱1.5%-2.5%、鱼藤酮1%-3%、分散剂4%-6%、助溶剂2%-3%、抗冻剂1.5%-3%,余量为水。
所述烟碱油悬浮剂由以下重量百分含量的成分组成:烟碱5%、芦竹碱3%、辣椒碱2%、苦参碱1.5%、鱼藤酮1%、分散剂6%、助溶剂3%、抗冻剂1.5%,余量为水。
所述烟碱油悬浮剂由以下重量百分含量的成分组成:烟碱7%、芦竹碱3%、辣椒碱3%、苦参碱2%、鱼藤酮2%、分散剂5%、助溶剂2%、抗冻剂2%,余量为水。
所述分散剂为聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的共聚物。
所述助溶剂为异戊醇、苯酚、乙酸乙酯和二甲基亚砜中的一种或任意几种的组合。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
所述烟碱油悬浮剂由以下重量百分含量的成分组成:烟碱5%-7%、芦竹碱3%-4%、辣椒碱2%-3%、苦参碱1.5%-2.5%、鱼藤酮1%-3%、分散剂4%-6%、助溶剂2%-3%、抗冻剂1.5%-3%,余量为水。所述烟碱油悬浮剂由烟草废弃物中提取出来的,对烟草植株基本没有伤害,无农药残留,污染小。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例提供一种烟碱油悬浮剂,所述烟碱油悬浮剂由以下重量百分含量的成分组成:烟碱5%-7%、芦竹碱3%-4%、辣椒碱2%-3%、苦参碱1.5%-2.5%、鱼藤酮1%-3%、分散剂4%-6%、助溶剂2%-3%、抗冻剂1.5%-3%,余量为水。
在本较佳实施例中,所述烟碱油悬浮剂由以下重量百分含量的成分组成:烟碱5%、芦竹碱3%、辣椒碱2%、苦参碱1.5%、鱼藤酮1%、分散剂6%、助溶剂3%、抗冻剂1.5%,余量为水。
在另一较佳实施例中,所述烟碱油悬浮剂由以下重量百分含量的成分组成:烟碱7%、芦竹碱3%、辣椒碱3%、苦参碱2%、鱼藤酮2%、分散剂5%、助溶剂2%、抗冻剂2%,余量为水。
进一步地,所述分散剂为聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的共聚物。所述助溶剂为异戊醇、苯酚、乙酸乙酯和二甲基亚砜中的一种或任意几种的组合。
其中,所述烟碱油悬浮剂中的烟碱需要较高的纯度,其制备方法如下:
步骤一:将烟茎进行粉碎,得到烟茎粉,采用6目粉碎机进行粉碎,并通过6目筛网进行筛细。
步骤二:向烟茎粉中加入氢氧化钠,氢氧化钠的浓度为1.5%-3%,并加入石油醚,其中,石油醚与烟茎粉的质量比为1:(3-6),在本较佳实施例中,石油醚与烟茎粉的质量比为1:6。
步骤三:对步骤三的溶液进行分液处理,并采用真空浓缩罐回收石油醚,并进行加温浓缩处理,加温60-90度。
步骤四:向上述经过加压浓缩处理的液体中加入蒸馏水,并通过第一超滤膜过滤,收集透过液,其中,经过加压浓缩处理的液体的体积与加入的蒸馏水的比为1:(1-2.5)。所述第一超滤膜的规格为8000-12000目,过滤的压强为1.3-1.7兆帕,流量为1500-2300升/小时。在本较佳实施例中采用10000目的第一超滤膜,压强为1.5兆帕,流量为2000升/小时。
步骤五:将步骤四中的透过液通过第二超滤膜过滤,并收集透过液,所述第二超滤膜的规格为2000-3000目,过滤的压强为1.8-2.2兆帕,流量为1800-2200升/小时。在本较佳实施例中采用2500目的超滤膜,压强为2.0兆帕,流量为2000升/小时。
步骤六:将步骤五中的透过液通过纳滤膜过滤,并收集透过的浓缩液。所述纳滤膜的规格为120-180目,过滤的压强为2.2-2.7兆帕,流量为800-1500升/小时。在本较佳实施例中采用150目的纳滤膜,压强为2.5兆帕,流量为1000升/小时。
步骤七:向浓缩液中加入石油醚,进行多次萃取,并回收石油醚。其中,浓缩液与石油醚的体积比为1:(2-4),萃取的次数为2-3次。在本较佳实施例中,采用浓缩液与石油醚的体积比为1:3,萃取的次数为3次。
步骤八:将步骤七中的石油醚采用旋转蒸化器进行蒸发,所述旋转蒸化器的控制温度为128-130摄氏度,真空负压为0.05-0.10兆帕,并收集馏出液,即得到高纯度的烟碱,然后可以用于配制碱油悬浮剂。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
所述烟碱油悬浮剂由以下重量百分含量的成分组成:烟碱5%-7%、芦竹碱3%-4%、辣椒碱2%-3%、苦参碱1.5%-2.5%、鱼藤酮1%-3%、分散剂4%-6%、助溶剂2%-3%、抗冻剂1.5%-3%,余量为水。所述烟碱油悬浮剂由烟草废弃物中提取出来的,对烟草植株基本没有伤害,无农药残留,污染小。

1.一种烟碱油悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述烟碱油悬浮剂由以下重量百分含量的成分组成:烟碱5%-7%、芦竹碱3%-4%、辣椒碱2%-3%、苦参碱1.5%-2.5%、鱼藤酮1%-3%、分散剂4%-6%、助溶剂2%-3% 、抗冻剂1.5%-3%,余量为水。
2.如权利要求1所述的烟碱油悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述烟碱油悬浮剂由以下重量百分含量的成分组成:烟碱5%、芦竹碱3%、辣椒碱2%、苦参碱1.5%、鱼藤酮1%、分散剂6%、助溶剂3%、抗冻剂1.5%,余量为水。
3.如权利要求1所述的烟碱油悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述烟碱油悬浮剂由以下重量百分含量的成分组成:烟碱7%、芦竹碱3%、辣椒碱3%、苦参碱2%、鱼藤酮2%、分散剂5%、助溶剂2% 、抗冻剂2%,余量为水。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的烟碱油悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述分散剂为聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的共聚物。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的烟碱油悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述助溶剂为异戊醇、苯酚、乙酸乙酯和二甲基亚砜中的一种或任意几种的组合。
