Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem that the existing device cannot control and early warn the horizontal deformation of a roof system of a large-span ice and snow sports building without inner columns under the external load and temperature change, and provides the horizontal deformation early warning and limiting device applied to the roof system of the ice and snow sports building without the inner columns.
The horizontal deformation early warning and limiting device for the ice and snow sports building roof system with the large span and no inner column comprises a top plate, a bottom plate, a cylinder, a scale, a pointer, a power supply, an early warning bell, a first roller limiting block, a second roller limiting block, a third roller limiting block, a fourth roller limiting block and two warning limiting contacts;
the top plate is fixedly connected with a beam of the large-span ice and snow sports building without the inner column, a first roller limiting block and a second roller limiting block are arranged on the lower end face of the top plate, and a staff gauge is arranged on the side face of the top plate between the first roller limiting block and the second roller limiting block;
the bottom plate is fixedly connected with structural columns of the large-span ice and snow sports building without inner columns; the upper end surface of the bottom plate is provided with a third roller limiting block and a fourth roller limiting block;
the bottom of the pointer is fixed on the side surface of the bottom plate between the third roller limiting block and the fourth roller limiting block, the top of the pointer is contacted with the scale and points to the middle position of the scale, and alarm limiting contacts are respectively arranged at two ends close to the scale;
the distance between the first roller limiting block and the second roller limiting block is equal to the distance between the third roller limiting block and the fourth roller limiting block, the first roller limiting block is aligned with the third roller limiting block, and the second roller limiting block is aligned with the fourth roller limiting block;
the cylinder is arranged in the middle of the containing cavity formed by the top plate, the bottom plate, the first roller limiting block, the second roller limiting block, the third roller limiting block and the fourth roller limiting block, and the excircle of the cylinder is attached to the top plate and the bottom plate;
the axis of the cylinder is vertical to the length direction of the beam of the large-span ice and snow sports building without the inner column;
the power supply and the early warning bell are arranged in a guard room of a large-span ice and snow sports building without an inner column, the two warning limit contacts are connected in parallel through a wire and then connected with the positive electrode of the power supply, and the bottom of the pointer is connected with the negative electrode of the power supply after being connected with the early warning bell in series.
The principle and the advantages of the invention are that:
1. when the roof system of the large-span ice and snow sports building without the inner column is horizontally deformed, the top plate horizontally displaces along with the beam of the large-span ice and snow sports building without the inner column, and further the staff gauge is driven to move;
2. according to the invention, the maximum sliding distance of the cylinder can be calculated according to specific spans of different buildings and by calculating the maximum deformation amount and other factors generated by the beams in a safety range, a first roller limiting block and a second roller limiting block are arranged on the lower end face of a top plate at the maximum sliding distance, and a third roller limiting block and a fourth roller limiting block are arranged on the upper end face of a bottom plate; therefore, the invention has a limit function;
3. the device can control and early warn according to the relative deformation of the roof body system and the support system in a certain range, which is generated by the large-span ice and snow sports building without inner columns under the external load or temperature change, can realize industrial production and assembly construction, is convenient and quick to construct, has intuitive and definite deformation displacement change, and can greatly improve the safety and durability of the large-span ice and snow sports building without inner columns.
The invention can be used for horizontal deformation early warning and limiting of the large-span ice and snow sports building roof system without inner columns.
Detailed Description
The first embodiment is as follows: referring to fig. 1, the horizontal deformation early warning and limiting device for the ice and snow sports building roof system with large span and no inner column in the embodiment comprises a top plate 1, a bottom plate 2, a cylinder 3, a scale 4, a pointer 5, a power supply 6, an early warning bell 7, a first roller limiting block 8, a second roller limiting block 9, a third roller limiting block 10, a fourth roller limiting block 11 and two warning limiting contacts 12;
the top plate 1 is fixedly connected with a beam of a large-span ice and snow sports building without an inner column, a first roller limiting block 8 and a second roller limiting block 9 are arranged on the lower end face of the top plate 1, and a scale 4 is arranged on the side face of the top plate 1 between the first roller limiting block 8 and the second roller limiting block 9;
the bottom plate 2 is fixedly connected with structural columns of the large-span ice and snow sports building without inner columns; the upper end surface of the bottom plate 2 is provided with a third roller limiting block 10 and a fourth roller limiting block 11;
the bottom of the pointer 5 is fixed on the side surface of the bottom plate 2 between the third roller limiting block 10 and the fourth roller limiting block 11, the top of the pointer 5 is contacted with the scale 4 and points to the middle position of the scale 4, and alarm limiting contacts 12 are respectively arranged at the two ends close to the scale 4;
the distance between the first roller limiting block 8 and the second roller limiting block 9 is equal to the distance between the third roller limiting block 10 and the fourth roller limiting block 11, the first roller limiting block 8 is aligned with the third roller limiting block 10, and the second roller limiting block 9 is aligned with the fourth roller limiting block 11;
a cylinder 3 is arranged in the middle of a containing cavity formed by the top plate 1, the bottom plate 2, the first roller limiting block 8, the second roller limiting block 9, the third roller limiting block 10 and the fourth roller limiting block 11, and the outer circle of the cylinder 3 is attached to the top plate 1 and the bottom plate 2;
the axis of the cylinder 3 is vertical to the length direction of the beam of the large-span ice and snow sports building without the inner column;
the power supply 6 and the early warning bell 7 are arranged in a guard room of a large-span ice and snow sports building without an inner column, the two warning limit contacts 12 are connected in parallel through wires and then connected with the positive electrode of the power supply 6, and the bottom of the pointer 5 is connected with the negative electrode of the power supply 6 after being connected with the early warning bell 9 in series.
In the present embodiment, the roof panel 1 is fixedly connected to the beam of the large-span ice and snow sports building without the inner column by bolts.
In this embodiment, the base plate 2 is fixedly connected to the structural column of the large-span ice and snow sports building without an inner column by bolts.
In the present embodiment, the scale 4 is fixed to the side surface of the top plate 1 by screws.
In this embodiment, the pointer 5 is fixed to the side surface of the base plate 2 by screws.
The principle and the advantages of the embodiment are that:
1. when the roof system of the large-span and inner-column-free ice and snow sports building horizontally deforms, the top plate 1 moves horizontally along with the beam of the large-span and inner-column-free ice and snow sports building, so that the scale 4 is driven to move, and as the cylinder 3 is positioned in the middle of the containing cavity formed by the top plate 1, the bottom plate 2, the first roller limiting block 8, the second roller limiting block 9, the third roller limiting block 10 and the fourth roller limiting block 11, horizontal movement can be generated, when the scale 4 on the top plate 1 moves along with the beam of the large-span and inner-column-free ice and snow sports building to the alarm limiting contact point 12 on the pointer 5 to contact the scale 4, a power supply loop is generated, and the alarm bell 7 gives an alarm, namely the warning function is realized;
2. according to the embodiment, the maximum rolling distance of the cylinder 3 can be calculated according to specific spans of different buildings, the maximum deformation amount of the beams in the safety range is calculated, a first rolling shaft limiting block 8 and a second rolling shaft limiting block 9 are arranged on the lower end face of the top plate 1 at the maximum sliding distance, and a third rolling shaft limiting block 10 and a fourth rolling shaft limiting block 11 are arranged on the upper end face of the bottom plate 2; therefore, the present embodiment has a limit function;
3. the device of the embodiment can control and early warn according to the relative deformation of the roof body system and the supporting system in a certain range, which is generated by the large-span ice and snow sports building without inner columns under the external load or temperature change, and can realize industrial production and assembly construction, the construction is convenient, the deformation displacement change is visual and clear, and the safety and the durability of the ice and snow sports building without the inner columns with large span can be greatly improved.
The implementation mode can be used for horizontal deformation early warning and limiting of the large-span ice and snow sports building roof system without inner columns.
The second embodiment is as follows: the present embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that: the cylinder 3 is made of high-strength alloy steel, the axial length of the cylinder 3 is equal to the width of the top plate 1, and the width of the top plate 1 is equal to the width of the bottom plate 2. The other is the same as in the first embodiment.
And a third specific embodiment: the difference between this embodiment and the first or second embodiment is that: the top plate 1 is made of high-strength alloy steel. The other embodiments are the same as those of the first or second embodiment.
The specific embodiment IV is as follows: the difference between this embodiment and the first to third embodiments is that: the base plate 2 is made of high-strength alloy steel. The other embodiments are the same as those of the first to third embodiments.
Fifth embodiment: the difference between this embodiment and the first to fourth embodiments is that: the first roller limiting block 8, the second roller limiting block 9, the third roller limiting block 10 and the fourth roller limiting block 11 are made of steel, the lengths of the first roller limiting block 8 and the second roller limiting block 9 are equal to the width of the top plate 1, and the lengths of the third roller limiting block 10 and the fourth roller limiting block 11 are equal to the width of the bottom plate 2. The other embodiments are the same as those of the first to fourth embodiments.
Specific embodiment six: the present embodiment differs from the first to fifth embodiments in that: the alarm limiting contact 12 is made of steel. The other embodiments are the same as those of the first to fifth embodiments.
Seventh embodiment: the present embodiment differs from the first to sixth embodiments in that: the staff 4 is made of insulating materials. The other embodiments are the same as those of the first to sixth embodiments.
Eighth embodiment: the present embodiment differs from the first to seventh embodiments in that: the pointer 5 is made of steel. The other embodiments are the same as those of the first to seventh embodiments.
Detailed description nine: the present embodiment differs from the embodiments one to eight in that: the pointer 5 is not contacted with the end face of the cylinder 3. The other embodiments are the same as those of the first to eighth embodiments.
Detailed description ten: the present embodiment differs from the first to ninth embodiments in that: the length of the top plate 1 is smaller than the length of a beam of the large-span ice and snow sports building without inner columns, and the length of the bottom plate 2 is smaller than the diameter of a structural column of the large-span ice and snow sports building without inner columns. The other embodiments are the same as those of the first to ninth embodiments.
