本发明一种机床抗氧化涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:按质量份数计将纤维素树脂20‑30份、乙烯树脂33‑42份、氟碳树脂10‑20份、松香改性树脂11‑31份进行混合,混合时间为1‑2H,再加入丙三醇5‑10份、氧化铬绿11‑15份进行混合,混合时间为40‑60min,最后加入灰云母氧化铁2‑8份、氧化铝2‑10份、氧化锌1‑5份进行混合,混合时间为30‑50min。采用多种抗氧辅助剂混合,使得涂料具有极高的抗氧化性能,使用效果好。

本发明特别涉及一种机床抗氧化涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
数控机床是数字控制机床的简称,是一种装有程序控制系统的自动化机床。该控制系统能够逻辑地处理具有控制编码或其他符号指令规定的程序,并将其译码,用代码化的数字表示,通过信息载体输入数控装置。经运算处理由数控装置发出各种控制信号,控制机床的动作,按图纸要求的形状和尺寸,自动地将零件加工出来。
随着涂料种类的应用范围逐渐增大,具有不同功能的涂料也存在着广大的市场需求。特种涂料是指与传统涂料有着本质区别的新型涂料,不同的特种涂料具有不同特性。抗氧化涂料就是特种涂料中的一种。使用抗氧化涂料,能够保护被涂覆物避免被氧化,且在一定程度上延长了涂料的使用寿命。

本发明针对上述问题提出了一种机床抗氧化涂料的制备方法。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种机床抗氧化涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:按质量份数计将纤维素树脂20-30份、乙烯树脂33-42份、氟碳树脂10-20份、松香改性树脂11-31份进行混合,混合时间为1-2H,再加入丙三醇5-10份、氧化铬绿11-15份进行混合,混合时间为40-60min,最后加入灰云母氧化铁2-8份、氧化铝2-10份、氧化锌1-5份进行混合,混合时间为30-50min。
一种机床抗氧化涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述氧化铝余所述氧化锌的质量比为2:1。
本发明的有益效果为:采用多种抗氧辅助剂混合,且制备工艺简单,使得涂料具有极高的抗氧化性能,使用效果好。

一种机床抗氧化涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:按质量份数计将纤维素树脂30份、乙烯树脂42份、氟碳树脂20份、松香改性树脂31份进行混合,混合时间为2H,再加入丙三醇10份、氧化铬绿15份进行混合,混合时间为60min,最后加入灰云母氧化铁8份、氧化铝10份、氧化锌5份进行混合,混合时间为50min。
本发明的有益效果为:采用多种抗氧辅助剂混合,且制备工艺简单,使得涂料具有极高的抗氧化性能,使用效果好。
