本发明一种建筑有机防火堵料的阻燃剂,其特征在于,按重量份数组成成分如下:甲基苯基硅油25‑45份、羟基苯基硅油15‑27份、氢氧化镁20‑35份、膨胀性石墨颗粒16‑35份、红磷13‑25份、聚磷酸铵4‑12份。本发明所得的阻燃剂的阻燃性能极佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑有机防火堵料的阻燃剂。
背景技术
柔性有机堵料广泛应用于电厂、输变电、冶炼业等领域,同时也用于防止电缆、电线、光缆发生火灾而由孔洞向邻室蔓延,对减少火灾损失、避免事故扩大起到了很大作用。然而,国内大多数柔性有机堵料主要是用卤素粘合剂获得优良的阻燃性。但是,含卤素材料在燃烧时会释放大量的烟雾和氯化氢气体,这些烟雾和氯化氢气体会刺激人眼和呼吸系统,阻碍消防人员和救援人员的灭火和救援工作,也会对环境造成危害。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种建筑有机防火堵料的阻燃剂。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种建筑有机防火堵料的阻燃剂,其特征在于,按重量份数组成成分如下:
甲基苯基硅油25-45份、羟基苯基硅油15-27份、氢氧化镁20-35份、膨胀性石墨颗粒16-35份、红磷13-25份、聚磷酸铵4-12份。
上述一种建筑有机防火堵料的阻燃剂,其特征在于,膨胀性石墨颗粒的粒径为50-120nm。
上述一种建筑有机防火堵料的阻燃剂,其特征在于,甲基苯基硅油与羟基苯基硅油以重量比5:3的比例混合。
本发明所得的阻燃剂的防火性能极佳。

膨胀性石墨颗粒的粒径为50nm。

一种建筑有机防火堵料的阻燃剂,其特征在于,按重量份数组成成分如下:
甲基苯基硅油45份、羟基苯基硅油27份、氢氧化镁35份、膨胀性石墨颗粒35份、红磷25份、聚磷酸铵12份。
膨胀性石墨颗粒的粒径为120nm。

甲基苯基硅油25-45份、羟基苯基硅油15-27份、氢氧化镁20-35份、膨胀性石墨颗粒16-35份、红磷13-25份、聚磷酸铵4-12份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种建筑有机防火堵料的阻燃剂,其特征在于,膨胀性石墨颗粒的粒径为50-120nm。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种建筑有机防火堵料的阻燃剂,其特征在于,甲基苯基硅油与羟基苯基硅油以重量比5:3的比例混合。
