The invention discloses an oil seal pressing mechanism, which is used for pressing an oil seal (1) into a workpiece (2), wherein the workpiece (2) comprises a positioning shoulder (2 c) and a mounting hole (2 a), the oil seal pressing mechanism comprises a guide block (11) and a pressing block (12) which is used for pressing the oil seal (1) and is movably connected with the guide block (11), the guide block (11) is provided with a positioning opening (10) matched with the positioning shoulder (2 c) for positioning, and after the positioning opening (10) is matched with the positioning shoulder (2 c), the guide hole (3) is aligned with the mounting hole (2 a). The oil seal pressing mechanism provided by the invention has the advantages that the oil seal cannot incline in the installation process, the oil seal installation has high precision, the installation is reliable, and the tightness is good after the installation is finished.

The invention relates to an oil seal pressing mechanism.
Background
Oil seals are mechanical elements used to seal grease (oil is the most common liquid substance in transmission systems, also referred to generally as liquid substance), which isolates the components of the transmission components that require lubrication from the output components, from leakage of the lubricating oil. The oil seal is widely applied in industry, the oil seal needs to be extruded into a workpiece during installation, and if the oil seal is not aligned with an installation hole, the oil seal is easy to crush in the extrusion process, or the defect of installation inclination occurs.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at overcoming the defects in the prior art, and provides an oil seal pressing mechanism which enables an oil seal to be accurately aligned with a mounting hole, is high in mounting accuracy and cannot damage the oil seal.
In order to achieve the aim of the invention, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: an oil seal pressing mechanism is used for pressing an oil seal into a workpiece, the workpiece comprises a positioning shoulder and a mounting hole, the oil seal pressing mechanism comprises a guide block and a pressing block used for pressing the oil seal and movably connected with the guide block, the guide block is provided with a positioning opening matched with the positioning shoulder for positioning, and after the positioning opening is matched with the positioning shoulder, the guide hole is aligned with the mounting hole.

The anti-falling piece is a bolt.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: according to the invention, the oil seal is pressed in with high precision through the matching of the positioning opening and the positioning piece, the matching of the limiting part and the accommodating hole and the matching of the guiding part and the guiding hole; moreover, the invention is also provided with the extrusion part and the supporting part which are mutually matched and positioned with each other, so that the oil seal cannot incline in the extrusion process; in addition, the limiting part can also prevent the oil seal from being damaged by pressure, the installation is reliable, and the tightness is good after the installation is finished.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the present invention is further described in non-limiting detail below with reference to the preferred embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, an oil seal pressing mechanism according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is used for pressing an oil seal 1 into a mounting hole 2a of a workpiece 2, the mounting hole 2a is provided on an end face 2b of the workpiece 2, and the workpiece 2 further includes a positioning shoulder 2c annularly surrounding the mounting hole 2 a.
The oil seal pressing mechanism comprises a guide block 11 and a pressing block 12, wherein a guide hole 3 and a positioning opening 10 matched and positioned with a positioning shoulder 2c are formed in the center of the guide block 11, and after the positioning opening 10 and the positioning shoulder 2c are matched and installed, the guide hole 3 and a mounting hole 2a are mutually aligned. The pressing block 12 includes a guide portion 4, a pressing portion 5, and a supporting portion 6 coaxially provided in this order.
The guide part 4 is matched with the guide hole 3, and the pressing block 12 can move linearly relative to the guide block 11 through the matching of the guide part 4 and the guide hole 3.
The diameter of the pressing portion 5 is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the oil seal 1 so as not to interfere with the mounting hole 2a when the oil seal 1 is pressed in. The oil seal 1 can be sleeved on the supporting portion 6, and the diameter of the supporting portion 6 is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the oil seal 1, so that the oil seal 1 is sleeved on the supporting portion 6 with higher positioning accuracy. The terminal surface of oil blanket 1 can laminate with extrusion 5, extrusion 5 and supporting part 6 cooperation location oil blanket 1 prevent that oil blanket 1 from taking place the slope in the extrusion process.
The extrusion part 5 is provided with a limiting part 7, the diameter of the limiting part 7 is larger than the outer diameter of the oil seal 1, and after the oil seal 1 is installed in place, the limiting part 7 just contacts with the end face 2b of the workpiece 2, so that the pressing-in block 12 is limited to be pressed down continuously. The guide block 11 is provided with a receiving hole 8 at the center for receiving the pressing portion 5.
In order to further increase the positioning accuracy of the limiting portion 7, it is preferable that the diameter of the limiting portion 7 is slightly smaller than the diameter of the accommodating hole 8, and the press-in block 12 and the guide block 11 have higher coaxial accuracy by the cooperation of the limiting portion 7 and the accommodating hole 8 and the cooperation of the guide portion 4 and the guide hole 3.
In order to prevent the press-in block 12 and the guide block 11 from being separated and lost, the other end of the guide portion 4 is radially connected with a release preventing member 9, and the release preventing member 9 may be selected as a bolt and may be screwed with the guide portion 4. Limiting is performed through the anti-falling piece 9 and the extrusion part 5, so that the pressing-in block 12 can be prevented from falling off the guide block 11, and the storage is convenient.
According to the invention, the oil seal is pressed in with high precision through the matching of the positioning opening and the positioning piece, the matching of the limiting part and the accommodating hole and the matching of the guiding part and the guiding hole; moreover, the invention is also provided with the extrusion part and the supporting part which are mutually matched and positioned with each other, so that the oil seal cannot incline in the extrusion process; in addition, the limiting part can also prevent the oil seal from being damaged by pressure, the installation is reliable, and the tightness is good after the installation is finished.

An oil seal pressing mechanism is used for pressing an oil seal (1) into a workpiece (2), wherein the workpiece (2) comprises a positioning shoulder (2 c) and a mounting hole (2 a), and is characterized in that: the oil seal pressing mechanism comprises a guide block (11) and a pressing block (12) used for pressing the oil seal (1) and movably connected with the guide block (11), a guide hole (3) is formed in the center of the guide block (11), the pressing block (12) comprises a guide part (4) matched with the guide hole (3), a positioning opening (10) matched with the positioning shoulder (2 c) for positioning is formed in the guide block (11), and after the positioning opening (10) is matched with the positioning shoulder (2 c), the guide hole (3) is aligned with the mounting hole (2 a);
the pressing-in block (12) further comprises an extrusion part (5) connected to one end of the guide part (4), the guide block (11) is provided with a containing hole (8) communicated with the guide hole (3) and used for containing the extrusion part (5), and the axes of the pressing-in block (12), the guide part (4) and the extrusion part (5) are the same;
the pressing-in block (12) further comprises a supporting part (6) connected with the pressing part (5), and the oil seal (1) can be sleeved on the supporting part (6);
the diameter of the extrusion part (5) is smaller than the outer diameter of the oil seal (1) so as to avoid interference with the mounting hole (2 a) when the oil seal (1) is pressed in, the oil seal (1) is sleeved on the supporting part (6), and the diameter of the supporting part (6) is smaller than the inner diameter of the oil seal (1), so that the oil seal (1) has higher positioning precision when being sleeved on the supporting part (6); the end face of the oil seal (1) can be attached to the extrusion part (5), and the extrusion part (5) and the supporting part (6) are matched to position the oil seal (1) so as to prevent the oil seal (1) from inclining in the extrusion process.

The oil seal pressing mechanism according to claim 1, wherein: the workpiece (2) comprises an end face (2 b) provided with the mounting hole (2 a), the extruding part (5) is provided with a limiting part (7), the diameter of the limiting part (7) is larger than the outer diameter of the oil seal (1), and when the oil seal (1) is mounted in place, the limiting part (7) is attached to the end face (2 b).
