4) The press-fitting push cylinder 3 is inserted through the second central hole 303 on the mounting stud 2 and sleeved outside the second outer diameter portion 106 of the first guide column 1, so that the third end surface 301 of the press-fitting push cylinder 3 abuts against the oil seal 5, as shown in fig. 4.
5) The fitting nut 4 is sleeved on the second end 202 of the fitting stud 2 and abuts against the fourth end face 302 of the press-fitting push cylinder 3, as shown in fig. 4.
6) The assembling nut 4 is rotated towards the direction close to the oil seal groove 8, the press-fitting push cylinder 3 is pushed to move by the assembling nut 4, and the oil seal 5 is pushed to move towards the direction close to the oil seal groove 8 by the movement of the press-fitting push cylinder 3 until the oil seal 5 is completely pushed into the oil seal groove 8, as shown in fig. 6.
And then, assembling the oil seal 5, and after the oil seal 5 is pressed in place, reversely operating and disassembling the assembling tool.

Claims (6)

the assembling stud (2) is inserted into the first guide column (1) through the first central hole (103), and two ends of the assembling stud respectively extend out of the first end surface (101) and the second end surface (102) of the first guide column (1);
the press-fitting push cylinder (3) comprises a second central hole (303) penetrating through a third end face (301) and a fourth end face (302) which are opposite, and a second accommodating groove (304) is formed in the third end face (301); the press-fitting push cylinder (3) penetrates through the assembly stud (2) through the second central hole (303), and the second end (202) of the assembly stud (2) penetrates out through the fourth end face (302); at least one part of the first guide column (1) is arranged in the second accommodating groove (304), wherein the second outer diameter part (106) of the first guide column (1) is matched with the second accommodating groove (304) of the press-fitting push cylinder (3);
the assembling nut (4) is sleeved on the assembling stud (2) through the second end (202) of the assembling stud (2);
the mounting shaft (7) is inserted into the first accommodating groove (104), and the assembling stud (2) is inserted into a third central hole formed in the mounting shaft (7) through a first end (201) extending out of the first end surface (101) of the first guide column (1) and is in threaded connection with the mounting shaft (7); the oil seal (5) is sleeved on a first outer diameter part (105) of the first guide column (1), a third end surface (301) of the press-fitting push cylinder (3) is abutted to the oil seal (5), when the assembling nut (4) rotates towards the direction close to the press-fitting push cylinder (3) on the assembling stud (2), the press-fitting push cylinder (3) is pushed to move through the assembling nut (4), and the press-fitting push cylinder (3) pushes the oil seal (5) to move towards the direction close to the oil seal groove (8);
a third accommodating groove (107) is formed in the second end face (101) of the first guide post (1), a clamping portion (203) is arranged on the assembling stud (2), and when the assembling stud (2) is inserted into the first guide post (1) through the first center hole (103), the clamping portion (203) is clamped in the third accommodating groove (107) and abuts against the groove bottom face of the third accommodating groove (107);
wherein, oil blanket assembly fixture still includes: a second guide post (9);
the second guide post (9) comprises: a third outer diameter portion (901) adapted to the first receiving groove (104) of the first guide post (1) and a fourth outer diameter portion (902) connected to the third outer diameter portion (901);
wherein the fourth outer diameter portion (902) comprises: a first portion (9021) connected with the third outer diameter portion (901) and a second portion (9022) far away from the third outer diameter portion (901), wherein the diameter of the first portion (9021) is equal to that of the first outer diameter portion (105) of the first guide column (1), the diameter of the second portion (9022) is smaller than that of the first outer diameter portion (105) of the first guide column (1), and the first portion (9021) is smoothly connected with the second portion (9022).

The oil seal assembling tool according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer diameter of the second outer diameter part (106) of the first guide column (1) is larger than that of the first outer diameter part (105), and an annular cross section (108) is formed between the second outer diameter part (106) and the first outer diameter part (105);
the oil seal (5) is sleeved on the first outer diameter part (105) and is abutted against the annular cross section (108).

The oil seal assembling tool according to claim 1, wherein the third end surface (301) of the press-fitting push cylinder (3) comprises: the oil seal structure comprises an abutting part (3011) abutting against the oil seal (5) and a limiting boss (3012) abutting against the end face (801) of the side wall of the oil seal groove (8) when the oil seal (5) moves into the oil seal groove (8);
the abutting part (3011) protrudes out of the limiting boss (3012) along the axial direction of the press-fitting push cylinder (3).
4. The oil seal assembling tool according to claim 1, wherein the outer diameter of the second portion (9022) is gradually increased in an axial direction from the second portion (9022) to the first portion (9021).
5. The oil seal assembling tool according to claim 1, wherein the second guide column (9) further comprises: a fourth central hole (905) penetrating through a fifth end surface (903) and a sixth end surface (904) of the second guide post (9) which are opposite.
6. The oil seal assembling tool according to claim 1, wherein the edge of the fifth end surface (903) of the second guide column (9) is arc-shaped.
