技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料领域,特别是涉及一种铜铝复合材料的制备方法。
背景技术
为了节省铜资源,我国已开发了铜包铝线缆、铜/铝复合排等铜基复合材料,取得了显著的效益。铜基复合材料是一类品种较多、用途较广的金属复合材料,可替代铜材广泛应用于电力、电器、汽车等领域。铜/铝复合排采取了铜包铝的结构,不仅具有较高的导电性能、机械性能,还兼有铝的成本低、重量轻、接触电阻较低等特点,并且载流能力大,接近电工铜排,因此用于替代电工铜排,具有广阔的市场前景。现有的铜铝复合材料性能还较低,不能满足应用的要求,本发明研究了一种铜铝复合材料的制备方法,制备出性能良好的铜铝复合材料。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是。现有的铜铝复合材料性能还较低,不能满足应用的要求。
为解决上述技术问题,本采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种铜铝复合材料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
a.将铜管在脱脂剂中处理;
b.用8wt%硒酸洗涤铜管;
c.将铜管预热至300~500℃;
d.将铝融化保温至700~800℃;
e.将经步骤d铝浇铸在步骤c的铜管中;
f.在温度200 ℃条件下保温25min;
g.在温度80 ℃条件下保温20min;
h.在温度30 ℃条件下保温60min。
进一步,所述脱脂剂为碳酸钠、磷酸三钠、硅酸钠混合物。
进一步,所述脱脂剂中成份按重量份计为碳酸钠2.2份,磷酸三钠2.5份、硅酸钠1.5份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的方法避免了表面氧化和污染,使铜、铝形成了完整界面,从而保证了见面的结合强度,液态铝与固态铜接触时,固态铜表面上发生界面反应且铜原子和铝原子相互扩散,从而形成扩散层,同时界面间还形成金属间化合物,本发明采用阶梯降温方法保障扩散层与金属间化合物的结合稳定性,从而使得本发明方法制备的材料性能优良。
具体实施方式
实施例1
a.将铜管在含有碳酸钠2.2份,磷酸三钠2.5份、硅酸钠1.5份
混合物中处理;
b.用8wt%硒酸洗涤铜管;
c.将铜管预热至300~500℃;
d.将铝融化保温至700~800℃;
e.将经步骤d铝浇铸在步骤c的铜管中;
f.在温度200 ℃条件下保温25min;
g.在温度80 ℃条件下保温20min;
h.在温度30 ℃条件下保温60min。
实施例2

1.一种铜铝复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
a.将铜管在脱脂剂中处理;
b.用8wt%硒酸洗涤铜管;
c.将铜管预热至300~500℃;
d.将铝融化保温至700~800℃;
e.将经步骤d铝浇铸在步骤c的铜管中;
f.在温度200 ℃条件下保温25min;
g.在温度80 ℃条件下保温20min;
h.在温度30 ℃条件下保温60min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铜铝复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述脱脂剂为碳酸钠、磷酸三钠、硅酸钠混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种铜铝复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述脱脂剂中成份按重量份计为碳酸钠2.2份,磷酸三钠2.5份、硅酸钠1.5份。
