Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic management method and device for scenic spot tour guide equipment. The method comprises the following steps: the tourist gets the scenic spot tour guide equipment before entering the scenic spot; the method comprises the steps that voice, fingerprints and face information of tourists are collected through an information collection device of the scenic spot tour guide equipment, wherein the voice information is used for carrying out voice authentication when the tour guide equipment breaks down and establishing communication with a management terminal, so that staff can timely eliminate the fault of the tour guide equipment; the fingerprint and face information are associated with the generic and toll spots within the spot, respectively, to verify that the guest has permission to visit a particular spot.
