本发明公开一种快速组装的天花灯,包括面环、散热器、LED光源板和透光板,在面环的上端口内侧设有向内折的内挡边,在面环的内壁面上设有多个凸出的凸扣,凸扣位于内挡边下方,透光板卡扣入凸扣上,使透光板固定在凸扣与内挡边之间,透光板的安装简便,能快速完成。面环的背面两侧向下凸出设有凸耳,凸耳上设有安装孔;LED光源板连接固定在散热器的上端面上,散热器的上端插入面环的下端口,在散热器上设有与安装孔对应的螺孔,在对应的安装孔与螺孔中安装螺钉,使散热器与面环连接固定,组装操作简便,而且外形美观。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED照明领域,特别涉及一种组装快速的天花灯。
背景技术
天花灯是一种嵌入到天花板内,光线下射的照明灯具。从价格来讲,天花灯使用节能灯作为光源比LED天花灯常见,然而从光效上讲,LED天花灯的发光效率远比传统节能灯要好。LED天花灯一般包括灯外壳、LED光源、透光板和面环,如何简化天花灯的组装操作,提高组装效率是本发明所要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种快速组装的天花灯,旨在简化天花灯的组装操作,提高天花灯的组装效率。
本发明提出一种快速组装的天花灯,包括面环、散热器、LED光源板和透光板,在所述面环的上端口内侧设有向内折的内挡边,在所述面环的内壁面上设有多个凸出的凸扣,所述凸扣位于所述内挡边下方,所述透光板卡扣入所述凸扣上,使所述透光板固定在所述凸扣与所述内挡边之间;
所述面环的背面两侧向下凸出设有凸耳,所述凸耳上设有安装孔;所述LED光源板连接固定在所述散热器的上端面上,所述散热器的上端插入所述面环的下端口,在所述散热器上设有与所述安装孔对应的螺孔,在对应的所述安装孔与所述螺孔中安装螺钉,使所述散热器与所述面环连接固定。
优选地,所述散热器的两侧设有用于安装扭簧夹的扭簧安装架,在所述扭簧安装架上安装扭簧夹。
优选地,所述散热器背面设有若干散热鳍片。
优选地,所述透光板为PC材料制成。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的天花灯包括面环、散热器、LED光源板和透光板,在面环的上端口内侧设有向内折的内挡边,在面环的内壁面上设有多个凸出的凸扣,凸扣位于内挡边下方,透光板卡扣入凸扣上,使透光板固定在凸扣与内挡边之间,透光板的安装简便,能快速完成。
面环的背面两侧向下凸出设有凸耳,凸耳上设有安装孔;LED光源板连接固定在散热器的上端面上,散热器的上端插入面环的下端口,在散热器上设有与安装孔对应的螺孔,在对应的安装孔与螺孔中安装螺钉,使散热器与面环连接固定,组装操作简便,而且外形美观。

参照图1,提出本发明的快速组装的天花灯的一实施例:
一种快速组装的天花灯,包括面环1、散热器3、LED光源板和透光板2。在所述面环1的上端口内侧设有向内折的内挡边11,在所述面环1的内壁面上设有多个凸出的凸扣12,所述凸扣12位于所述内挡边11下方,所述透光板2卡扣入所述凸扣12上,使所述透光板2固定在所述凸扣12与所述内挡边11之间,透光板2的安装简便,能快速完成。
所述面环1的背面两侧向下凸出设有凸耳13,所述凸耳13上设有安装孔14;所述LED光源板连接固定在所述散热器3的上端面上,所述散热器3的上端插入所述面环1的下端口,在所述散热器3上设有与所述安装孔14对应的螺孔32,在对应的所述安装孔14与所述螺孔32中安装螺钉,使所述散热器3与所述面环1连接固定,组装操作简便,而且外形美观。
所述散热器3背面设有若干散热鳍片。所述面环1为导热金属制成,辅助散热。
所述散热器3的两侧设有用于安装扭簧夹的扭簧安装架31,在所述扭簧安装架31上安装扭簧夹。
所述透光板2为PC材料制成,透光率高,用于保护LED光源板。

1.一种快速组装的天花灯,包括面环、散热器、LED光源板和透光板,其特征在于,在所述面环的上端口内侧设有向内折的内挡边,在所述面环的内壁面上设有多个凸出的凸扣,所述凸扣位于所述内挡边下方,所述透光板卡扣入所述凸扣上,使所述透光板固定在所述凸扣与所述内挡边之间;
所述面环的背面两侧向下凸出设有凸耳,所述凸耳上设有安装孔;所述LED光源板连接固定在所述散热器的上端面上,所述散热器的上端插入所述面环的下端口,在所述散热器上设有与所述安装孔对应的螺孔,在对应的所述安装孔与所述螺孔中安装螺钉,使所述散热器与所述面环连接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快速组装的天花灯,其特征在于,所述散热器的两侧设有用于安装扭簧夹的扭簧安装架,在所述扭簧安装架上安装扭簧夹。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的快速组装的天花灯,其特征在于,所述散热器背面设有若干散热鳍片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的快速组装的天花灯,其特征在于,所述透光板为PC材料制成。
