The invention discloses a bleaching method of soybean protein fibers, which comprises the steps of irradiating the soybean protein fibers with ultraviolet light, bleaching the soybean protein fibers irradiated with the ultraviolet light with hydrogen peroxide, washing the bleached fabrics with water, and drying to obtain bleached finished products, wherein the ultraviolet light irradiation destroys pigment structures in the soybean protein fibers which are difficult to remove in the hydrogen peroxide bleaching process, so that the bleaching whiteness of the soybean protein fiber fabrics is greatly improved. The method of the invention realizes the bleaching processing of the high-whiteness soybean protein fiber fabric, the whiteness, the strength, the dyeing performance and other indexes of the bleached soybean protein fiber fabric meet the requirements, the whiteness of the soybean protein fiber fabric is improved by the method, and the guarantee is provided for the bright color, the light color and the fluorescent color dyeing of the soybean protein fiber fabric.

Background
The soybean protein fiber is a regenerated protein fiber which is comfortable to wear, soft in hand feeling and good in moisture absorption, and the knitted fabric is an ideal fabric for making underwear and children's garments. However, the soybean protein fiber has very low whiteness and very high yellowness due to the existence of isoflavone, and the conventional bleaching processes of oxidants such as hydrogen peroxide and reducing agents are difficult to obtain high bleaching whiteness, so that the dyeing processing of light color, bright color and fluorescent color is difficult to meet.

Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the conventional oxidation and reduction bleaching method for soybean protein fibers is difficult to obtain high bleaching whiteness and realize the dyeing and finishing of light color, bright color and fluorescent color of the soybean protein fibers at present, and provides a method for bleaching the soybean protein fibers by using ultraviolet light and then using hydrogen peroxide to realize the dyeing and finishing of the high bleaching whiteness of the soybean protein fibers.

The method of the invention realizes the bleaching processing of the high-whiteness soybean protein fiber fabric, the whiteness, the strength, the dyeing performance and other indexes of the bleached soybean protein fiber fabric meet the requirements, the whiteness of the soybean protein fiber fabric is improved by the method, and the guarantee is provided for the bright color, the light color and the fluorescent color dyeing of the soybean protein fiber fabric. The technical scheme of the invention has simple and feasible process, has no special requirements on raw materials, auxiliaries and fabrics, can realize large-scale production by using the conventional bleaching equipment of a printing and dyeing mill, and has wide application prospect.

Effects of the invention
After the soybean protein fiber fabric is subjected to ultraviolet irradiation and hydrogen peroxide bleaching treatment in the embodiments 1-8, the bleached fabric is subjected to the following tests, and the test results are shown in table 1.
1) Whiteness measurement of bleached fabrics
The ISO whiteness was measured using a PN-48B type whiteness meter, each cloth sample was layered into four layers, and different portions were measured 6 times, respectively, and the average of the 6 data was taken as the final data, and the results are shown in table 1.
2) Burst strength measurement of bleached Fabric
The results of the test according to GB/T19976 & 2005 Steel ball method for measuring bursting Strength of textiles are shown in Table 1.
3) Determination of dyeing Properties of bleached Fabric
Acid dark blue 5R 2% o.m.f, pH 4, dyeing at 40 ℃, heating to 90 ℃ at the heating rate of 1 ℃/min, keeping the temperature for 60min, testing the dye-uptake percentage (E%) after dyeing, calculating the dye liquor absorbance on a TU-1800 ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer (Beijing Puc analysis) by adopting a residual liquor method according to the formula (1). And the soybean protein fibers are firstly bleached by adopting 15g/L hydrogen peroxide, and then the soybean protein fibers bleached by the hydrogen peroxide are irradiated by ultraviolet light for 5min, so that the whiteness of the soybean protein fibers is not obviously improved, and the bleaching effect is far lower than that of the soybean protein fibers bleached by the hydrogen peroxide after the ultraviolet light is irradiated.
