本发明针对上述问题提出了一种用于橡胶履带的骨架层,其原料的重量百分比含量如下:铁35‑48%,铝12‑15%,铜2‑6%,镁0.01‑0.1%,锰15‑18%,钛0.02‑0.05%,钼1.2‑3.6%,余量为碳化硅,强度高,同时具备柔韧性,提高了安全性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属骨架,具体地说是一种用于橡胶履带的骨架层。
背景技术
随着车辆多功能化的发展,越来越多的车辆具有全地形、高通过性的功能,橡胶履带的应用也越来越受重视。现有的橡胶履带制造技术,一是内部嵌有金属芯金的,一般适用于低速橡胶履带。对于速度要求高的橡胶履带,一般都采用无金属芯金设计,履带上的驱动齿或导向齿大都采用橡胶硫化成型,虽能有效降低履带的重量,但因胶齿自身摩擦系数大,大大增加了车辆能耗,对速度的提升有一定的影响;并且胶齿易损坏,因胶齿损坏会造成整条履带报废。
履带一般包括支撑骨架、柔性内衬层和橡胶外包层,现有的履带三者不能很好的结合,影响履带的质量和使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种用于橡胶履带的骨架层,强度高,同时具备柔韧性,提高了安全性能。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种用于橡胶履带的骨架层,其原料的重量百分比含量如下:
铁35-48%,铝12-15%,铜2-6%,镁0.01-0.1%,锰15-18%,钛0.02-0.05%,钼1.2-3.6%,余量为碳化硅。
上述一种用于橡胶履带的骨架层,其制备方法为:将上述各组分加入熔炉中熔炼后浇筑成型即可。
