本发明属于材料领域,特别是一种缆绳。
背景技术
在救援、消防、建筑等领域,经常需要用到缆绳,但是一般的缆绳性能单一,只是起到承受拉力的作用。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明提供一种具有多种功能的缆绳。
本发明的方案如下:
本发明的缆绳为线状的物体,可以承受的拉力在100牛顿以上,包括但不限于钢丝绳、电缆、弹力绳、尼龙绳。
在缆绳的末端(搭载物体的一端)或缆绳所拉拽的物体上安装GPS、加速度传感器、速度传感器、位置传感器等器件中的一个或多个。这样,可以通过控制系统采集它们的信号,做出相应操作。例如:当重物发生坠落时,控制系统能够立即发出信号、操控卷筒收卷、将重物往回拉,避免坠落。具体操作时,可以设定一个速度或加速度的阈值,一旦触发该阈值,则认为重物坠落,立即启动收卷操作,收回重物;或者启动停止放卷的操作。
在缆绳的末端区域可以安装拉力计,以监控缆绳所受的拉力。
在缆绳的末端还可以安装一段弹性绳,弹性绳的两端固定在缆绳上,但是比两个固定端之间的缆绳短。这样,平时都是弹性绳受力,当弹性绳断裂之后,还有缆绳受力。其好处是:如果重物发生坠落,会触发控制系统进行收卷操作,弹性绳能够对重物的坠落进行缓冲,减小缆绳绷紧时缆绳所受的力,提高整个系统的可靠性,可以应用于建筑、消防、救援、娱乐等领域。
有益的效果:
可以随时监控缆绳末端或者缆绳所拉拽的物体的运动状态,当重物发生坠落或其他意外时,能够及时做出补救措施,防止事故的发生。

实施例
在钢丝绳的末端安装加速度传感器,然后在离末端20与50厘米处绑一根10厘米长的弹力绳。

1.一种缆绳,其特征在于:该缆绳上有弹性绳、速度传感器、加速度传感器、GPS、位置传感器、拉力计中的一个或多个。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的缆绳,其特征在于:所述弹性绳的两端固定在缆绳上,但是比两个固定端之间的缆绳短。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的缆绳,其特征在于:该缆绳为线状的物体,可以承受的拉力在100牛顿以上。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的缆绳,其特征在于:所述的缆绳包括但不限于钢丝绳、电缆、弹力绳、尼龙绳。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的缆绳建筑、消防、救援、娱乐等领域的应用。
