Abstract

本发明公开了一种内窥镜,包括一先端弯曲部,其配置有多个通道,通道内设置有成像装置、照明装置和送水/送气喷嘴,先端弯曲部前端外缘密封连接有防雾镜,防雾镜外侧设置有弹性刷洗装置,弹性刷洗装置连接于先端弯曲部前端;一插入部,其包括管道和设置于管道内的导像束、导光束和送水/送气管,导像束连接成像装置,导光束连接照明装置,送水/送气管连接送水/送气喷嘴;一操作部,其配置有功能按钮;一终端装置,其包括与导像束连接的显示器、与导光束连接的光源发生装置和与送水/送气管连接的送水/送气发生装置。本发明中的内窥镜能避免镜头被污物覆盖导致的图像模糊或产生斑痕。

Description

一种内窥镜
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种内窥镜。
背景技术
医用内窥镜作为一种医疗器械,已广泛用于插入人体内部各种腔道的临床观察和诊断当中,是一种疾病检查的重要手段。常用的医用内窥镜包括硬管式内窥镜、光学纤维内窥镜和内窥镜三种。内窥镜的工作原理是通过将物镜中所得到的图片信息转换成电子信息,再通过电路转换该电子信息,最终在显示屏上显示出来。内窥镜在使用过程中,常常由于镜头被戮液等污物覆盖造成图像模糊或产生斑痕,从而影响正常检查和诊断。
发明内容
针对上述问题,有必要提供一种能避免镜头被污物覆盖的内窥镜。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种内窥镜,包括:
一先端弯曲部,其配置有多个通道,所述通道内分别设置有成像装置、照明装置和送水/送气喷嘴,所述先端弯曲部前端设置有防雾镜,所述防雾镜外缘密封连接于所述先端弯曲部前端外缘,所述防雾镜外侧设置有一弹性刷洗装置,所述弹性刷洗装置连接于所述先端弯曲部前端;
一插入部,其包括一管道和设置于所述管道内的导像束、导光束和送水/送气管,所述导像束连接所述成像装置,所述导光束连接所述照明装置,所述送水/送气管连接所述送水/送气喷嘴;
一操作部,其配置有多个功能按钮,用于控制所述先端弯曲部的动作;
一终端装置,其包括一与所述导像束连接的显示器、一与所述导光束连接的光源发生装置和一与所述送水/送气管连接的送水/送气发生装置。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过设置弹性刷洗装置,在镜头表面被污物覆盖后,可通过驱动弹性刷洗装置在镜头表面的移动,来完成对镜头表面的清洗,避免由于污物覆盖导致的图像模糊或产生斑痕。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步描述,所举实施例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1—图3所示,为本发明提供的一种内窥镜100,包括:
一先端弯曲部10,其配置有多个通道11,所述通道11内分别设置有成像装置12、照明装置13和送水/送气喷嘴14,所述先端弯曲部10前端设置有防雾镜15,所述防雾镜15外缘密封连接于所述先端弯曲部10前端外缘,所述防雾镜15外侧设置有一弹性刷洗装置16,所述弹性刷洗装置16连接于所述先端弯曲部10前端;
一插入部20,其包括一管道21和设置于所述管道21内的导像束22、导光束23和送水/送气管24,所述导像束22连接所述成像装置12,所述导光束23连接所述照明装置13,所述送水/送气管24连接所述送水/送气喷嘴14;
一操作部30,其配置有多个功能按钮31,用于控制所述先端弯曲部10的动作;
一终端装置40,其包括一与所述导像束22连接的显示器41、一与所述导光束23连接的光源发生装置42和一与所述送水/送气管24连接的送水/送气发生装置43。
使用时,所述光源发生装置42启动通过所述导光束23控制所述照明装置13发光发光,为所述内窥镜100的检查提供照明,所述成像装置12在所述照明装置13提供照明的情况下,获取人体内部组织结构的图像,并通过所述导像束22传至所述显示器41,并在所述显示器41上实时显示出来,在治疗过程中,有时需要对内部进行冲洗,此时可通过所述送水/送气发生装置43提供进水和进气,并经由所述进水/进气管道21送至所述进水/进气喷嘴,由所述进水/进气喷嘴喷出完成冲洗动作。因为人体内部结构复杂,存在很多拐角和角落之处,此时需要所述先端弯曲部10能灵活调整,以便于对各个位置进行清晰观察,故可通过所述操作部30实现对所述先端弯曲部10动作的控制。在检查过程中,若出现了图像模糊或者有斑痕现象产生,则通过所述操作部30控制所述弹性刷洗装置16在所述防雾镜15表面移动,清洗掉所述防雾镜15表面的污物,从而使图像恢复正常。
具体的,所述成像装置12包括一物镜121和一CCD图像传感器122,所述CCD图像传感器122经由所述导像束22连接所述显示器41。
为了避免以前的热光源对人体内部组织造成损伤,所述照明装置13选用LED冷光源。
为了避免所述弹性刷洗装置16对所述防雾镜15造成损伤,也为了保证最佳清洗效果,所述弹性刷洗装置16由柔性材料制成,进一步的,所述弹性刷洗装置16在自身弹力的作用下紧贴所述防雾镜15表面。
具体的,所述弹性刷洗装置16一端固定于所述先端弯曲部10前端,另一端通过一连接块17活动连接于所述先端弯曲部10前端,即所述弹性刷洗装置16一端固定不动,另一端在所述连接块17的带动下实现在所述防雾镜15表面的移动。
为了实现所述连接块17和所述先端弯曲部10的活动连接,具体结构为,所述先端弯曲部10前端设置有内凹滑道101,所述连接块17上配合所述内凹滑道101设置有外凸滑轮171,所述外凸滑轮171由一微型电机驱动,所述微型电机由所述操作部30控制其动作。更进一步的,为了保证所述防雾镜15表面都能被清洗到,所述内凹滑道101环绕所述先端弯曲部10前端一圈。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过设置弹性刷洗装置,在镜头表面被污物覆盖后,可通过驱动弹性刷洗装置在镜头表面的移动,来完成对镜头表面的清洗,避免由于污物覆盖导致的图像模糊或产生斑痕。

Claims (8)

1.一种内窥镜,其特征在于,包括:
一先端弯曲部,其配置有多个通道,所述通道内分别设置有成像装置、照明装置和送水/送气喷嘴,所述先端弯曲部前端设置有防雾镜,所述防雾镜外缘密封连接于所述先端弯曲部前端外缘,所述防雾镜外侧设置有一弹性刷洗装置,所述弹性刷洗装置连接于所述先端弯曲部前端;
一插入部,其包括一管道和设置于所述管道内的导像束、导光束和送水/送气管,所述导像束连接所述成像装置,所述导光束连接所述照明装置,所述送水/送气管连接所述送水/送气喷嘴;
一操作部,其配置有多个功能按钮,用于控制所述先端弯曲部的动作;
一终端装置,其包括一与所述导像束连接的显示器、一与所述导光束连接的光源发生装置和一与所述送水/送气管连接的送水/送气发生装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的内窥镜,其特征在于,所述成像装置包括一物镜和一CCD图像传感器,所述CCD图像传感器经由所述导像束连接所述显示器。
3.如权利要求1所述的内窥镜,其特征在于,所述照明装置为LED冷光源。
4.如权利要求1所述的内窥镜,其特征在于,所述弹性刷洗装置由柔性材料制成。
5.如权利要求4所述的内窥镜,其特征在于,所述弹性刷洗装置在自身弹力的作用下紧贴所述防雾镜表面。
6.如权利要求5所述的内窥镜,其特征在于,所述弹性刷洗装置一端固定于所述先端弯曲部前端,另一端通过一连接块活动连接于所述先端弯曲部前端。
7.如权利要求6所述的内窥镜,其特征在于,所述先端弯曲部前端设置有内凹滑道,所述连接块上配合所述内凹滑道设置有外凸滑轮,所述外凸滑轮由一微型电机驱动,所述微型电机由所述操作部控制其动作。
8.如权利要求7所述的内窥镜,其特征在于,所述内凹滑道环绕所述先端弯曲部前端一圈。
