Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic lifting, raising and catching integrated device, which comprises a net cage body with an opening at the top, wherein the net cage body is placed in water and further comprises: the fostering and catching integrated net is movably arranged in the net cage body, an opening is formed in the fostering and catching integrated net, and the opening floats on the water surface through the suspension mechanism; lifting mechanisms are arranged around the inner side of the net cage body at intervals and are used for lifting the bottom of the raising and catching integrated net upwards; the limiting mechanism is arranged above the net cage body and is close to the lifting mechanism, and the limiting mechanism is used for limiting the lifting height of the raising and catching integrated net; and the control box is respectively connected with the limiting mechanism and the lifting mechanism. The invention replaces the former net pulling mode by manual semi-automatic, improves the labor efficiency, changes the labor mode, and is suitable for special novel deep sea cultivation modes like cultivation engineering and ships.

Technical Field

Background
At present, a large deep sea aquaculture engineering ship and a deep sea flexible net cage become an important direction of fishery development. The large deep sea net cage is mainly a welded floating and sinking net cage which is heavier than a large frame, and the net cage is characterized in that:

With the increasing decrease of offshore mariculture space and the deterioration of environment, the expansion of mariculture from offshore to offshore has become a necessary choice for sustainable development of mariculture in China. The fish culturing ship is equivalent to an oversized floating net cage, and can go deep into deep sea areas which cannot be reached by the common fish culturing net cage. The cold water mass cultivation ship can be used for cultivating salmon and other high-value marine cold water fishes at low cost by circularly extracting low-temperature seawater in the marine cold water mass. A farming boat is composed of a plurality of net cages, and in order to reduce diseases, farmed fishes need to be periodically replaced and raised, and the net cages are also heavy to replace.

Referring to fig. 4 to 5, the lifting mechanism 5 includes a power source 51, a mounting bracket 52, a winch wheel 53, a pulling rope 54, a lower pulley frame 55 and a lower pulley 56, the winch wheel 53 is rotatably mounted on the mounting bracket 52, the power source 51 is connected with the winch wheel 53, the lower pulley frame 55 is fixed on the bottom sidewall of the cage body 1, the lower pulley 56 is rotatably mounted on the lower pulley frame 55, and the upper and lower ends of the pulling rope 54 are respectively wound on the winch wheel 53 and the lower pulley 56, and the middle of the pulling rope 54 is connected with the side edge of the capturing-integrated net 2. In the present invention, the power source 51 is a motor, and of course, the power source 51 may be other elements such as a hydraulic cylinder. According to the invention, the winch wheel 53 is driven to rotate by the power source 51 to drive the pull rope 54 to move up and down, so that the integrated net 2 is driven to lift or descend.

Specifically, a plurality of hanging rings 57 are movably arranged on the pull rope 54 in a penetrating manner, the hanging rings 57 are arranged at intervals along the height direction of the integrated net 2, the hanging rings 57 are fixedly connected with the integrated net 2, and the hanging ring 57 at the lowest end is fixedly connected with the pull rope 54. According to the invention, the hanging ring 57 is fixedly connected with the integrated net 2, and the hanging ring 57 at the lowest end is fixedly connected with the pull rope 54, so that when the pull rope 54 is lifted, the hanging ring 57 is sequentially overlapped from bottom to top along with the increase of the lifting height, and the bottom of the integrated net 2 is lifted, so that fishes can be fully concentrated at the bottom of the integrated net 2, the lifting efficiency is high, the lifting is stable and orderly, and the fish can be effectively prevented from escaping.
The suspension mechanism 3 of the invention comprises a plurality of pontoons, and the length and the width of the pontoons are matched with the opening size of the net cage body 1. Thus, the opening of the integrated net 2 can keep the maximum opening degree, and the fish can be conveniently raised and managed.
In the invention, the limit mechanism 4 comprises a limit switch 41, an upper limit block 42 and a lower limit block 43, wherein the upper limit block 42 and the lower limit block 43 are respectively arranged at the upper side and the lower side of a pull rope 54 at intervals, the position of the limit switch 41 corresponds to the positions of the upper limit block 42 and the lower limit block 43, and the limit switch 41 is also connected with the control box 6. By adjusting the positions of the upper limiting block 42 and the lower limiting block 43 on the pull rope 54, the lifting and descending limiting distance of the integrated net 2 can be adjusted, so that the integrated net has a larger adjusting application range.
Preferably, the control box 6 is also internally provided with an overload control system 7 and an emergency manual control system 8, and the overload control system 7 and the emergency manual control system 8 are connected with the power source 51. In the present invention, the overload control system 7 is a prior art, and is configured to determine whether the power source 51 (e.g., a motor) is overloaded by detecting the magnitude of an overload current, and to shut off the power source 51 when the power source is overloaded, thereby improving safety.
