Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of spinning, in particular to a yarn dyeing weight correction method, a device, a storage medium and computer equipment.
Background
The yarn inevitably loses in the dyeing process, and the weight of the yarn before dyeing is different from that of the dyed yarn obtained after dyeing. Thus, the actual yarn weight delivered is generally not equal to the dyed yarn weight, and it is generally desirable to determine the yarn weight delivered based on the projected yarn weight and the estimated loss prior to dyeing the yarn.
In the traditional yarn dyeing production, a fixed loss is designed mostly, and the weight corresponding to the loss is added/reduced on the basis of the planned required dyed yarn weight, so that the yarn weight required by the dyeing is obtained. However, different batches of dyeing are different in the corresponding dyeing conditions and cause different loss sizes, for example, different loss sizes caused by dyeing yarns with different yarn counts and different hairiness values. Thus, the actual losses that occur may be different from the fixed losses that are designed, and the accuracy of the yarn weight determined using the fixed losses is low.

and the blank yarn input amount determining module is used for correcting the blank yarn demand amount by adopting the yarn parameter value to obtain the blank yarn input amount of the yarn to be dyed.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, a yarn cast weight correction method is provided, which may be applied to a terminal, comprising the steps of:
s110: and obtaining the yarn parameter value of the yarn to be dyed and the planned amount of the colored yarn planned to be produced.
The dyeing process on the yarn produces losses, which can be expressed as percentage values of the weight lost to the weight of the dyed yarn produced by dyeing. Wherein, the yarn to be dyed refers to the yarn to be dyed. The yarn parameter values are values corresponding to loss-influencing parameters corresponding to the yarn to be dyed, and may include, for example, a hairiness value, an actual yarn count, and a required yarn count after dyeing. The planned amount of dyed yarn is the weight of dyed yarn required to be dyed on the yarn to be dyed, and can be determined by actual production requirements.
Specifically, the yarn parameter value and the dyed yarn plan amount input by the user may be received as the yarn parameter value and the dyed yarn plan amount of the yarn to be dyed, or the corresponding yarn parameter value and the dyed yarn plan amount may be searched from the database according to the identifier of the yarn to be dyed.
S130: and acquiring the blank yarn demand of the yarn to be dyed according to the planned dyed yarn amount and the preset dyeing loss.
The cast dyeing loss is a loss generated by dyeing the yarn to be cast and can be preset and stored. The dye delivery loss may be positive or negative. For example, the worker may prestore a dye cast loss of 5% based on experience. The gray yarn demand is the weight of yarn to be cast, determined from the yarn plan and cast losses.
S150: and correcting the blank yarn demand by adopting the yarn parameter value to obtain the blank yarn input amount of the yarn to be dyed.
And correcting the required blank yarn amount by adopting the yarn parameter value to obtain the blank yarn input amount which is the corrected yarn weight needing to be input and dyed.
According to the yarn dyeing weight correction method, on the basis of obtaining the blank yarn demand of the yarn to be dyed according to the obtained yarn dyeing plan amount and the preset dyeing loss, the blank yarn demand is corrected according to the obtained yarn parameter value, and the blank yarn input amount of the yarn to be dyed is obtained. Therefore, the blank yarn demand can be dynamically adjusted according to the yarn parameter value of the yarn to be dyed, the obtained blank yarn input amount is more accurate, and the accuracy of the yarn dyeing weight can be improved.
Furthermore, the accuracy of the input amount of the grey yarn in the dyeing process is improved by the yarn dyeing weight correcting method, so that the actual dyed yarn weight obtained after dyeing is closer to the planned amount of the dyed yarn, the accuracy is high, the situation of repeated production caused by redundant or insufficient dyed yarn due to inaccurate dyed yarn weight can be avoided, and the production cost is reduced.
The cast dye loss can be expressed as a percentage of the weight of the dye lost to the weight of the dyed yarn produced. In step S130, the required amount of the blank yarn can be obtained by directly increasing the loss weight generated by the preset dye-cast loss on the basis of the planned amount of the dyed yarn. Wherein the cast-in loss produces a loss weight equal to the product of the projected amount of dyed yarn and the cast-in loss.
Generally, in the dyeing process, various factors influencing loss are provided, and the accuracy can be further improved by taking various loss factors into consideration. Specifically, in one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, S130 includes steps S131 to S137.
S131: and acquiring the dyeing information of the yarn to be dyed.
The feeding information is information of the loss influence corresponding to the yarn to be fed.
S133: and acquiring a corresponding adjusting value according to the dyeing information.
The dyeing information and the adjustment value can be stored correspondingly in advance. The adjustment value may be a positive value or a negative value. One piece of cast information corresponds to one adjustment value.
S135: and adjusting the planned amount of the dyed yarn by using the adjustment value to obtain the adjusted amount of the dyed yarn.
S137: and calculating to obtain the required amount of the blank yarn according to the adjustment amount of the dyed yarn and the preset dye-throwing loss.
Specifically, step S137 may include: and increasing the loss weight generated by preset dye-throwing loss on the basis of the adjustment amount of the dyed yarns to obtain the required amount of the blank yarns. Wherein the cast-in loss produces a loss weight equal to the product of the dyed yarn adjustment and the cast-in loss. For example, if the cast loss is 5%, the product of the dyed yarn adjustment amount and (1+ 5%) is calculated to obtain the blank yarn demand.
According to the embodiment, the planned amount of the dyed yarns is adjusted according to the adjustment value corresponding to the dyeing information, the influence of the dyeing information on the loss is considered in the obtained dyed yarn adjustment amount, the accuracy is high, and the accuracy of the required amount of the blank yarns obtained by calculating according to the dyed yarn adjustment amount and the dyeing loss is high.
To determine the factors that influence the size of the dye-borne loss, various staining tests were conducted in different situations. The results of the study are shown in tables 1 to 3 below, wherein the weights before and after dyeing are in the same weight units. Referring to table 1 below, yarns of different yarn types and under the same other conditions were dyed with the same weight before dyeing and with different weights after dyeing. Therefore, the different types of yarns correspondingly generate different dye-cast losses.
TABLE 1
Yarn variety | Before dyeing yarn | After dyeing the yarn | Rate of change of weight |
Ordinary cotton yarn | 60 | 61.8 | +3% |
Mercerized yarn | 60 | 60.3 | +0.5% |
Cotton/polyester blended yarn | 60 | 60 | 0 |
Referring to table 2 below, yarns having different hairiness values and the same other conditions were dyed with the same weight before dyeing and with different weights after dyeing. From this, it is found that the hairiness value is different, and the dye-cast loss generated correspondingly is different.
TABLE 2
Range of hairiness value | Rate of change of weight |
<4% | <1% |
4%~6% | 1%~2% |
>6% | 2%~3% |
Referring to table 3 below, yarns having different colors and the same conditions were dyed, and the weights before dyeing were the same and the weights after dyeing were different. Wherein the dyeing color is the color for dyeing the yarn. From this, it was found that the different colors of the cast dye produced different cast dye losses.
TABLE 3

White colour | +3% |
Light color | +2% |
Medium color | +1% |
Deep colour | +0.5% |
In summary, it is known that yarn types, hairiness values and dye delivery colors all have an influence on the loss. It will be appreciated that the above studies do not exhaust all possible factors, and that other factors may affect the magnitude of the loss, in addition to yarn type, hairiness value and dye delivery colour.
In one embodiment, the cast information includes yarn type and cast color, and the adjustment values include a first adjustment value and a second adjustment value. Referring to fig. 3, S133 includes step S1331 and step S1333.
S1331: and searching a numerical value corresponding to the yarn variety to obtain a first adjusting value.
Each yarn type corresponds to a value for adjustment. The yarn varieties and the numerical values can be correspondingly stored in a database in advance. And searching a database according to the yarn variety of the yarn to be dyed to obtain a corresponding first adjustment value. For example, the yarn type is mercerized yarn, and the corresponding value is 1%; the yarn variety is cotton-polyester blended yarn, and the corresponding numerical value is 1%.
S1333: and searching a numerical value corresponding to the projection color to obtain a second adjusting value.
Each of the colors to be cast corresponds to a value for adjustment. The color and the numerical value of the dyeing can be stored in a database correspondingly in advance. And searching the database according to the dyeing color of the yarn to be dyed to obtain a corresponding second adjusting value. For example, the color cast is white, corresponding to a value of-2%; the color of the dye is light, and the corresponding numerical value is-1%; the cast dyeing color is a medium color, and the corresponding numerical value is 0; the cast colour was dark, corresponding to a value of 0.5%.
In the embodiment, the first adjustment value and the second adjustment value are obtained according to the yarn variety and the dyeing color, respectively, and the influence of the yarn variety and the dyeing color on the loss is taken into consideration. It is understood that in other embodiments, the cast information may also include other types of information.
In one embodiment, with continued reference to fig. 3, step S135 includes step S1351 and step S1353.
S1351: and calculating the dyed yarn correction amount according to the first adjustment value and the dyed yarn planning amount.
The first adjustment value may be a proportional value. Specifically, in step S1351, the product of the first adjustment value and the planned amount of the dyed yarn may be added to the planned amount of the dyed yarn to obtain the dyed yarn correction amount.
S1353: and calculating the dyed yarn adjustment amount according to the second adjustment value and the dyed yarn correction amount.
The second adjustment value may be a proportional value. Specifically, in step S1353, the product of the second adjustment value and the color yarn correction amount may be added to the color yarn correction amount to obtain the color yarn adjustment amount.
In this embodiment, on the basis that the color yarn correction amount is obtained by adjusting the planned color yarn amount by the first adjustment value, the color yarn correction amount is adjusted by the second adjustment value, and the finally obtained color yarn adjustment amount is a result of the superposition adjustment of the first adjustment value and the second adjustment value, so that the adjustment effect on the planned color yarn amount is good.
In one embodiment, the yarn parameter values include a hairiness value, an actual yarn count, and a desired yarn count. The actual yarn count is the yarn count of the yarn to be dyed, and the required yarn count is the yarn count of the colored yarn required to be obtained after the yarn to be dyed is dyed.
Specifically, if the yarn to be dyed is out of stock and needs to be purchased, the hairiness value and the actual yarn count are respectively predicted values; if the yarn to be dyed is in the stock, the hairiness value and the actual yarn count are respectively obtained by measuring the yarn to be dyed. In this way, the input amount of the blank yarn needing to be dyed can be determined respectively aiming at the shortage condition and the non-shortage condition.
Specifically, with continued reference to fig. 2, step S150 includes step S151 and step S153.
S151: and searching a correction coefficient corresponding to the hairiness value.
The hairiness value and the correction coefficient may be stored in advance correspondingly. After the hairiness value of the yarn to be dyed is obtained, the corresponding correction coefficient can be searched according to the hairiness value.
S153: and correcting the required amount of the blank yarns according to the correction coefficient, the actual yarn count and the required yarn count to obtain the input amount of the blank yarns.
In the embodiment, the blank yarn demand is corrected according to the correction coefficient corresponding to the hairiness value, the actual yarn count and the required yarn count, the influence of the hairiness value, the actual yarn count and the required yarn count on the loss is considered in the obtained blank yarn input amount, and the accuracy is high.
In one embodiment, the yarn parameter values further include an actual moisture content, a baseline moisture content, and a stock weight. Wherein the actual moisture content is the current moisture content of the yarn to be dyed; the standard moisture content is a standard value corresponding to the yarn to be dyed; the stock weight is the weight of the yarn to be dyed stored in stock.
Specifically, if the yarn to be dyed is in short supply and needs to be purchased, the actual moisture content and the inventory weight are respectively predicted values; if the yarns to be dyed are stored in the stock, the actual moisture content is measured for the yarns to be dyed, and the stock weight is the number of the yarns to be dyed which are actually stored. In this way, the input amount of the blank yarn needing to be dyed can be determined respectively aiming at the shortage condition and the non-shortage condition.
Specifically, a database storing the historical data of each yarn and the currently detected yarn variety, the cast color, the hairiness value, the actual yarn count, the required yarn count, the stock quantity, the actual moisture content and the like of the yarn to be dyed can be established. The number types of each data allowed to be entered are defined to comb the database so that the database stores the same number representation of the same type of data. For example, the unified input number type of yarn count is a pure number, such as 60, and cannot be input 60/2 or 60S/2 or 60S. The benchmark moisture content of the yarn to be dyed can be set according to a plurality of historical moisture contents corresponding to the historical data stored in the database, and the median of the plurality of historical moisture contents corresponding to the yarn of the same type as the yarn to be dyed in a certain period can be specifically selected as the benchmark moisture content.
Step S153 may include steps (a1) to (a 3).
Step (a 1): and calculating the dry yarn amount according to the reference moisture content, the actual moisture content and the inventory weight.
The dry yarn amount is a weight converted to exclude the influence of moisture content. Specifically, the dry yarn amount is calculated in step (a1) by using the following formula (1):
dry yarn amount ═ stock count (1+ x%)/(1 + actual moisture content) equation (1);
wherein x is the standard moisture content.
Step (a 2): and calculating the correction amount of the blank yarn according to the correction coefficient, the actual yarn count, the required yarn count and the required quantity of the blank yarn.
Specifically, in the step (a2), the blank yarn correction amount is calculated by the following formula (2):
Y'=Y×Ca÷Ct× (1+ r) equation (2);
wherein Y is the blank yarn demand, CaFor actual yarn count, CtFor the required yarn count, r is the correction factor and Y' is the blank yarn correction.
Step (a 3): and obtaining the blank yarn input amount according to the dry yarn amount, the stock weight and the blank yarn correction amount.
In the embodiment, the correction amount of the blank yarn is calculated according to the stock weight, the correction coefficient corresponding to the hairiness value, the actual yarn count, the required yarn count and the required amount of the blank yarn, the dry yarn amount is calculated by adopting the benchmark moisture content rate, the actual moisture content rate and the stock weight to obtain the input amount of the blank yarn, and the input amount of the blank yarn takes the multiple factors of the benchmark moisture content rate, the actual moisture content rate, the hairiness value, the actual yarn count and the required yarn count into consideration, so that the correction accuracy is high.
In one embodiment, step (a3) includes: if the yarn quantity is not matched with the inventory weight, calculating the input quantity of the blank yarn according to the reference moisture content, the actual moisture content and the correction quantity of the blank yarn; and if the yarn quantity is matched with the stock weight, taking the blank yarn correction quantity as the blank yarn input quantity.
The dry yarn amount is matched with the inventory weight, which shows that the moisture content has little influence on the loss of dyeing; the amount of dry yarn does not match the inventory weight, indicating that moisture content has a greater effect on dye loss. Specifically, it is possible to determine whether the dry yarn amount matches the stock weight by judging whether the dry yarn amount is equal to the stock weight. The dry yarn quantity is equal to the inventory weight, namely matching, and the dry yarn quantity is not equal to the inventory weight, namely mismatching. It is understood that in other embodiments, the difference between the dry yarn amount and the inventory weight may be determined as matching within a preset range, otherwise, the difference is determined as not matching.
Specifically, the blank yarn input amount can be calculated according to the reference moisture content, the actual moisture content and the blank yarn correction amount by adopting the following formula (3):
the blank yarn input amount is the blank yarn correction amount (1+ actual moisture content)/(1 + x%) expressed by the formula (3);
wherein x is the standard moisture content.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, a yarn cast weight correction apparatus is provided, which includes a basic data acquisition module 110, a blank yarn demand determination module 130, and a blank yarn input determination module 150.
The basic data obtaining module 110 is used for obtaining a yarn parameter value of a yarn to be dyed and a planned amount of colored yarn planned to be produced. The blank yarn demand determining module 130 is configured to obtain a blank yarn demand of a yarn to be dyed according to the yarn dyeing plan amount and a preset dyeing loss.
The blank yarn input amount determining module 150 corrects the blank yarn demand amount by using the yarn parameter value to obtain the blank yarn input amount of the yarn to be dyed.
According to the yarn dyeing weight correcting device, on the basis that the blank yarn demand quantity of the yarn to be dyed is obtained by the blank yarn demand quantity determining module 130 according to the preset dyeing loss and the yarn dyeing plan quantity acquired by the basic data acquiring module 110, the blank yarn demand quantity determining module 150 corrects the blank yarn demand quantity according to the yarn parameter value acquired by the basic data acquiring module 110 to obtain the blank yarn input quantity of the yarn to be dyed. Therefore, the blank yarn demand can be dynamically adjusted according to the yarn parameter value of the yarn to be dyed, the obtained blank yarn input amount is more accurate, and the accuracy of the yarn dyeing weight can be improved.
The cast dye loss can be expressed as a percentage of the weight of the dye lost to the weight of the dyed yarn produced. The greige yarn demand determination module 130 may obtain the greige yarn demand by directly increasing the loss weight generated by the preset dye-cast loss on the basis of the planned amount of the dyed yarn. Wherein the cast-in loss produces a loss weight equal to the product of the projected amount of dyed yarn and the cast-in loss.
Generally, in the dyeing process, various factors influencing loss are provided, and the accuracy can be further improved by taking various loss factors into consideration. In one embodiment, the blank yarn demand determining module 130 includes a cast dyeing information obtaining unit (not shown), an adjustment value searching unit (not shown), a dyed yarn adjustment amount calculating unit (not shown), and a blank yarn demand calculating unit (not shown).

Specifically, the blank yarn demand calculation unit may increase a loss weight generated by a preset dye-cast loss on the basis of the dyed yarn adjustment amount to obtain the blank yarn demand.
In one embodiment, the cast information includes yarn type and cast color, and the adjustment values include a first adjustment value and a second adjustment value. The adjustment value searching unit searches a numerical value corresponding to the yarn variety to obtain a first adjustment value; and searching a numerical value corresponding to the projection color to obtain a second adjusting value.
In one embodiment, the dyed yarn adjustment amount calculating unit calculates a dyed yarn correction amount according to the first adjustment value and the dyed yarn planning amount; and calculating the dyed yarn adjustment amount according to the second adjustment value and the dyed yarn correction amount.
The first adjustment value and the second adjustment value may be proportional values. Specifically, the dyed yarn adjustment amount calculating unit may increase a product of the first adjustment value and the dyed yarn planned amount on the basis of the dyed yarn planned amount to obtain a dyed yarn correction amount; and increasing the product of the second adjustment value and the dyed yarn correction amount on the basis of the dyed yarn correction amount to obtain a dyed yarn adjustment amount.
The blank yarn input amount determining module 150 includes a correction coefficient search unit (not shown) and a correction unit (not shown). The correction coefficient searching unit is used for searching the correction coefficient corresponding to the hairiness value. And the correction unit is used for correcting the blank yarn demand according to the correction coefficient, the actual yarn count and the required yarn count to obtain the blank yarn input amount.
The correction unit calculates the dry yarn amount according to the reference moisture content, the actual moisture content and the inventory weight; calculating to obtain blank yarn correction according to the correction coefficient, the actual yarn count, the required yarn count and the blank yarn demand; and obtaining the blank yarn input amount according to the dry yarn amount, the stock weight and the blank yarn correction amount.

Specifically, the dry yarn amount can be calculated by using formula (1), and the blank yarn correction amount can be calculated by using formula (2).
In one embodiment, when the dry yarn amount is not matched with the inventory weight, the correction unit calculates the input amount of the blank yarn according to the reference moisture content, the actual moisture content and the correction amount of the blank yarn; when the dry yarn amount is matched with the stock weight, the blank yarn correction amount is used as the blank yarn input amount.
Specifically, the blank yarn input amount can be calculated according to the reference moisture content, the actual moisture content and the blank yarn correction amount by adopting the formula (3).
In one embodiment, a storage medium is provided, which stores a computer program, and the stored computer program is executed by a processor to implement the steps of the yarn cast weight correction method. In particular, the storage medium may be a readable storage medium.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which includes a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the yarn cast weight correction method when executing the computer program.
The storage medium and the computer equipment can improve the accuracy of the yarn dyeing weight by the same method as the steps of the yarn dyeing weight correction method.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
