本发明是一种高性能纤维,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:乙烯5‑15%、三氟氯乙烯1‑5%、聚苯砜酰胺纤维1‑10%、过氧化钠5‑15%、氧化锌3‑9%、氧化硅2‑3%、二氧化硅1‑5%、三氧化二铁11‑19%、氧化镁5‑7%、三氧化二铝3‑5%、氧化锂3‑5%、氧化钙3‑9%,通过本方法制备的高性能纤维,具有耐高温、抗燃阻燃、耐腐蚀、耐用性好、使用寿命长的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纤维,具体是一种高性能纤维。
背景技术
随着产业的不断发展,纤维的市场也在不断扩大,但是纤维大多都效果较为单一,制成的面料仅具备了遮挡的功能,针对一些特殊行业往往无法适应,在一些对服装有强度需求的情况下,现有的面料纤维比较单薄,在耐高温、阻燃、腐蚀性等方面均不具备防护效果,使用寿命较短,使用效果差。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种高性能纤维,具有耐高温、抗燃阻燃、 耐腐蚀、耐用性好、使用寿命长的特点的高性能耐用混纺纤维。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种高性能纤维,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:乙烯5-15%、三氟氯乙烯1-5%、聚苯砜酰胺纤维1-10%、过氧化钠5-15%、氧化锌3-9%、氧化硅2-3%、二氧化硅1-5%、三氧化二铁11-19%、氧化镁5-7%、三氧化二铝3-5%、氧化锂3-5%、氧化钙3-9%。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的高强度材料,具有耐高温、抗燃阻燃、耐腐蚀、耐用性好、使用寿命长的特点。

实施例1
一种高性能纤维,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:乙烯5%、三氟氯乙烯1%、聚苯砜酰胺纤维1%、过氧化钠5%、氧化锌3%、氧化硅2%、二氧化硅1%、三氧化二铁11%、氧化镁5%、三氧化二铝3%、氧化锂3%、氧化钙3%,此时高性能纤维,耐高温性能较好,但是耐腐蚀能力不足。
实施例2
一种高性能纤维,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:乙烯15%、三氟氯乙烯5%、聚苯砜酰胺纤维10%、过氧化钠15%、氧化锌9%、氧化硅3%、二氧化硅5%、三氧化二铁19%、氧化镁7%、三氧化二铝5%、氧化锂5%、氧化钙9%,此时高性能纤维,耐腐蚀能力较强,但是耐高温性能不足。
实施例3
一种高性能纤维,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:乙烯10%、三氟氯乙烯3%、聚苯砜酰胺纤维5.8%、过氧化钠10%、氧化锌6%、氧化硅2.8%、二氧化硅3%、三氧化二铁15%、氧化镁6%、三氧化二铝4%、氧化锂4%、氧化钙6%,此时高性能纤维,具有较好的耐高温性能而且其耐腐蚀能力较强。

1.一种高性能纤维,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:乙烯5-15%、三氟氯乙烯1-5%、聚苯砜酰胺纤维1-10%、过氧化钠5-15%、氧化锌3-9%、氧化硅2-3%、二氧化硅1-5%、三氧化二铁11-19%、氧化镁5-7%、三氧化二铝3-5%、氧化锂3-5%、氧化钙3-9%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高性能纤维,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:乙烯5%、三氟氯乙烯1%、聚苯砜酰胺纤维1%、过氧化钠5%、氧化锌3%、氧化硅2%、二氧化硅1%、三氧化二铁11%、氧化镁5%、三氧化二铝3%、氧化锂3%、氧化钙3%。
