本发明是一种防火保温材料的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:高岭土5‑15%、水玻璃1‑5%、云母粉1‑10%、短切玻璃纤维5‑15%、粉煤灰3‑9%、聚丙烯酸2‑3%、氢氧化镁1‑5%、钛白粉11‑19%、高岭土5‑7%、发泡剂3‑5%、早强剂3‑5%、水1‑5%、氢氧化钙5‑10%、凝胶材料1‑1.5%、聚丙烯纤维4‑5%、玻璃纤维2‑4%、骨粉0.4‑0.6%、苔蓟1‑2%、铁粉2‑4%、亚硫酸钠粉1‑3%,此时防火保温材料具有较高的康热震稳定性和抗高温性能。

本发明是一种防火保温材料的配方,属于建筑材料领域。
背景技术
防火保温材料是无机活性保温材料以普通水泥,保温石、钙粉、桔梗、等作为主要原料,采用先进的生产工艺和化工技术经多次试验研究而成的闭孔无机活性保温材料,无机活性保温材料以普通水泥,保温石、钙粉、桔梗、等作为主要原料,采用先进的生产工艺和化工技术经多次试验研究而成的闭孔无机活性保温材料,产品具有防火阻燃,变形系数小,抗老化,性能稳定,生态环保性好,与墙基层和抹面层相容性好,安全稳固性好,可与建筑物同寿命,现有的防火保温材料抗热震稳定性能且高温性能较差,成本较高。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种防火保温材料的配方,可以增加抗热震稳定性和高温性能且成本低廉。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种防火保温材料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:高岭土5-15%、水玻璃1-5%、云母粉1-10%、短切玻璃纤维5-15%、粉煤灰3-9%、聚丙烯酸2-3%、氢氧化镁1-5%、钛白粉11-19%、高岭土5-7%、发泡剂3-5%、早强剂3-5%、水1-5%、氢氧化钙5-10%、凝胶材料1-1.5%、聚丙烯纤维4-5%、玻璃纤维2-4%、骨粉0.4-0.6%、苔蓟1-2%、铁粉2-4%、亚硫酸钠粉1-3%。
有益效果:通过本方法制备防火保温材料为纯中药配方,配伍科学,且该药起效快,疗效好,安全无副作用。

实施例1
一种防火保温材料的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:高岭土5%、水玻璃1%、云母粉1%、短切玻璃纤维5%、粉煤灰3%、聚丙烯酸2%、氢氧化镁1%、钛白粉11%、高岭土5%、发泡剂3%、早强剂3%、水1%、氢氧化钙5%、凝胶材料1%、聚丙烯纤维4%、玻璃纤维2%、骨粉0.4%、苔蓟1%、铁粉2%、亚硫酸钠粉1%,此时防火保温材料的抗热震稳定性优良,但抗高温性能不足。

一种防火保温材料的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:高岭土15%、水玻璃5%、云母粉10%、短切玻璃纤维15%、粉煤灰9%、聚丙烯酸3%、氢氧化镁5%、微19%、高岭土7%、发泡剂5%、早强剂5%、水5%、氢氧化钙10%、凝胶材料1.5%、聚丙烯纤维5%、玻璃纤维4%、骨粉0.6%、苔蓟2%、铁粉4%、亚硫酸钠粉3%,此时防火保温材料具有较高的抗高温性能但是其抗热震稳定性不足。

一种防火保温材料的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:高岭土10%、水玻璃4%、云母粉6%、短切玻璃纤维11%、粉煤灰7%、聚丙烯酸2.3%、氢氧化镁1.5%、钛白粉16%、高岭土5.7%、发泡剂3.5%、早强剂3.5%、水1.5%、氢氧化钙7%、凝胶材料1.4%、聚丙烯纤维4.5%、玻璃纤维2.4%、骨粉0.5%、苔蓟1.2%、铁粉2.4%、亚硫酸钠粉1.3%,此时防火保温材料具有较高的康热震稳定性和抗高温性能。

1.一种防火保温材料的配方,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:高岭土5-15%、水玻璃1-5%、云母粉1-10%、短切玻璃纤维5-15%、粉煤灰3-9%、聚丙烯酸2-3%、氢氧化镁1-5%、钛白粉11-19%、高岭土5-7%、发泡剂3-5%、早强剂3-5%、水1-5%、氢氧化钙5-10%、凝胶材料1-1.5%、聚丙烯纤维4-5%、玻璃纤维2-4%、骨粉0.4-0.6%、苔蓟1-2%、铁粉2-4%、亚硫酸钠粉1-3%。
