本发明涉及建筑浆料领域,具体涉及一种墙体绝热防火保温浆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
在国家节能政策和技术标准的推动下,我国建筑节能技术,尤其是墙体保温技术发展迅速,在国内出现了多种外墙保温技术体系。墙体保温材料是近年来发展的新型墙体材料,可大量节约墙体材料,提高墙体保温性能,节约资源,减少环境污染。
一般建筑节能保温材料分为有机或无机保温材料,有机保温材料质轻、施工方便、保温效果好、但使用周期短、防火性能差,易引起恶性火灾和安全事故,而无机保温材料寿命周期长,防火性能好。
提高建筑物的保温绝热性能是节约能源、提高建筑物使用功能的重要途径。 市售的很多墙体保温浆类产品发现有不同程度发生开裂、空鼓、变形和脱落等现象,存在严重的质量问题,特别是上述浆料的导热系数、粘结强度、防火级别很难达到国家标准。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种墙体绝热防火保温浆料,包括以下重量份的原料:水泥 20~40 份,轻质陶粒 15~20 份,甲酸盐 5~15 份,氯化镁 3~10 份,水玻璃 3~8 份,纤维 5~15 份,高温陶瓷胶 1~5 份,明矾 1~5 份,糊精粉 5~10 份,锯末粉 10~25 份。
上述水泥为铝酸盐水泥或矾土水泥。
上述甲酸盐为甲酸钠或甲酸钙。
上述纤维为木质纤维和/或硅酸铝纤维。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供一种墙体绝热防火保温浆料的制备方法:按重量配比称重水泥、轻质陶粒、甲酸盐、氯化镁、水玻璃、纤维、高温陶瓷胶、明矾、糊精粉和锯末粉,将它们分别做干燥预处理; 将甲酸盐、氯化镁、水玻璃、高温陶瓷胶、明矾、糊精粉和锯末粉投入搅拌机中搅拌 10~20 min,直至搅拌均匀,得混合浆料 A,包装入库;将水泥、轻质陶粒和纤维单独包装,得混合浆料 B。
本发明的第三个目的在于提供一种墙体绝热防火保温浆料的是用方法:在水中投入混合浆料B,浸泡 15~20 h;投入混合浆料A,搅拌 10~20 min;混合好的浆料在 8小时内使用完。
上述水泥、轻质陶粒、纤维和水的质量比为水泥:轻质陶粒:纤维:水=1:0.5~0.8:0.25~0.4:3.5~4。

铝酸盐水泥 40 kg,轻质陶粒 20 kg,甲酸钠 15 kg,氯化镁 10 kg,水玻璃 8 kg,木质纤维 15 kg,高温陶瓷胶 5 kg,明矾 5 kg,糊精粉 10 kg,锯末粉 25 kg。
上述铝酸盐水泥、轻质陶粒、甲酸钠、氯化镁、水玻璃、木质纤维、高温陶瓷胶、明矾、糊精粉和锯末粉,将它们分别做干燥预处理; 将甲酸钠、氯化镁、水玻璃、高温陶瓷胶、明矾、糊精粉和锯末粉投入搅拌机中搅拌 10~20 min,直至搅拌均匀,得混合浆料 A,包装入库;将铝酸盐水泥、轻质陶粒和木质纤维单独包装,得混合浆料 B。
实施例2:
铝酸盐水泥 30 kg,轻质陶粒 20 kg,甲酸钠 15 kg,氯化镁 10 kg,水玻璃 5 kg,硅酸铝纤维 10 kg,高温陶瓷胶 3 kg,明矾 3 kg,糊精粉 8 kg,锯末粉 15 kg。

上述矾土水泥、轻质陶粒、甲酸钙、氯化镁、水玻璃、木质纤维、硅酸铝纤维、高温陶瓷胶、明矾、糊精粉和锯末粉,将它们分别做干燥预处理; 将甲酸钙、氯化镁、水玻璃、高温陶瓷胶、明矾、糊精粉和锯末粉投入搅拌机中搅拌 10~20 min,直至搅拌均匀,得混合浆料 A,包装入库;将矾土水泥、轻质陶粒、木质纤维和硅酸铝纤维单独包装,得混合浆料 B。

3.根据权利要求2所述的墙体绝热防火保温浆料,其特征在于,所述的甲酸盐为甲酸钠或甲酸钙。
4.根据权利要求3所述的墙体绝热防火保温浆料,其特征在于,所述的纤维为木质纤维和/或硅酸铝纤维。
5.一种如权利要求4所述的墙体绝热防火保温浆料的制备方法,其特征在于,按重量配比称重水泥、轻质陶粒、甲酸盐、氯化镁、水玻璃、纤维、高温陶瓷胶、明矾、糊精粉和锯末粉,将它们分别做干燥预处理; 将甲酸盐、氯化镁、水玻璃、高温陶瓷胶、明矾、糊精粉和锯末粉投入搅拌机中搅拌 10~20 min,直至搅拌均匀,得混合浆料 A,包装入库;将水泥、轻质陶粒和纤维单独包装,得混合浆料 B;在水中投入混合浆料B,浸泡 15~20 h;投入混合浆料A,搅拌 10~20 min;混合好的浆料在 8小时内使用完。
