Abstract
本发明提出了一种防锈的履带,包括履带底盘和橡胶履带,橡胶履带包覆设置在履带底盘外部;所述履带底盘上涂覆一层保护层,涂覆方法如下:(1)在履带底盘的外表面上进行喷砂处理;(2)称取原材料:称取环氧树脂、异氰酸酯、二甲苯、二氧化硅、乙醇、消泡剂、光引发剂;(3)将原材料在40‑55℃的温度下搅拌均匀后涂覆在履带底盘的外表面上,烘干即可;所述橡胶履带的组成成分如下:异戊橡胶、氯丁橡胶、补强剂、硫化剂、石蜡、乙醇和过氧化戊二酸,有效防锈,提高了使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种履带,具体涉及一种防锈的履带。
背景技术
履带底盘是用于支撑车辆底盘各部件并保证车辆正常行驶的装 置。履带底盘具有牵引力大、接地比压低、稳定性好、爬坡能力强等 优点因此在建筑机械、筑路机械及农业机械等领域广泛应用。在农用 机械领域中,由于其能够适应耕种及具有淤泥的土地,因此在旋耕机 和收割机等农用机构中广泛使用。
现有的履带底盘容易生锈,影响车辆的正常使用。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种防锈的履带,有效防锈,提高了使用寿命。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种防锈的履带,包括履带底盘和橡胶履带,橡胶履带包覆设置在履带底盘外部;
所述履带底盘上涂覆一层保护层,涂覆方法如下:
(1)在履带底盘的外表面上进行喷砂处理;
(2)称取原材料:按重量份数计称取环氧树脂15-28份、异氰酸酯3-5.6份、二甲苯0.5-3.2份、二氧化硅2-6份、乙醇8-15份、消泡剂0.03-0.08份、光引发剂0.8-1.2份;
(3)将原材料在40-55℃的温度下搅拌均匀后涂覆在履带底盘的外表面上,烘干即可;
所述橡胶履带的组成成分按重量份数计如下:
异戊橡胶22-30份、氯丁橡胶44-60份、补强剂5-10份、硫化剂3-5份、石蜡12-15份、乙醇22-26份和过氧化戊二酸2-8份;
所述补强剂的组成成分按重量份数计如下:
超高分子量聚乙烯35-42份、玻璃微珠3-8份、硬脂酸锌0.05-0.8份、碳酸钠1-5份、玻璃纤维4-10份、氧化铝0.1-1.5份。
进一步的,所述环氧树脂和异氰酸酯的重量份数比为5:1。
进一步的,所述烘干的温度为100-130℃,烘干时间为10-24h。
进一步的,所述异戊橡胶和氯丁橡胶的重量份数比为1:2。
进一步的,所述超高分子量聚乙烯的分子量为3000000-4500000。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明有效防锈,提高了使用寿命。

实施例一
一种防锈的履带,包括履带底盘和橡胶履带,橡胶履带包覆设置在履带底盘外部;
所述履带底盘上涂覆一层保护层,涂覆方法如下:
(1)在履带底盘的外表面上进行喷砂处理;
(2)称取原材料:按重量份数计称取环氧树脂22份、异氰酸酯4.4份、二甲苯2份、二氧化硅5份、乙醇10份、消泡剂0.05份、光引发剂1份;
(3)将原材料在40-55℃的温度下搅拌均匀后涂覆在履带底盘的外表面上,烘干即可;
所述橡胶履带的组成成分按重量份数计如下:
异戊橡胶25份、氯丁橡胶50份、补强剂6份、硫化剂4份、石蜡13份、乙醇23份和过氧化戊二酸5份;
所述补强剂的组成成分按重量份数计如下:
超高分子量聚乙烯38份、玻璃微珠6份、硬脂酸锌0.4份、碳酸钠3份、玻璃纤维7份、氧化铝0.8份。
进一步的,所述环氧树脂和异氰酸酯的重量份数比为5:1。
进一步的,所述烘干的温度为100-130℃,烘干时间为10-24h。
进一步的,所述异戊橡胶和氯丁橡胶的重量份数比为1:2。
进一步的,所述超高分子量聚乙烯的分子量为3000000-4500000。
实施例二
一种防锈的履带,包括履带底盘和橡胶履带,橡胶履带包覆设置在履带底盘外部;
所述履带底盘上涂覆一层保护层,涂覆方法如下:
(1)在履带底盘的外表面上进行喷砂处理;
(2)称取原材料:按重量份数计称取环氧树脂15份、异氰酸酯3份、二甲苯0.5份、二氧化硅2份、乙醇8份、消泡剂0.03份、光引发剂0.8份;
(3)将原材料在40-55℃的温度下搅拌均匀后涂覆在履带底盘的外表面上,烘干即可;
所述橡胶履带的组成成分按重量份数计如下:
异戊橡胶22份、氯丁橡胶44份、补强剂5份、硫化剂3份、石蜡12份、乙醇22份和过氧化戊二酸2份;
所述补强剂的组成成分按重量份数计如下:

(2)称取原材料:按重量份数计称取环氧树脂28份、异氰酸酯5.6份、二甲苯3.2份、二氧化硅6份、乙醇15份、消泡剂0.08份、光引发剂1.2份;
(3)将原材料在40-55℃的温度下搅拌均匀后涂覆在履带底盘的外表面上,烘干即可;
所述橡胶履带的组成成分按重量份数计如下:
异戊橡胶30份、氯丁橡胶60份、补强剂10份、硫化剂5份、石蜡15份、乙醇26份和过氧化戊二酸8份;
所述补强剂的组成成分按重量份数计如下:
超高分子量聚乙烯42份、玻璃微珠8份、硬脂酸锌0.8份、碳酸钠5份、玻璃纤维10份、氧化铝1.5份。
进一步的,所述环氧树脂和异氰酸酯的重量份数比为5:1。
进一步的,所述烘干的温度为100-130℃,烘干时间为10-24h。
进一步的,所述异戊橡胶和氯丁橡胶的重量份数比为1:2。
进一步的,所述超高分子量聚乙烯的分子量为3000000-4500000。
Claims (5)
1.一种防锈的履带,其特征为,包括履带底盘和橡胶履带,橡胶履带包覆设置在履带底盘外部;
所述履带底盘上涂覆一层保护层,涂覆方法如下:
(1)在履带底盘的外表面上进行喷砂处理;
(2)称取原材料:按重量份数计称取环氧树脂15-28份、异氰酸酯3-5.6份、二甲苯0.5-3.2份、二氧化硅2-6份、乙醇8-15份、消泡剂0.03-0.08份、光引发剂0.8-1.2份;
