Abstract
本发明公开了LED灯管外壳材料。本发明的LED灯管外壳材料由下述成份按照重量比组成:氯苯基硅油20~30份、甲基乙氧基硅油15~35份、二乙氨基丙胺5~8份、酚醛环氧树脂20~30份、异辛酸镁5~8份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯50~80份、有机硅材料6~10份、荧光粉0.5~1.0份、透明纤维4~8份、纳米二氧化钛0.2~0.8份、光稳定剂1~2.0份。本发明外壳材料组成中聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯具有较高的光透过率和耐候性,而有机材料能将点光源转化成面光源,光线柔和,照明范围广;有机硅材料还能提高灯罩材料的韧性和耐热性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及材料领域,尤其涉及LED灯管外壳材料。
背景技术
LED光源属于点光源,点光源光照范围窄且会人眼产生眩光的影响,一般通过灯罩的光散射作用,将点光源转变成面光源,以利于人们的日常使用。聚碳酸酷材料广泛用于灯罩材料中,为赋予聚碳酸酷光散射功能,人们将一些具有不同折射率的聚合物或无机粒子作为分散相键入到连续相得热塑性树脂中,这样不仅影响了其透光性能,而且会使灯罩材料的热膨胀系数增大几倍甚至几十倍。LED芯片体积非常小,一般照明用的LED灯中采用IW的芯片甚至更大功率的芯片,半导体有机硅芯片的热膨胀系数在2 .4-6*10-6 K-1之间,其产生的热流密度可达到106 w/m2以上。如果热量没能及时地传导出去,大量热量的累积会使LED芯片的结温升高,从而导致芯片的发光效率降低,光品质下降。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种专用于LED灯管外壳的材料。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:一种LED灯管外壳材料,由下述成份按照重量比组成:氯苯基硅油20~30份、甲基乙氧基硅油15~35份、二乙氨基丙胺5~8份、酚醛环氧树脂20~30份、异辛酸镁5~8份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯50~80份、有机硅材料6~10份、荧光粉0.5~1.0份、透明纤维4~8份、纳米二氧化钛0.2~0.8份、光稳定剂1~2.0份。
优选地,该LED灯管外壳材料由下述成份按照重量比组成:氯苯基硅油25份、甲基乙氧基硅油25份、二乙氨基丙胺7份、酚醛环氧树脂22份、异辛酸镁7份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯75份、有机硅材料7份、荧光粉0.8份、透明纤维7份、纳米二氧化钛0.6份、光稳定剂1.5份。
优选地,该LED灯管外壳材料由下述成份按照重量比组成:氯苯基硅油30份、甲基乙氧基硅油30份、二乙氨基丙胺8份、酚醛环氧树脂30份、异辛酸镁8份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯80份、有机硅材料10份、荧光粉1.0份、透明纤维8份、纳米二氧化钛0.8份、光稳定剂2.0份。
优选地,所述有机硅材料由以下材料制备而成:有机硅树脂1.5份、七甲基三硅氧烷10份和水玻璃80份。
优选地,所述有机硅材料主要由以下材料制备而成:有机硅树脂5.5份、七甲基三硅氧烷20份和水玻璃95份。
本发明所述透明纤维优选采用人工合成的呈透明状态的纤维或其聚合物。
本发明的灯罩材料中聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)具有较高的光透过率和耐候性,而有机硅材料作为光扩散剂,能将点光源转化成面光源,光线柔和,照明范围广;有机硅材料还可能提高灯罩材料的韧性和耐热性。

结合以下实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1 本发明的LED灯管外壳材料由下述成份按照重量比组成:氯苯基硅油25份、甲基乙氧基硅油25份、二乙氨基丙胺7份、酚醛环氧树脂22份、异辛酸镁7份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯75份、有机硅材料7份、荧光粉0.8份、透明纤维7份、纳米二氧化钛0.6份、光稳定剂1.5份;其中,有机硅材料由有机硅树脂1.5份、七甲基三硅氧烷10份和水玻璃80份按照重量比制备得到。
实施例2本发明的LED灯管外壳材料由下述成份按照重量比组成:氯苯基硅油30份、甲基乙氧基硅油30份、二乙氨基丙胺8份、酚醛环氧树脂30份、异辛酸镁8份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯80份、有机硅材料10份、荧光粉1.0份、透明纤维8份、纳米二氧化钛0.8份、光稳定剂2.0份;其中,有机硅材料由有机硅树脂5.5份、七甲基三硅氧烷20份和水玻璃95份按照重量比制备得到。
实施例3本发明的LED灯管外壳材料由下述成份按照重量比组成:氯苯基硅油20份、甲基乙氧基硅油35份、二乙氨基丙胺5份、酚醛环氧树脂20份、异辛酸镁5份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯70份、有机硅材料10份、荧光粉0.5份、透明纤维4份、纳米二氧化钛0.4份、光稳定剂1.5份;其中,有机硅材料由,有机硅材料由有机硅树脂5.5份、七甲基三硅氧烷20份和水玻璃95份按照重量比制备得到。

1.一种LED灯管外壳材料,其特征在于,该LED灯管外壳材料由下述成份按照重量比组成:氯苯基硅油20~30份、甲基乙氧基硅油15~35份、二乙氨基丙胺5~8份、酚醛环氧树脂20~30份、异辛酸镁5~8份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯50~80份、有机硅材料6~10份、荧光粉0.5~1.0份、透明纤维4~8份、纳米二氧化钛0.2~0.8份、光稳定剂1~2.0份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯管外壳材料,其特征在于,该LED灯管外壳材料由下述成份按照重量比组成:氯苯基硅油25份、甲基乙氧基硅油25份、二乙氨基丙胺7份、酚醛环氧树脂22份、异辛酸镁7份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯75份、有机硅材料7份、荧光粉0.8份、透明纤维7份、纳米二氧化钛0.6份、光稳定剂1.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯管外壳材料,其特征在于:该LED灯管外壳材料由下述成份按照重量比组成:氯苯基硅油30份、甲基乙氧基硅油30份、二乙氨基丙胺8份、酚醛环氧树脂30份、异辛酸镁8份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯80份、有机硅材料10份、荧光粉1.0份、透明纤维8份、纳米二氧化钛0.8份、光稳定剂2.0份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯管外壳材料,其特征在于:所述有机硅材料由以下重量配比的原料制备而成:有机硅树脂1.5份、七甲基三硅氧烷10份和水玻璃80份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯管外壳材料,其特征在于:所述有机硅材料由以下重量配比的原料制备而成:有机硅树脂5.5份、七甲基三硅氧烷20份和水玻璃95份。
