Abstract

The method solves the problems that compost is difficult to ferment and decompose and is easy to cause secondary pollution due to low temperature in cold areas in winter. According to the invention, organic solid waste is put into a fermentation tank in the fermentation device for preparing compost from organic waste, fuel is put into a hearth of the fermentation device and ignited, hot flue gas generated by the fuel burnt in the hearth is blown into a flue of the fermentation device by an air blower, the temperature of the organic solid waste put into the fermentation tank is raised through the radiation and convection action of the hot flue gas, when the average temperature of a stack body of the fermentation tank reaches 10 ℃, a low-temperature initiation composite microbial inoculum is mixed into the stack body, the fermentation and decomposition degree of the stack body and the microbial decomposition degree are monitored, and finally the compost is prepared. The organic waste is subjected to composting treatment, so that on one hand, the organic waste can be harmlessly treated, reduced and recycled, and great contribution is made to the construction of good ecological environment; on the other hand, composting can promote the development of urban economy, and is a widely accepted reasonable disposal method. Compost is a process for artificially promoting the biochemical conversion of biodegradable organic matter into stable humus by using indigenous microorganisms (microorganisms such as bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi widely distributed in the nature) or artificial inoculants, and the compost is applied to soil as a fertilizer.
