一种高强度、高抗风化、高耐磨的、具有透水功能的黄色环保路面砖,它涉及建筑材料技术领域,它的质量百分比配方组成为:页岩75‑92份,煤矸石8‑30份,焦粉1‑3份,氧化钛0.5‑3份,碳酸钠0.5‑2份。它是充分利用廉价易得的粘土矿页岩和废弃物煤矸石来改善砖体的主要性能指标如强度、耐磨、含湿率等,同时具有净化空气、透水功能。主要用于高档小区、公司、广场、公园等各种建筑路面。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体为一种具有透水功能的黄色环保路面砖。
背景技术
目前烧结路面砖材料主要为粘土类和相关辅料,随着国家政策大力提倡绿色环保建材的推广,绿色环保的各类烧结砖开始进入市场,以无机矿物页岩和废弃物煤矸石为主料的烧结景观砖逐渐被市场所接受,行业中主要由页岩和煤矸石的比例决定烧结温度范围、强度、抗风化等性能,由少量辅料调整各类烧结砖的颜色。在烧结砖中煤矸石的添加还可节省热能降低成本,既具有社会意义,又为企业带来经济利益。但一般烧结路面砖产品普遍存在不耐磨、泛霜等问题困扰着一些厂家。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高强度、高抗风化、高耐磨的、具有透水功能的黄色环保路面砖。
本发明的一种具有透水功能的黄色环保路面砖,其特征是所述路面砖由包括如下重量份的原料制成:页岩75-92份,煤矸石8-30份,焦粉1-3份,氧化钛0.5-3份,碳酸钠0.5-2份。

所述路面砖的制备方法如下:
(1)将煤矸石、页岩分别设备粉碎、研磨,过120目筛;焦粉粉碎过35目筛;
(2)煤矸石、页岩粉体、焦粉、钛白粉、碳酸钠按重量份比例进行配料,混料机搅拌均匀;
(3)混合均匀的粉料添加7-12份水并充分搅拌均匀,陈腐24小时以上备用;
(4)将陈腐料入压力机挤出泥条,切割成型,自然阴干至含水率小于8;
(5)脱水后的成型砖坯入隧道窑中烧成,烧成工艺包括80-200℃下干燥3小时;48小时内窑温由200℃升至800℃保温30分钟;60分钟内窑温由800℃升至1030-1090℃,保温6小时,冷却72小时出窑;
检测质量参数指标:抗压强度: ≥80MPa;吸湿率:≤7份;耐磨性: 优良;抗风化性:优良。
本发明的具有透水功能的黄色环保路面砖,充分利用廉价易得的粘土矿页岩和废弃物煤矸石作为砖体的主要原料,就地取材,废物利用,成本低廉,砖体的主要性能指标如强度、耐磨、含湿率等均达到或超过国家规定标准,原料中加入焦粉,在烧结时,焦粉烧净形成孔隙,遇下雨或洒水时部分水分渗入成品砖的孔隙内蓄积起来,随后逐渐蒸发,可保持空气湿润,降低地面温度。利用钛白粉(氧化钛)对含有硫、磷、氮的有机物吸附作用,可以达到净化附近空气的效果,同时还可以增加砖的色彩等,添加碳酸钠可以防止地面结霜,使得铺有本发明地面砖的地面上保持洁净。美化了环境。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)配料及成型
取页岩90吨,煤矸石8吨分别粉碎并过120目筛;焦粉3吨,过30目筛;将三者混合后加入市售的氧化钛0.5吨、市售的碳酸钠1吨均匀混合;在混合料中加入总12吨水,均匀搅拌后陈腐24小时;将陈腐料入成型机挤压成泥条形状并切割成型,自然阴干24小时至含水率小于8%。
(2)烧结
将自然阴干的成型砖坯入隧道窑中烧结,烧结工艺包括80-200℃逐渐升温下,干燥3小时;48小时内窑温由200℃升至800℃保温30分钟;60分钟内窑温由800℃升至1030-1090℃,保温6小时,冷却72小时出窑;
实施例2
原料配比为:页岩75吨,煤矸石20吨,焦粉1吨,氧化钛3吨,碳酸钠0.5吨,其原料加工与烧结过程与实施例1相同。
实施例3
原料配比为:页岩92吨,煤矸石15吨,焦粉2吨,氧化钛2吨,碳酸钠2吨,搅拌过程中加水10吨,其原料加工与烧结过程与实施例1相同。
实施例4
原料配比为:页岩80吨,煤矸石30吨,焦粉1.5吨,氧化钛1.5吨,碳酸钠1吨,搅拌过程中加水12吨,其原料加工与烧结过程与实施例1相同。
Claims (2)
1.一种具有透水功能的黄色环保路面砖,其特征是所述路面砖由包括如下重量份的原料制成:页岩75-92份,煤矸石8-30份,焦粉1-3份,氧化钛0.5-3份,碳酸钠0.5-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有透水功能的黄色环保路面砖,其特征是所述路面砖原料组成包括:页岩75-92份,煤矸石8-30份,焦粉1-3份,氧化钛0.5-3份,碳酸钠0.5-2份;
所述路面砖的制备方法如下:
(1)将煤矸石、页岩分别粉碎、研磨,过120目筛;焦粉粉碎过35目筛;
(2)煤矸石、页岩粉体、焦粉、钛白粉、碳酸钠按重量份比例进行配料,混料机搅拌均匀;
