本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种用于城市人行街道、公园及绿地道路的枣红色景观装饰路面砖。
背景技术
目前烧结路面砖材料主要为粘土类和相关辅料,随着国家政策大力提倡绿色环保建材的推广,绿色环保的各类烧结砖开始进入市场,以无机矿物页岩和废弃物煤矸石为主料的烧结景观砖逐渐被市场所接受,行业中主要由页岩和煤矸石的比例决定烧结温度范围、强度、抗风化等性能,由少量辅料调整各类烧结砖的颜色。在烧结砖中煤矸石的添加还可节省热能降低成本,既具有社会意义,又为企业带来经济利益。但一般烧结路面砖产品普遍存在不耐磨、泛霜等问题困扰着一些厂家。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种枣红色景观装饰路面砖,用于解决现有路面砖色彩单一的问题。
本发明的一种枣红色景观装饰路面砖,其特征是主要由如下重量份的原料制成:页岩75-92份,煤矸石8-30份,氧化铁1-5份,碳酸钡1-3份。
所述的一种枣红色景观装饰路面砖,其特征是所述各原料重量份配比为:页岩75-92份,煤矸石8-30份,氧化铁1-5份,碳酸钡1-3份。
所述枣红色景观路面砖的生产工艺如下:
(1)煤矸石、页岩分别设备粉碎、研磨,过120目筛;
(2)煤矸石与页岩粉体、氧化铁、碳酸钡按重量份进行配料,并由混料机搅拌均匀;
(3)混合均匀的粉料添加7-12份水并充分搅拌均匀,陈腐24小时以上备用;
(4)陈腐好的物料添加适量水,由搅拌机中搅拌均匀,然后压力机挤出坯条并按设计规格切割为成型砖坯,将成型砖坯置于阴凉处自然脱水6-8小时;
(5)将自然阴干的成型砖坯入隧道窑中烧成,烧成工艺包括80-200℃下干燥3小时;48小时内窑温由200℃升至800℃保温30分钟;60分钟内窑温由800℃升至1030-1090℃,保温6小时,冷却72小时出窑。
本发明充分利用廉价易得的粘土矿页岩和废弃物煤矸石来改善砖体的主要性能指标如强度、耐磨、含湿率等,添加了氧化铁、碳酸钡使得烧结后的路面砖形成枣红色外表,用于铺设人行路面或公园、居民小区等路面具有非常好的视觉效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)选取页岩75吨,煤矸石15吨,分别粉碎过120目筛;氧化铁1吨,碳酸钡2吨;
(2)在步骤(1)所得筛下物料内添加市售氧化铁粉与市售碳酸钡粉,均匀搅拌后再添加7吨水继续搅拌30分钟,陈腐24小时以上,备用;
(3)将陈腐料入搅拌机中添加少量水搅拌均匀,送入压力机挤出坯条并切割成设计尺寸的砖坯,常见规格如30×30×10(㎝),30×20×15(㎝)等,砖坯置于阴凉处自然脱水6小时;
(4)将自然脱水的成型砖坯入隧道窑中烧成,烧成工艺包括80-200℃下干燥3小时;48小时内窑温由200℃升至800℃保温30分钟;60分钟内窑温由800℃升至1030-1090℃,保温6小时,冷却72小时出窑。
实施例2
原料配比如下:页岩92吨,煤矸石8吨,氧化铁5吨,碳酸钡1吨,原料按要求处理后混合均匀并加水10吨,充分搅拌后静置,陈腐25小时。其余工艺过程与实施例1相同。
实施例3
原料配比如下:页岩85吨,煤矸石30吨,氧化铁3吨,碳酸钡3吨。原料按设计处理后混合均匀并加水12吨,充分搅拌后静置,陈腐28小时。其余工艺过程与实施例1相同。

1.一种枣红色景观装饰路面砖,其特征是主要由如下重量份的原料制成:页岩75-92份,煤矸石8-30份,氧化铁1-5份,碳酸钡1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种枣红色景观装饰路面砖,其特征是所述各原料重量份配比为:页岩75-92份,煤矸石8-30份,氧化铁1-5份,碳酸钡1-3份。
3.所述枣红色景观路面砖的生产工艺如下:
(1)煤矸石、页岩分别粉碎、研磨,过120目筛;
(2)煤矸石与页岩粉体、氧化铁、碳酸钡按重量份进行配料,并由混料机搅拌均匀;
(3)混合均匀的粉料添加7-12份水并充分搅拌均匀,陈腐24小时以上备用;
(4)陈腐好的物料添加适量水,由搅拌机中搅拌均匀,然后压力机挤出坯条并按设计规格切割为成型砖坯,将成型砖坯置于阴凉处自然脱水6-8小时;
