技术领域
本发明属日用品制造技术领域,涉及一种折叠式抗菌塑料杯的生产方法。
背景技术
目前,市场上的塑料杯、不锈钢杯、搪瓷杯等均不能折叠,也不能抗菌,这给人们出差、旅游和野外考察带来不便。为此,发明一种折叠式抗菌塑料杯就有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种折叠式抗菌塑料杯的生产方法。为了达到上述目的,本发明的一种折叠式抗菌塑料杯由一种耐折叠抗菌树脂加工制作而成(“一种耐折叠抗菌树脂”的专利号为:2009102467417),加工方法为注塑成型法,注塑成型法是将耐折叠抗菌树脂加入注塑机的加料斗中,注塑机在一定的温度和压力下将耐折叠抗菌树脂注塑成型出折叠式抗菌塑料杯,折叠式抗菌塑料杯出模后立即趁热将制品的折叠处来回折叠2~3次。
本发明的具体实施方式是:注塑成型法生产折叠式抗菌塑料杯
(1)、折叠式抗菌塑料杯注塑模具的设计折叠式抗菌塑料杯注塑模具的设计是将折叠式抗菌塑料杯的形状设计成底小口大形,这样便于折叠式抗菌塑料杯的折叠,同时还要根据耐折叠抗菌树脂的收缩率来开制模具,根据折叠式抗菌塑料杯的大小,将塑料杯的折叠处设计成 3~10处,塑料杯折叠处的处理方法是在注塑成型模具上,对塑料杯进行不等厚设计,也就是将塑料杯的折叠处的壁厚设计得比塑料杯的其它部位都要薄一些,其折叠处的厚度为0.2~1mm,这样便于塑料杯的折叠。
(2)、折叠式抗菌塑料杯的注塑生产将耐折叠抗菌树脂加入注塑成型机的加料斗中,开启注塑成型机,用注塑成型模具加工出折叠式抗菌塑料杯,生产时控制注塑机的成型温度为 195~230℃,注塑压力为60~140MPa,冷却时间为30~60s。
(3)、折叠式抗菌塑料杯注塑成型后的处理折叠式抗菌塑料杯注塑成型后的处理方法是将注塑成型后的折叠式抗菌塑料杯立即趁热来回折叠2~3次。

实施例1注塑成型法生产折叠式抗菌塑料杯
(1)、折叠式抗菌塑料杯注塑模具的设计将折叠式抗菌塑料杯的形状设计成底小口大形,这样便于折叠式抗菌塑料杯的折叠,根据折叠式抗菌塑料杯的大小,将塑料杯的折叠处设计成 5处,将塑料杯折叠处的壁厚设计得比塑料杯的其它部位都要薄一些,其折叠处的厚度为 0.5mm,这样便于塑料杯的折叠。
2)、折叠式抗菌塑料杯的注塑生产将耐折叠抗菌树脂加入注塑成型机的加料斗中,开启注塑成型机,用注塑成型模具加工出折叠式抗菌塑料杯,生产时控制注塑机的成型温度为220℃,注塑压力为80MPa,冷却时间为40s。
(3)、折叠式抗菌塑料杯注塑成型后的处理折叠式抗菌塑料杯注塑成型后的处理方法是将注塑成型后的折叠式抗菌塑料杯立即趁热来回折叠2次。
实施例2
(1)、折叠式抗菌塑料杯注塑模具的设计将折叠式抗菌塑料杯的形状设计成底小口大形,这样便于折叠式抗菌塑料杯的折叠,根据折叠式抗菌塑料杯的大小,将塑料杯的折叠处设计成 6处,将塑料杯折叠处的壁厚设计得比塑料杯的其它部位都要薄一些,其折叠处的厚度为 0.3mm,这样便于塑料杯的折叠。
(2)、折叠式抗菌塑料杯的注塑生产将耐折叠抗菌树脂加入注塑成型机的加料斗中,开启注塑成型机,用注塑成型模具加工出折叠式抗菌塑料杯,生产时控制注塑机的成型温度为 230℃,注塑压力为60MPa,冷却时间为30s。
(3)、折叠式抗菌塑料杯注塑成型后的处理折叠式抗菌塑料杯注塑成型后的处理方法是将注塑成型后的折叠式抗菌塑料杯立即趁热来回折叠3次。

1.一种折叠式抗菌塑料杯,其特征在于折叠式抗菌塑料杯是由耐折叠抗菌树脂用特别设计的注塑成型模具经注塑成型加工制作而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠式抗菌塑料杯,其特征是折叠式抗菌塑料杯模具的设计是将折叠式抗菌塑料杯的形状设计成底小口大形,根据塑料杯的大小,将塑料杯的折叠处设计成3~10处,塑料杯折叠处的处理方法是对塑料杯进行不等厚设计,是将塑料杯的折叠处的壁厚设计得比塑料杯的其它部位都要薄一些,其折叠处的厚度为0.2~1mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠式抗菌塑料杯,其特征是折叠式抗菌塑料杯注塑成型的温度为195~230℃,注塑压力为60~140MPa,冷却时间为30~60s。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠式抗菌塑料杯,其特征是折叠式抗菌塑料杯注塑成型后的处理方法是将注塑成型后的塑料杯立即趁热来回折叠2~3次。
