Abstract
The invention discloses an on-line detection fool-proofing method for a cylinder clamp of a CNC (computer numerical control) machine tool, which comprises the following steps of: vertically placing the probe at an initial position with a preset height above the surface of the cylinder clamp; enabling the probe to move downwards for a preset distance, detecting whether the probe touches a pressing block on the surface of the cylinder clamp in the moving process, and if so, warning a user according to a preset warning mode; and the length value of the preset distance is smaller than the difference between the preset height and the surface height of the pressing block when the air cylinder is tensioned. Within the preset distance length of the downward movement of the section, if the cylinder is not in a tensioning state, the pressing block is inevitably jacked up for a certain distance, so that the position of the pressing block is within the preset distance length of the section, and the pressing block is touched by the probe in the downward movement process. Technical Field

Background
With the development of the Chinese machinery industry, more and more mechanical devices are widely used.
In the machining manufacturing industry, the machining processes of workpieces are increasing, such as turning, milling, planing and grinding, and the corresponding machining equipment is a lathe, a milling machine, a planer, a grinding machine and the like. The lathe is generally used for machining rotating parts and the like, and the rotating speed of the lathe during operation is high and can reach thousands of revolutions per minute.
In a CNC (computer Numerical Control) machine tool, a power mechanism such as an air cylinder is often used to clamp a workpiece. The pressure of the air cylinder is stable, so that the operation is convenient and the automation is easy to realize, and the air cylinder is more and more widely applied to CNC clamps. When a workpiece is clamped through the air cylinder, the air cylinder is generally installed into the air cylinder clamp, then the workpiece is clamped through the air cylinder clamp, and the air cylinder stretches out and draws back in the air cylinder clamp, so that the workpiece is positioned. Generally, the cylinder has two operating states, i.e., pulled-up (extended) and pushed-away (retracted). However, in labor-intensive industries such as machining, technicians often need to monitor and operate dozens of machine tools simultaneously, and for CNC machine tools, operations such as opening or closing an air valve are included, so that monotonous actions are repeated for a long time, and operations of forgetting and omitting to open the air valve are inevitable, which may result in damages to fixtures and workpieces by tools, and even serious consequences of harming personal safety.
Therefore, how to accurately judge the working state of the cylinder clamp in real time and remind the user of corresponding operation in time to prevent safety accidents is a technical problem to be solved urgently by technical personnel in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an on-line detection fool-proofing method for a cylinder clamp of a CNC (computer numerical control) machine tool, which can accurately judge the working state of the cylinder clamp in real time and remind a user of carrying out corresponding operation in time so as to prevent safety accidents. The invention also provides an on-line detection fool-proof system for the cylinder clamp of the CNC machine tool and the CNC machine tool comprising the on-line detection fool-proof system for the cylinder clamp.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an online detection fool-proofing method for a cylinder clamp of a CNC (computer numerical control) machine tool, which comprises the following steps:
vertically placing the probe at an initial position with a preset height above the surface of the cylinder clamp;

In the first step, the probe is first positioned above the surface of the cylinder fixture, and has a preset height from the surface of the cylinder fixture, and the preset height is set as an initial position of the probe, and meanwhile, the probe needs to be vertically arranged for subsequent movement and detection.
In the second step, the probe is displaced in the vertical direction after being positioned, and moves downwards for a preset distance, and in the process of moving downwards, the probe can detect whether a pressing block on the surface of the cylinder clamp is touched in the stroke or not in a specific detection mode. Meanwhile, when the probe moves downwards, the state of the cylinder needs to be detected through the touch of the end part of the probe and the surface of the pressing block, so that the axial direction of the probe can be always vertical to the surface of the pressing block when the probe moves. The pressing block lifts or descends along with the movement of the telescopic rod of the air cylinder, when the air cylinder is in a tensioning state, the pressing block is tightly attached to the surface of the air cylinder clamp, and when the air cylinder is in a pushing state, the pressing block is not tightly attached to the surface of the air cylinder clamp but lifted to a certain height.

In addition, in order to improve the accuracy of the result of detecting the state of the cylinder through the probe, in this embodiment, after the probe touches the pressing block in the moving process, the correction detection operation is continued, specifically, whether the air valve of the cylinder is closed or not can be detected, if so, it is indicated that the air valve of the cylinder is actually closed, and the cylinder is in the push-open state, and the result is detected by the probe to be a normal result, so that the reliability is high. In addition, when the probe detects that the air cylinder is in a push-open state and the air valve is closed, an alarm can be given out through sound and light alarms and the like, for example, the installed alarm and the like twinkle, or/and a preset audio file is played to remind technicians to pay attention.
The embodiment also provides a cylinder clamp online detection fool-proofing system of the CNC machine tool, which mainly comprises a resetting module, a driving module, a first detection module and an alarm module. The resetting module is mainly used for vertically placing the probe at an initial position with a preset height above the surface of the cylinder clamp; the driving module is mainly used for enabling the probe to move downwards for a preset distance; the first detection module is mainly used for detecting whether the probe touches a pressing block on the surface of the cylinder clamp in the moving process; the alarm module is mainly used for warning the user according to a preset alarm mode when the detection result of the first detection module is yes.
