Referring to fig. 2 and 4, a plurality of sets of fixing components are correspondingly arranged in each half box body at different positions, each set of fixing components is sequentially provided with a first fixing plate 8 and a second fixing plate 12 according to the advancing direction of a steel pipe, the first fixing plates and the second fixing plates which are arranged in parallel are welded with the half box body, a rubber scraping plate is positioned between the two fixing plates, and the rubber scraping plate is fixed through jackscrews 7 penetrating through the first fixing plates or the second fixing plates. The butt joint edges of the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate are respectively provided with a semicircular hole, and the semicircular holes on the two fixing plates corresponding to the positions of the two half boxes after the two half boxes are closed form a circular hole. The radius of the semicircular hole on the first fixing plate is larger than that of the semicircular hole on the second fixing plate, and the radius of the semicircular hole on the second fixing plate is larger than that of the steel pipe. The structure can enable the steel pipe to pass through the first fixing plate smoothly, and the relatively smaller semicircular holes on the second fixing plate can have a good supporting effect on the rubber scraping plate, so that the rubber scraping plate is prevented from influencing the wiping effect due to excessive deformation. According to different specifications of the steel pipes, 3-6 sets of fixing components are respectively arranged in each half box body.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, when the high-frequency welded pipe unit produces steel pipes of different specifications, a proper rubber scraper needs to be replaced, and at this time, the two half boxes are opened as shown in fig. 3. When the steel pipe is used, the half box body is opened by the connecting rod mechanism, rubber scraping plates with corresponding specifications are installed according to different pipe diameters, then the half box body is closed, and the rubber scraping plates can be tightly attached to the outer surface of the steel pipe. In the pipe manufacturing process, the steel pipe which moves at high speed is fully contacted with the multi-layer rubber scraping plates, the rubber scraping plates scrape redundant cooling liquid on the steel pipe by utilizing friction force, a layer of uniform cooling liquid film is reserved on the surface of the steel pipe, and after the steel pipe is taken off line, the water of the cooling liquid is evaporated, so that no trace of the cooling liquid remains on the surface of the steel pipe.
