Description

一种治疗宫外孕的中药组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗宫外孕的中药组合物。
背景技术
宫外孕，指孕卵在子宫腔外着床发育的异常妊娠过程，以输卵管妊娠最常见。常由输卵管管腔或周围的炎症引起管腔通畅不佳，阻碍孕卵正常运行，使之在输卵管内停留、着床、发育，导致输卵管妊娠流产或破裂。病人多有停经史，有时停经后可出现少量不规则阴道流血。宫外孕的破裂或流产多见于妊娠40天左右，出现下腹部剧烈疼痛。由于宫外孕破裂可引起急性大出血，导致病人的血压下降，出现晕厥或休克状态。10%的病人出现肩痛，是由腹腔积血反射性地刺激脯神经所致。目前，医学上治疗宫外孕通常采用手术的治疗方法，虽然效果明显，但手术的创伤性对人体的伤害较大。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中抗生素类药物治疗宫外孕存在副作用大的不足，本发明提供一种配制方便、药源广、成本低、疗效显著、作用可靠、无副作用的治疗宫外孕的中药组合物。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种治疗宫外孕的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：丹参10-30份，当归10-20份，莪术5-15份，薏苡仁10-20份，紫草10-20份，赤芍5-15份，红藤10-20份，红花10-20份，陈皮5-15份，牛膝10-20份，莪术10-20份，牡丹皮10-20份，白花蛇舌草10-20份，紫石英10-20份，竹茹5-15份，大黄10-20份，昆布10-20份，鬼臼10-20份，甘草5-15份。
本发明的优选技术方案是：一种治疗宫外孕的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：丹参20份，当归15份，莪术10份，薏苡仁15份，紫草15份，赤芍10份，红藤15份，红花15份，陈皮10份，牛膝15份，莪术15份，牡丹皮15份，白花蛇舌草15份，紫石英15份，竹茹10份，大黄15份，昆布15份，鬼臼15份，甘草10份。
中医认为，宫外孕的发生是由于少腹宿有瘀滞，使气血运行受阻，冲任不畅，导致胎孕位置异常。而胚胎在胞宫以外孕育，养胎气血不能聚于胞宫而蓄于少腹，成为少腹血瘀之实证。
根据中医理论，针对皮肌炎的发病机理，以消徵化瘀、行气止痛为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

一种治疗宫外孕的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：丹参20g，当归15g，莪术10g，薏苡仁15g，紫草15g，赤芍10g，红藤15g，红花15g，陈皮10g，牛膝15g，莪术15g，牡丹皮15g，白花蛇舌草15g，紫石英15g，竹茹10g，大黄15g，昆布15g，鬼臼15g，甘草10g。

一种治疗宫外孕的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：丹参30g，当归10g，莪术15g，薏苡仁10g，紫草20g，赤芍5g，红藤20g，红花10g，陈皮15g，牛膝10g，莪术20g，牡丹皮10g，白花蛇舌草20g，紫石英10g，竹茹15g，大黄10g，昆布20g，鬼臼10g，甘草15g。

上述实施例所提供中药组合物的用法用量：将本发明提供的中药原料按照传统水煎法煎煮两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，一天一剂，七天一疗程。服药期间忌食生冷、辛辣之物。
