Abstract

本发明涉及一种治疗家畜胃脘胀满、胸腹胀痛的中药组合物，其中药组合物的组分及其重量份数比分别为：大腹皮10‑45份；乌药10‑40份；大蒜10‑40份；青皮10‑40份；玳玳花10‑40份；枳壳10‑30份；酸枣仁10‑30份；甘草30‑60份。本发明配方组成科学合理，健胃理气、宽中除胀、安神镇痛，无毒副作用，不会产生药物残留，使用方便，成本较低，可有效治疗家畜常见胃脘胀满、胸腹胀痛等症，并有安神抗应激的功效。

治疗家畜胃脘胀满、胸腹胀痛的中药组合物
技术领域
本发明属于兽药领域，尤其是一种能治疗家畜胃脘胀满、胸腹胀痛的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
家畜肠胃积食是由于胃内聚滞过多的粗饲料，引起胃内容物积聚、体积增大、胃壁扩张、腹痛，瘤胃的正常消化和运动机能紊乱的疾病。触诊胃坚硬，胃蠕动音减弱或消失。中兽医学将胃积食又称宿草不转、瘤胃食滞。由于饲养管理不当，过度饥饿，大量采食过多粗饲料，以及饮水不足是引起胃积食的主要原因；过食大量富含粗纤维的饲料，在胃积滞不能转化，内容物积聚而发病；还可继发前胃弛缓、创伤性网胃炎、真胃变位等疾病。目前多数患畜要通过手术或化药来缓解，但都治标不治本，本发明以中草药为基础，实现标本兼治。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能治疗家畜胃脘胀满、胸腹胀痛的中药组合物，该中药组合物健胃理气、宽中除胀、安神镇痛，无毒副作用，不会产生药物残留，使用方便，成本较低，可有效治疗家畜常见胃脘胀满、胸腹胀痛等症，并有安神抗应激的功效。。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种能治疗家畜胃脘胀满、胸腹胀痛的中药组合物的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种能治疗家畜胃脘胀满、胸腹胀痛的中药组合物，其中药组合物的组分及其重量份数比分别为：
大腹皮10-45份；
乌药10-40份；
大蒜10-40份；
青皮10-40份；
玳玳花10-40份；
枳壳10-30份；
酸枣仁10-30份；
甘草30-60份。
一种能治疗家畜胃脘胀满、胸腹胀痛的中药组合物的制备方法，其步骤如下：
⑴按重量配比称取大腹皮、乌药、大蒜、青皮、玳玳花、枳壳和甘草混合后，加混合物重量5倍量、8倍量水煎煮两次，每次0.5小时，煎液合并后得到A煎液，备用；
⑵按照重量配比称取酸枣仁，粉碎后加水煎煮3次，第一次1小时，第二次以及第三次各0.5小时，合并煎煮液，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.20～1.25并在80℃时加入2mol/L盐酸溶液调节pH值至1.0～2.0，保温1小时，静置10小时，滤过，得到沉淀，向沉淀中加5倍量水，形成混合液，用40％氢氧化钠溶液调pH值至7.0，再加与混合液等体积的浓度为595％的乙醇溶液，搅拌使溶解，滤过，滤液用2mol/L盐酸溶液调pH值至2.0，在60℃下保温30分钟，静置12小时，滤过，沉淀用乙醇洗至pH值至7.0，挥尽乙醇后，与步骤(1)中所得A煎液合并，浓缩至密度达到1.20g/ml得到B煎液，备用；
⑶将步骤(2)所得B煎液经喷雾干燥器，在120℃，250转条件下，喷雾干燥成细粉，即得能治疗家畜胃脘胀满、胸腹胀痛的中药组合物成品。
本发明的优点及有益效果是：
1、本能治疗家畜胃脘胀满、胸腹胀痛的中药组合物中的大腹皮、乌药、大蒜、青皮、玳玳花、枳壳和甘草、酸枣仁作为天然中药成份，具有很好的健胃理气、宽中除胀的功效，无毒副作用，不会产生药物残留，使用方便，成本较低，可有效治疗家畜胃脘胀满、胸腹胀痛等疾病。
2、本能治疗家畜胃脘胀满、胸腹胀痛的中药组合物的酸枣仁成分具有抗菌消炎、安神镇痛的功效，对家畜常见炎症有良好的治愈效果。同时还可大大降低家畜应激反应对自身的伤害，而且本发明制备方法简单，成本较低，其有效成分能够容易被养殖动物吸收，时间短、效率高。
具体实施方式
本发明通过以下实施例进一步详述。需要说明的是：下述实施例是说明性的，不是限定性的，不能以下述实施例来限定本发明的保护范围。
本发明中的大腹皮、乌药、大蒜、青皮、玳玳花、枳壳、甘草和酸枣仁均可以在市场上购买得到。
实施例1
一种能治疗家畜胃脘胀满、胸腹胀痛的中药组合物，其组合物组分及其重量分别为：大腹皮10kg；乌药10kg；大蒜10kg；青皮10kg；玳玳花10kg；枳壳10kg；酸枣仁10kg；甘草30kg；酸枣仁10kg。
一种能治疗家畜胃脘胀满、胸腹胀痛的中药组合物的制备方法，其步骤如下：
⑴按重量配比称取大腹皮、乌药、大蒜、青皮、玳玳花、枳壳和甘草混合后，加混合物重量5倍量、8倍量水煎煮两次，每次0.5小时，煎液合并后得到A煎液，备用；
⑵按照重量配比称取酸枣仁，粉碎后加水煎煮3次，第一次1小时，第二次以及第三次各0.5小时，合并煎煮液，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.20～1.25并在80℃时加入2mol/L盐酸溶液调节pH值至1.0～2.0，保温1小时，静置10小时，滤过，得到沉淀，向沉淀中加5倍量水，形成混合液，用40％氢氧化钠溶液调pH值至7.0，再加与混合液等体积的浓度为595％的乙醇溶液，搅拌使溶解，滤过，滤液用2mol/L盐酸溶液调pH值至2.0，在60℃下保温30分钟，静置12小时，滤过，沉淀用乙醇洗至pH值至7.0，挥尽乙醇后，与步骤(1)中所得A煎液合并，浓缩至密度达到1.20g/ml得到B煎液，备用；
⑶将步骤(2)所得B煎液经喷雾干燥器，在120℃，250转条件下，喷雾干燥成细粉，即得能治疗家畜胃脘胀满、胸腹胀痛的中药组合物成品。
实施例2
一种能治疗家畜胃脘胀满、胸腹胀痛的中药组合物，其组合物组分及其重量分别为：大腹皮45kg；乌药40kg；大蒜40kg；青皮40kg；玳玳花40kg；枳壳30kg；酸枣仁30kg；甘草60kg。
其制备方法的步骤同实施例1。
实施例3
一种能治疗家畜胃脘胀满、胸腹胀痛的中药组合物，其组合物组分及其重量分别为：大腹皮25kg；乌药20kg；大蒜20kg；青皮20kg；玳玳花20kg；枳壳15kg；酸枣仁15kg；甘草40kg。
其制备方法的步骤同实施例1。
本发明可直接投入养殖家畜饮水中，投药量按马、牛200-300g；羊、猪40-60g计。
临床应用试验
1、试验方法
2016年2月，天津宝坻某养牛基地出现多起胃脘胀满、胸腹胀痛患病家畜，我公司利用本发明对其进行跟踪治疗，并统计结果。
2、试验结果
本发明试验组1与本发明试验组2给药首日，治疗效果显著，给药5d后，治愈率均达到90％以上。常规治疗组给药首日治疗效果同试验组接近，继续用药治疗效果明显下降。试验组病猪治疗期间无明显应激反应，对家畜生长未造成影响。

Claims (2)

1.一种能治疗家畜胃脘胀满、胸腹胀痛的中药组合物，其特征在于：该中药组合物的组分及其重量份数比分别为：
大腹皮10-45份；
乌药10-40份；
大蒜10-40份；
青皮10-40份；
玳玳花10-40份；
枳壳10-30份；
酸枣仁10-30份；
甘草30-60份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的能治疗家畜胃脘胀满、胸腹胀痛的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：该制备方法的步骤为：
⑴按重量配比称取大腹皮、乌药、大蒜、青皮、玳玳花、枳壳和甘草混合后，加混合物重量5倍量、8倍量水煎煮两次，每次0.5小时，煎液合并后得到A煎液，备用；
⑵按照重量配比称取酸枣仁，粉碎后加水煎煮3次，第一次1小时，第二次以及第三次各0.5小时，合并煎煮液，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.20～1.25并在80℃时加入2mol/L盐酸溶液调节pH值至1.0～2.0，保温1小时，静置10小时，滤过，得到沉淀，向沉淀中加5倍量水，形成混合液，用40％氢氧化钠溶液调pH值至7.0，再加与混合液等体积的浓度为595％的乙醇溶液，搅拌使溶解，滤过，滤液用2mol/L盐酸溶液调pH值至2.0，在60℃下保温30分钟，静置12小时，滤过，沉淀用乙醇洗至pH值至7.0，挥尽乙醇后，与步骤(1)中所得A煎液合并，浓缩至密度达到1.20g/ml得到B煎液，备用；
⑶将步骤(2)所得B煎液经喷雾干燥器，在120℃，250转条件下，喷雾干燥成细粉，即得能治疗家畜胃脘胀满、胸腹胀痛的中药组合物成品。
