Abstract
本发明涉及一种医用敷料祛痛贴,其结构层次有粘结层、敷芯层、功能敷料层、离子堆积层、剥离层,其中敷芯层为含抗菌消炎成分的医用活性炭纤维,其横截面结构呈“工字形”。本发明结构设计结构合理,一方面可有效护理创面,抑菌消炎从而有效防止创面感染,吸收创面渗液或吸附创面难闻气味;另一方面,又具有消肿祛痛,促进血液循环,加速创面愈合的作用,且由于离子堆积层被包裹在两层敷料当中,有效防止电荷流失,从而持久发挥静电离子感应消肿祛痛的作用。因此,本发明适应范围广,即可适用于渗液较多的创面,也可适用干性且肿胀感染的伤口。

技术领域
本发明属于医用敷料领域,具体涉及一种医用敷料祛痛贴,可应用于各类创面、肿痛及受感染的伤口,有效地消肿止痛、防止感染、促进伤口愈合。
背景技术
皮肤指身体表面包在肌肉外面的组织,是人体最大的器官。主要承担着保护身体、排汗、感觉冷热和压力等功能。人们在日常生活和工作中,经常会不可避免地对皮肤造成各种损伤。创伤后皮肤的屏障作用丧失,往往伴随着多种症状,如疼痛、炎症、感染、化脓等,给患者带来极大的痛苦。对于皮肤伤口的愈合,目前已出现各类形形色色的敷料,且随着技术的发展,功能性敷料对于促进伤口愈合的有益功效更加明显。但现有市面上的敷料多数结构功能单一,多数敷料的功能在于强调其护创性能,而忽略了很多伤口伴随着的疼痛症状。
传统用于治疗伤口及其它各类疼痛的方法大多为采用各类药贴,里面含有各种药物,其主要作用是通过人体的患处对药物的吸收而产生作用,然而药物的吸收难免产生副作用。静电离子感应技术是一种新型的物理止痛技术,它不含药物,无副作用,止痛效果显著。早期科研文献记载见于日本专利jp53-40073(78年4月12日)及jp57-183862(82年11月12日)。国内申请号为93112427.1的专利公开了一种骨刺膜及其制造方法,它通过采用含氟高分子材料薄膜,经过拉伸和电荷注入相结合的工艺来获得带正电位的驻极体膜,可用来治疗各类急慢性疼痛。而从现有报道的技术上看,目前对于静电离子感应方法治疗疼痛的技术只关注疼痛本身,鲜有专利同时关注对伤口的愈合和疼痛的缓解。因此,目前大多产品只适于完整的皮肤患处的疼痛,而无法直接作用于明显伤口,尤其是复杂伤口。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述技术中的缺陷,提供一种具有抑菌消炎、消肿祛痛且有效护创的医用敷料祛痛贴。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种医用敷料祛痛贴,包括粘结层、敷芯层、功能敷料层、离子堆积层和剥离层,所述敷芯层的纵向剖面结构呈工字形,所述敷芯层的横向剖面结构呈回字形,所述功能敷料层设置于所述敷芯层的中部,其结构为下凹形,所述离子堆积层设置于所述功能敷料层的凹槽中。
优选地,所述敷芯层为含抗菌消炎成分的医用活性炭纤维。
优选地,所述敷芯层中抗菌消炎成分为壳聚糖、鱼腥草精油、含银离子的溶液、白芨胶等其中的一种或几种构成。
优选地,所述粘结层为低致敏性的医用无纺布胶带。
优选地,所述的剥离层为格拉锌硅油纸。
优选地,所述的离子堆积层为荷电材料聚四氟乙烯膜表面充电后的驻极体材料。
优选地,所述的功能敷料层和离子堆积层能完全填塞敷芯层中的空隙。
优选地,所述的粘结层能完全将敷芯层、功能敷料层和离子堆积层覆盖。
优选地,所述剥离层能完全将粘结层和敷芯层覆盖。
本发明可产生如下的有益效果:
(1)敷芯层的设计,一方面可吸收创面渗液,创造一种有利于伤口愈合的湿润微环境,另一方面,具有抑菌消炎的作用;
(2)由于敷芯层活性炭纤维为导电材料,因此离子堆积层产生的静电离子感应可通过敷芯层传递到伤口皮肤表面,充分发挥其促进血液循环、消肿止痛的作用;
(3)功能敷料层的设计,在一定程度上可弥补敷芯层在护理创面伤口时表现出的不足,起到辅助的作用,共同达护理创面,使创面伤口达到最佳的愈合状态;
(4)敷芯层和功能敷料层的设计,使得访敷料既可以适用于渗液较多的创面,也可适用于渗液较少伴随着肿痛的伤口或受感染的伤口,以及一些复杂的慢性伤口,其适用范围非常广泛;
(5)离子堆积层完全被敷芯层和功能敷料层包裹,有效地防止其表面的电荷自然衰减流失,从而能够更加持久的发挥其静电离子感应消肿止痛、促进血液循环的作用,使该复合型敷料的功效更长,节省患者的成本。

本实施例的一种医用敷料祛痛贴的剖面图如图1、图2和图3所示,一种医用敷料祛痛贴,包括粘结层2、敷芯层3、功能敷料层5、离子堆积层4和剥离层1,其中敷芯层3为含抗菌消炎成分的医用活性炭纤维,其纵向剖面结构呈“工字形”,横向剖面结构呈“回字形”;功能敷料层5设置于敷芯层3上下面的中部,其结构为下凹形,离子堆积层4设置于其凹槽中。敷芯层3中的抗菌消炎成分为壳聚糖、鱼腥草精油、含银离子的溶液、白芨胶等其中的一种或几种构成;粘结层2为低致敏性的医用无纺布胶带;剥离层1为格拉锌硅油纸;离子堆积层4为荷电材料聚四氟乙烯膜表面充电后的驻极体材料,且功能敷料层5和离子堆积层4能完全填塞敷芯层3中的空隙;粘结层2能完全将敷芯层3、功能敷料层5和离子堆积层4覆盖;剥离层1能完全将粘结层2和敷芯层3覆盖。
使用时,揭开剥离层1,将敷芯层3对准伤口,然后轻抚粘结层2使其固定于伤口周边完整的皮肤上即可。
