Abstract

本发明公开了一种海泡石抗菌卷烟滤嘴棒纸及制备方法,本发明将α海泡石纤维经纯化后在微波辐照下进行二甲酸钾负载改性处理,改善了纸页的吸附性和抗菌性能,将其与植物纤维混抄时α海泡石晶体中的OH+活性基团、金属阳离子等会与带负电荷的纤维产生亲和效应而有利于留着;同时刚性的矿物晶纤与柔性的木材纤维构成了相互穿插的网絮状三维结构,从而提高了纸页的透气度,再用涂布液进行单面一次性涂布制得的卷烟滤嘴棒纸抗张强度高、耐破耐折度高,吸附力强,对危害人体健康的腈、丙酮、丙烯醛等有选择性吸附作用,无异味,成本低且不影响卷烟吸味。

一种海泡石抗菌卷烟滤嘴棒纸及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及卷烟用纸技术领域,具体涉及一种海泡石抗菌卷烟滤嘴棒纸及制备方法。
背景技术
吸烟影响人体的健康,降低卷烟烟气中的有害物质一直是烟草科技工作者的重点研究课题。卷烟滤嘴自从在20世纪20年代出现以来经历了多次演变,现已成为改变烟草焦油及尼古丁输送量的一种重要工具。目前使用的滤嘴过滤材料中,90%左右由醋酸纤维制成,主要通过机械过滤降低烟气中的粒相物,在滤除大量有害成分的同时,仍会有相当的有害成分尤其是极性化合物被吸入人体,且醋酸纤维强度低,用于制备滤嘴过滤材料成本高。因此选择合适的滤嘴材料,提高滤嘴的过滤效果是发展低焦油安全型卷烟产品的方向和变化趋势。
α海泡石属于矿物纤维,其标准化学式为Mg8Si12O30(OH)4(H2O)4·8H2O,其中Si4+、Mg2+可以少量被其他离子替代,而且海泡石结构中的结晶水位于其孔道表面,结晶水分子易与进入孔道的吸附质形成氢键连接,并且优先吸附极性分子。现有技术中已有对α海泡石与植物纤维混抄制备卷烟滤嘴棒纸的研究,研究发现当α海泡石与针叶木浆质量比为20∶80,针叶木浆打浆度为16°SR,添加适量助剂,可以抄造35~40g/m2的卷烟滤嘴棒纸,其强度和透气度指标均可满足技术要求
然而现有技术中海泡石纤维与植物纤维之间结合困难,且海泡石纤维强度较低,制得的卷烟滤嘴棒纸防霉抗菌性差,不仅降低滤嘴棒纸的使用寿命还危害吸烟者健康,容易引发呼吸道疾病、脑血管疾病、鼻腔炎症等疾病。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种海泡石抗菌卷烟滤嘴棒纸及制备方法,以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种海泡石抗菌卷烟滤嘴棒纸,其特征在于,将海泡石纤维活化改性处理后与针叶木浆按质量比20∶80混合后抄造成纸;所述的海泡石纤维为α海泡石纤维,针叶木浆为硫酸盐针叶木浆。
所述的改性海泡石纤维的制备方法为:
(1)将海泡石纤维浸入1.2mol/L的盐酸溶液中,搅拌1-2小时,静置10-12小时,过滤水洗至中性,于100℃下干燥20-24小时得纯化海泡石纤维;
(2)按照固液比1∶20将上述纯化海泡石纤维加入到质量分数为2-3wt%的二甲酸钾溶液中,常温下磁力搅拌反应24小时,离心过滤、微波辐照得二甲酸钾负载改性海泡石纤维。
所述的微波辐照功率为250W、辐照时间为7min。
所述的一种海泡石抗菌卷烟滤嘴棒纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将改性海泡石纤维在打浆机中进行轻刀疏解至单根纤维;
(2)将针叶木浆投入打浆机中,打浆浓度为3-3.5%,打浆至打浆度为14-16°SR;(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)中所述的浆料混合,加水配浆至浆料浓度为0.2-0.8%,再加入1.2-2.1%的绝干纤维重量的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺并搅拌均匀,采用湿法配抄成卷烟纸;
(4)将低粘度瓜尔胶配制成质量分数为6-8%的溶液,加入吸味调节剂制成涂布液;
(5)用涂布的方式将步骤(4)的涂布液单面一次性涂于卷烟纸上,涂布量为10-15g/m2,涂布完成后在105℃烘箱中干燥,出料。
所述步骤(4)中吸味调节剂为乳糖、麦芽糖、麦芽糖酯、葡萄糖酯中的一种或几种,其用量在卷烟纸中所占的质量分数为0.3-1%。
所述步骤(4)中低粘度瓜尔胶的制备方法为:
(1)将一定量的30%浓度的双氧水溶液,喷洒在羟丙基瓜尔胶中,搅拌均匀,密封后放入烘箱中,在特定温度下反应一段时间,得到低黏度瓜尔胶粗产品,所述的双氧水用量为瓜尔胶质量的8-9%,反应温度为65-70℃,反应时间为4h;
(2)将上述粗产品用无水乙醇溶液浸泡、洗涤、过滤,重复3-5次,干燥粉碎过筛得纯化的低黏度瓜尔胶。
本发明有以下有益效果:本发明将α海泡石纤维经纯化后在微波辐照下进行二甲酸钾负载改性处理,能降低或抑制微生物细胞内酶的活性,破坏营养转运系统,使微生物不能繁殖,导致死亡;在微波辐射过程中,纯化海泡石因吸收微波,温度上升,海泡石内部各种微管中被吸附的液体产生蒸汽外溢,产生空隙,从而增大海泡石的比表面积,增加了海泡石表面的吸附能力,将其与植物纤维混抄时α海泡石晶体中的OH+活性基团、金属阳离子等会与带负电荷的纤维产生亲和效应而有利于留着;同时刚性的矿物晶纤与柔性的木材纤维构成了相互穿插的网絮状三维结构,从而提高了纸页的透气度,再用涂布液进行单面一次性涂布制得的卷烟滤嘴棒纸抗张强度高、耐破耐折度高,吸附力强且防霉抗菌效果显著,对危害人体健康的腈、丙酮、丙烯醛等有选择性吸附作用,无异味,成本低且不影响卷烟吸味。
具体实施方式
一种海泡石抗菌卷烟滤嘴棒纸,其特征在于,将海泡石纤维活化改性处理后与针叶木浆按质量比20∶80混合后抄造成纸;所述的海泡石纤维为α海泡石纤维,针叶木浆为硫酸盐针叶木浆。
所述的改性海泡石纤维的制备方法为:
(1)将海泡石纤维浸入1.2mol/L的盐酸溶液中,搅拌1-2小时,静置10-12小时,过滤水洗至中性,于100℃下干燥20-24小时得纯化海泡石纤维;
(2)按照固液比1∶20将上述纯化海泡石纤维加入到质量分数为2-3wt%的二甲酸钾溶液中,常温下磁力搅拌反应24小时,离心过滤、微波辐照得二甲酸钾负载改性海泡石纤维。

所述步骤(4)中吸味调节剂为乳糖、麦芽糖、麦芽糖酯、葡萄糖酯中的一种或几种,其用量在卷烟纸中所占的质量分数为0.5%。
所述步骤(4)中低粘度瓜尔胶的制备方法为:
(1)将一定量的30%浓度的双氧水溶液,喷洒在羟丙基瓜尔胶中,搅拌均匀,密封后放入烘箱中,在特定温度下反应一段时间,得到低黏度瓜尔胶粗产品,所述的双氧水用量为瓜尔胶质量的8%,反应温度为65-70℃,反应时间为4h;

Claims (1)

1.一种海泡石抗菌卷烟滤嘴棒纸,其特征在于,将海泡石纤维活化改性处理后与针叶木浆按质量比20∶80混合后抄造成纸;所述的海泡石纤维为α海泡石纤维,针叶木浆为硫酸盐针叶木浆;
所述的改性海泡石纤维的制备方法为:
(1)将海泡石纤维浸入1.2mol/L的盐酸溶液中,搅拌1-2小时,静置10-12小时,过滤水洗至中性,于100℃下干燥20-24小时得纯化海泡石纤维;
(2)按照固液比1∶20将上述纯化海泡石纤维加入到质量分数为2-3wt%的二甲酸钾溶液中,常温下磁力搅拌反应24小时,离心过滤、微波辐照得二甲酸钾负载改性海泡石纤维;
所述的微波辐照功率为250W、辐照时间为7min;
制备方法,包括以下步骤:

所述步骤(4)中低粘度瓜尔胶的制备方法为:
