Embodiment 14, a method for sticking edible fungi sticks or packages to a film by using the automatic film sticking machine described in any one of embodiments 1 to 13, comprising the following steps:
(1) Preparing a film: the film supply mechanism continuously provides the package film, when the package film is installed for the first time, the breathable film of the package film is manually separated from the base paper, the breathable film is separated from the base paper from the front end of the film stripping plate, and the base paper bypasses the film stripping plate and is backwards collected on the base paper recovery mechanism; the continuous separation between the ventilated membrane and the base paper from the front end of the membrane stripping plate is realized by the power provided by the membrane conveying power mechanism;
(2) Cutting a film: the breathable film advances to the film dividing plate, is cut into a plurality of small breathable films by the film cutting mechanism, and is uniformly distributed on the film dividing plate;
(3) Separating films: the spacing between a plurality of film dividing plates is pulled by a film dividing power mechanism, so that the distribution of small breathable films on the film dividing plates is matched with the film sticking positions of edible fungus sticks or fungus bags to be stuck with films;
(4) Sticking film: sucking up the small breathable films with separated films by a sucker of a film pasting mechanism and pasting the small breathable films on the film pasting positions of edible fungus sticks or the mouth-shaped fungus bags to be pasted with films, so as to finish one-time film pasting; and simultaneously, the film dividing power mechanism gathers all the film dividing plates to restore the original position, and the breathable films continuously separated from the front ends of the film dividing plates are received again, so that the continuous film pasting is realized repeatedly.
After the breathable film is attached to the film separating plate, the film conveying power mechanism stops rotating, the breathable film with base paper is pressed on the film separating plate through the film pressing mechanism, and then film cutting operation is performed. Under the condition of reasonably controlling the travel and speed of the film separating mechanism, the film conveying power mechanism can also be continuously and non-stopped.

Claims (16)

1. An automatic film sticking machine suitable for sticking films on edible fungus sticks is characterized by comprising a frame, wherein a film feeding mechanism, a bottom paper recycling mechanism, a film peeling mechanism, a film cutting mechanism, a film separating mechanism and a film sticking mechanism are arranged on the frame;
the film feeding mechanism comprises a central rotating shaft and a plurality of film feeding guide rollers, wherein the central rotating shaft and the plurality of film feeding guide rollers are arranged on the frame;
the bottom paper recycling mechanism comprises a bottom paper recycling wheel and a plurality of paper collecting guide rollers, and the bottom paper recycling wheel and/or the paper collecting guide rollers are connected with the film conveying power mechanism through a transmission device;
the film stripping mechanism comprises a film stripping plate connected and installed on the frame;
the film cutting mechanism comprises a film cutting frame, and a plurality of cutters are connected to the film cutting frame; the film cutting mechanism is arranged at the rear end of the film peeling mechanism; the film separating mechanism comprises a plurality of film separating plates, at least one film separating plate is connected with a film separating plate power mechanism matched with the film separating plates, the film separating plates are arranged on a sliding rail in parallel in a sliding way through sliding blocks, the sliding rail is arranged on a rack, the film separating plate power mechanism comprises an opening and closing power mechanism for opening and closing the film separating plates and a translation power mechanism for integrally translating the film separating plates, and the opening and closing power mechanism and the translation power mechanism share one set of power mechanism or respectively adopt one set of power mechanism;
the film pasting mechanism comprises a film sucking frame and a plurality of sucking discs arranged on the film sucking frame.

The automatic laminator of claim 1, wherein: the opening and closing power mechanism is an opening and closing air cylinder, the translation power mechanism is a translation air cylinder, a translation electric cylinder or a translation gear motor, the power output end of the translation power mechanism is connected to one of the membrane dividing plates, the opening and closing air cylinders are fixed to one of the membrane dividing plates, the power output end of the opening and closing air cylinder is connected to any one of the membrane dividing plates, and the distances between the membrane dividing plates are opened or closed through the power output or the retraction of the opening and closing air cylinder.

The automatic laminator of claim 1, wherein: the opening and closing power mechanism and the translation power mechanism share a speed reducing motor or an electric cylinder, the power output end of the speed reducing motor or the electric cylinder is connected to the outermost diaphragm plates, the diaphragm plates are sequentially connected through tension springs, two ends of each diaphragm plate are provided with baffle plates, the bottom ends of the baffle plates arranged on the diaphragm plates on the inner side are lower than the bottom ends of the baffle plates arranged on the diaphragm plates on the adjacent outer sides, a group of baffle plates which are arranged at intervals are arranged on a rack beside the two ends of the diaphragm plates, the arrangement height of the baffle plates corresponds to the arrangement height of the baffle plates in sequence, and each baffle plate is used for blocking one diaphragm plate; when the film dividing plate power mechanism pulls the film dividing plate to outwards travel, the baffle plates arranged on the film dividing plate pull the intervals among the plurality of film dividing plates in sequence under the blocking of the corresponding baffle plates.
4. The automatic laminator of claim 1, wherein: the membrane separating plate is provided with a plurality of vent holes.
5. The automatic laminator according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein: the film dividing plate is provided with grooves or protrusions for reducing the contact surface between the film dividing plate and the breathable film.

The automatic laminator according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein: a kerf for a cutter to pass through is arranged between two adjacent parting plates; the cutting seam is formed by the distance between two membrane dividing plates or by a notch arranged on at least one membrane dividing plate.
7. The automatic laminator according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein: the film stripping mechanism also comprises a film pressing plate, and the film pressing plate is connected to the frame or the film stripping plate and is positioned above the film stripping plate.

The automatic laminator according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein: the film stripping machine is characterized in that a film pressing mechanism is further arranged at the rear of the film stripping plate and comprises a pressure head or a pressure roller, and the pressure head or the pressure roller is connected to a power output end of the film pressing power mechanism.
9. The automatic laminator according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein: a plurality of positioning rods are arranged among a plurality of suckers of the film pasting mechanism.
10. The automatic laminator according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein: the sucking disc of the film pasting mechanism is arranged on the film sucking frame through an elastic mechanism.
11. The automatic laminator according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein: a plurality of elastic pressure heads are also arranged on the film cutting frame of the film cutting mechanism.
12. The automatic laminator according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein: and a brake device for preventing the wound film from unpowered autorotation is arranged on the side part of the central rotating shaft of the film supply mechanism.

(1) Preparing a film: the film supply mechanism continuously provides the package film, when the package film is installed for the first time, the breathable film of the package film is manually separated from the base paper, the breathable film is separated from the base paper from the front end of the film stripping plate, and the base paper bypasses the film stripping plate and is backwards collected on the base paper recovery mechanism; the continuous separation between the ventilated membrane and the base paper from the front end of the membrane stripping plate is realized by the power provided by the membrane conveying power mechanism;
(2) Cutting a film: the breathable film advances to the film dividing plate, is cut into a plurality of small breathable films by the film cutting mechanism, and is uniformly distributed on the film dividing plate;
(3) Separating films: the film separating power mechanism is used for pulling the intervals among the film separating plates, so that the distribution of the small breathable films on the film separating plates is matched with the film sticking positions of the edible fungus sticks to be stuck with films;
(4) Sticking film: sucking up the small breathable films with separated films by a sucker of a film sticking mechanism to stick the films to the positions of the edible fungus sticks to be stuck with the films, and finishing one-time film sticking; and simultaneously, the film dividing power mechanism gathers all the film dividing plates to restore the original position, and the breathable films continuously separated from the front ends of the film dividing plates are received again, so that the continuous film pasting is realized repeatedly.
16. The method for sticking film on edible fungi stick according to claim 15, wherein after the breathable film is stuck on the film separating plate, the film conveying power mechanism stops rotating, the breathable film with base paper is pressed on the film separating plate by the film pressing mechanism, and then the film cutting operation is performed.
