Abstract

目的在于提供在滑动面形成的层(表面层)难以剥离的滑动部件。通过在表面层和基材之间设置包含纤维片的特殊的中间层,能够提供表面层难以剥离的滑动部件。在该中间层,在纤维片的表面层侧表面和纤维间隙含氟系树脂,在纤维片的基材侧表面和纤维间隙含氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂。

Description

滑动部件和滑动部件的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及滑动部件和滑动部件的制造方法,更详细而言,涉及在表面层和基材之间具有中间层的滑动部件及其制造方法。
背景技术
作为以无润滑条件使用的机械密封的滑动材料,有时使用将碳材料、石墨、玻璃纤维、碳纤维、陶瓷粉等作为骨料配合的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)。以PTFE为主成分的滑动材料,具有化学上稳定、难以被氛围影响的优点,在食品、医药品的制造工序、半导体制造工序中使用的搅拌机、粉体输送设备、各种旋转机械等具有很多的使用实绩。但是,报告了在氛围温度高的情况下,在与高温的气体、雾接触的情况下,因在滑动时发热而高温的情况下等,滑动材料有时会热变形。因此,在这样的机械密封中,正使用在碳化硅等的陶瓷、金属中配合碳等的自润滑物质的滑动材料。
另一方面,碳化硅等的陶瓷,非常硬质,会发生因润滑不良引起的粘着、鸣叫等问题,使用受到限制。由此,提出在作为滑动部件使用时在密封面施加树脂涂层的方案(参照专利文献1)。
还提出了一种滑动部件,其在滑动面具有,在由有机纤维构成的纤维构造体的间隙中分散固体润滑机和热硬化性树脂的纤维质滑动材料,并报告该滑动部件能够能够降低滑动材料的磨耗、摩擦。(参照专利文献2)。

发明内容
如前所述,有时在机械密封等的滑动部件的滑动面设置树脂涂层、纤维质滑动材料,但由于严酷的条件、长时间的使用等,有时这样的层从基材剥离。
本发明的目的在于提供在滑动面形成的层(表面层)难以剥离的滑动部件。
本发明人,为了解决上述课题而锐意反复探讨的结果是,发现通过在表面层和基材之间设置包含纤维片的特殊的中间层,表面层变得难以剥离,完成了本发明。
即,本发明如下所示。
(1)一种滑动部件,具有:基材;以及表面层,在所述基材上设置,包含氟系树脂,具有滑动面,其特征在于,
在所述表面层和所述基材之间具有包含纤维片的中间层,
所述中间层,在所述纤维片的表面层侧纤维间隙包含氟系树脂,在所述纤维片的基材侧纤维间隙包含氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂。
(2)在(1)中所述的滑动部件,包含于所述表面层的氟系树脂,为从包括聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、四氟乙烯—全氟烷基乙烯基醚共聚物(PFA)、四氟乙烯—六氟丙烯共聚物(FEP)的组选择的至少一种树脂。
(3)在(1)或(2)中所述的滑动部件,所述表面层为包含纤维片的层。
(4)在(1)~(3)中任一中所述的滑动部件,包含于所述中间层的氟系树脂,为从包括聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、四氟乙烯—全氟烷基乙烯基醚共聚物(PFA)、四氟乙烯—六氟丙烯共聚物(FEP)、聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)、乙烯—四氟乙烯共聚物(ETFE)、聚三氟氯乙烯(PCTFE)的组选择的至少一种树脂。
(5)在(1)~(4)中任一所述的滑动部件,包含于所述中间层的氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂为从包括聚醚醚酮(PEEK)、聚苯硫醚(PPS)、聚醚砜(PES)、聚酰亚胺(PI)、聚酰胺-酰亚胺(PAI)、聚砜(PSF)、聚芳酯(PAR)、聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)的组选择的至少一种树脂。
(6)在(1)~(5)中任一所述的滑动部件,包含于所述中间层的纤维片,为由从包括芳纶树脂、氟系树脂、聚酰胺系树脂、聚酯系树脂、丙烯酸系树脂、聚乙烯醇系树脂、聚烯烃系树脂、聚氨酯系树脂、纤维素系树脂、碳纤维的组选择的至少一种构成的片。
(7)在(1)~(6)中任一所述的滑动部件,所述基材,为从包括碳、陶瓷、以及金属的组选择的至少一种材料构成的基材。
(8)一种机械密封,具备在(1)~(7)中任一所述的滑动部件。
(9)一种滑动部件的制造方法,该滑动部件在滑动面具有包含氟系树脂的表面层,其特征在于,包括:
准备工序,准备包含氟系树脂的表面层用部件、包含纤维片的中间层用部件、以及基材;以及
热压接工序,对所述表面层用部件和所述中间层用部件的一面,以及所述中间层用部件的另一面和所述基材进行热压接。
(10)在(9)中所述的滑动部件的制造方法,所述中间层用部件,为在所述纤维片浸渗了氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂的部件,
在所述热压接工序中,包含于所述表面层用部件的氟系树脂在包含于所述中间层用部件的纤维片浸透。
(11)在(9)中所述的滑动部件的制造方法,所述中间层用部件为在所述纤维片浸渗了氟系树脂的部件,所述基材,为在表面涂布了氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂的基材,
在所述热压接工序中,在所述基材涂布的氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂在包含于所述中间层用部件的纤维片浸透。
(12)在(9)中所述的滑动部件的制造方法,所述基材,为在表面涂布了氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂的基材,
在所述热压接工序中,包含于所述表面层用部件的氟系树脂和在所述基材涂布的氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂,在包含于所述中间层用部件的纤维片浸透。
(13)在(9)中所述的滑动部件的制造方法,所述中间层用部件,为在所述纤维片的一面浸渗了氟系树脂,在所述纤维片的另一面浸渗了氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂的部件,
在所述热压接工序中,对所述表面层用部件和所述中间层用部件的浸渗了氟系树脂的面,以及所述中间层用部件的浸渗了氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂的面和所述基材进行热压接。
根据本发明,能够提供在滑动面形成的表面层难以剥离的滑动部件。

具体实施方式
(滑动部件)
作为本发明的一个方式的滑动部件(下面有时省略为“本发明的滑动部件”),为具有:基材;以及设置在所述基材上,含氟系树脂,具有滑动面的表面层的滑动部件。而且,其特征在于,在表面层和基材之间具有含纤维片的中间层,此外,在中间层的纤维片的表面层侧纤维间隙含氟系树脂,在纤维片的基材侧纤维间隙含氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂。
如前所述,有时在机械密封等的滑动部件的滑动面设置树脂涂层、纤维质滑动材料,但由于严酷的条件、长时间的使用等,有时这样的层从基材剥离。本发明人,发现了通过在表面层和基材之间设置上述特殊的中间层,表面层变得难以剥离。
图1(a)是本发明的滑动部件(一个实施方式)的滑动面附近的截面的示意图。滑动部件101,为在基材102的表面上层叠了中间层103和表面层104的构造,为在中间层103的内部含纤维片105,此外在纤维片105的表面层侧纤维间隙含氟系树脂106,在纤维片105的基材侧纤维间隙含氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂107的构造。与表面层104的紧贴性高的氟系树脂106和与基材102的紧贴性高的氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂107的各自,为进入了纤维片105的细孔、凹凸的构造,发挥所谓“锚(anchor)效果”,表面层104-中间层103间的粘接强度、以及中间层103-基材102间的粘接强度提高,表面层变得难以剥离。
在表面层仅包括与中间层所含的氟系树脂同种的树脂的情况下,也有时如图1(b)所示表面层104和中间层103的边界无法明确显出,即使是这样的实施方式,因为在纤维片105的表面层侧纤维间隙含氟系树脂,所以可以说包含于本发明的范围。
此外,如图1(c)、(d)所示,纤维片105熔化,表面层104、氟系树脂106一体化的实施方式也包含于本发明的范围。
在此,在本发明中“纤维片”是指捆扎多个纤维而加工成片状的材料。
下面,对“表面层”、“中间层”、“基材”等详细说明。
(表面层)
本发明的滑动部件,在滑动面具有含氟系树脂(下面有时省略为“表面层的氟系树脂”)的表面层,但表面层的氟系树脂的种类、含有量、氟系树脂以外的成分、厚度等没有特别限定,可以适当采用公知的技术内容。下面,列举具体例进行说明。
表面层的氟系树脂,只要是含氟原子的高分子化合物,则没有特别限定,列举聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、四氟乙烯—全氟烷基乙烯基醚共聚物(PFA)、四氟乙烯—六氟丙烯共聚物(FEP)、聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)、乙烯—四氟乙烯共聚物(ETFE)、聚三氟氯乙烯(PCTFE)等。其中,也优选聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、四氟乙烯—全氟烷基乙烯基醚共聚物(PFA)、四氟乙烯—六氟丙烯共聚物(FEP),特别优选聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、四氟乙烯—全氟烷基乙烯基醚共聚物(PFA)。如果是上述的氟系树脂,则变得容易降低磨耗、摩擦。表面层的氟系树脂,不限于一种,也可以是两种以上的组合。
表面层的氟系树脂的含有量(两种以上的情况下为总含有量),通常为30质量%以上,优选40质量%以上,更优选50质量%以上,通常为100质量%以下,优选95质量%以下,更优选90质量%以下。如果在上述范围内,则变得容易降低磨耗、摩擦。
优选,表面层为含纤维片(下面有时省略为“表面层的纤维片”)的层。图2是表示本发明的滑动部件(一个实施方式)的滑动面附近的截面的示意图,为不仅仅中间层203,在表面层204也含纤维片208的构造。如果在表面层含这样的纤维片,则变得更容易降低磨耗、摩擦。
表面层的纤维片,是指与中间层的纤维片同样地捆扎多个纤维而加工为片状的材料,其材质、厚度等没有特别限定,可以适当采用公知的技术内容。下面,列举具体例说明。
作为表面层的纤维片的材质,列举芳香族聚酰胺、PTFE等的树脂纤维、碳纤维(包含成为碳纤维之前的前驱体纤维)、玻璃纤维、金属纤维等比用于中间层的氟系树脂熔点高的材料。其中,优选树脂纤维,具体而言,优选芳香族聚酰胺、PTFE,特别优选PTFE。如果是上述的材料,则变得容易降低磨耗、摩擦。表面层的纤维片不限于由一种材料构成,也可以由两种以上的材料构成。
表面层的纤维片的厚度(包含氟系树脂等前的厚度),通常为0.3mm以上,优选0.5mm以上,更优选0.8m以上,通常为2.0mm以下,优选1.5mm以下,更优选1.2m以下。如果是上述范围内,则变得容易降低磨耗、摩擦。上述也可以是重叠多张而设为上述范围的厚度。
优选,表面层的纤维片的最大孔径(包含氟系树脂等前的最大孔径),为容易浸渗氟系树脂等的粒子的大小,通常为0.005mm以上,优选0.010mm以上,更优选0.05mm以上,通常为0.5mm以下,优选0.3mm以下,更优选0.2mm以下。如果是上述范围内,则变得容易降低磨耗、摩擦。
优选,表面层的纤维片的空隙率(包含氟系树脂等前的空隙率),为容易充分浸渗氟系树脂等的粒子的比率,通常为50%以上,优选60%以上,更优选70%以上,通常为98%以下,优选97%以下,更优选95%以下。如果是上述范围内,则变得容易降低磨耗、摩擦。
表面层的厚度,通常为0.3mm以上,优选0.5mm以上,更优选0.8mm以上,通常为2.0mm以下,优选1.5mm以下,更优选1.2mm以下。如果是上述范围内,则变得容易降低磨耗、摩擦。
(中间层)
本发明的滑动部件,其特征在于,在表面层和基材之间具有含纤维片(下面有时省略为“中间层的纤维片”)的中间层,此外,中间层,在纤维片的表面层侧表面和纤维片的纤维间隙含氟系树脂(下面有时省略为“中间层的氟系树脂”),在纤维片的基材侧表面和纤维片的纤维间隙含氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂(相比于氟系树脂与基材的紧贴性高的树脂材),但纤维片的材质、厚度、氟系树脂的种类、含有量、氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂的种类、含有量等没有特别限定,可以适当采用公知的技术内容。下面,列举具体例说明。
作为中间层的纤维片的材质,列举聚四氟乙烯等的树脂纤维、碳纤维、玻璃纤维、金属纤维等。其中,也优选树脂纤维,具体而言,更优选氟系树脂、聚酰胺系树脂、芳纶树脂等,特别优选聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)等的氟系树脂。
此外,作为中间层的纤维片的熔点,通常为200℃以上,优选260℃以上,更优选320℃以上,通常为500℃以下,优选400℃以下,更优选390℃以下,熔化了的情况下难以流出的特性不可缺少。
如果是上述的中间层的材料,则能够充分发挥锚效果,使得表面层更难以剥离。中间层的纤维片,不限于由一种材料构成,也可以由两种以上的材料构成。
中间层的纤维片的厚度(包含氟系树脂等前的厚度),通常为0.1mm以上,优选0.15mm以上,更优选0.2mm以上,通常为1.2mm以下,优选1.0mm以下,更优选0.5mm以下。如果是上述范围内,则能够充分发挥锚效果,使得更难以剥离表面层。
优选,中间层的纤维片的最大孔径(包含氟系树脂等前的最大孔径),为容易浸渗氟系树脂等的粒子的大小,通常为0.005mm以上,优选0.010mm以上,更优选0.05mm以上,通常为0.5mm以下,优选0.3mm以下,更优选0.2mm以下。如果是上述范围内,则能够充分发挥锚效果,使得更难以剥离表面层。
中间层的纤维片的空隙率(包含氟系树脂等前的空隙率),通常为50%以上,优选60%以上,更优选70%以上,优选为容易充分浸渗氟系树脂等的粒子的比率,通常为98%以下,优选97%以下,更优选95%以下。如果是上述范围内,则能够充分发挥锚效果,使得更难以剥离表面层。
中间层的氟系树脂,只要是与表面层同样地含氟原子的高分子化合物,则没有特别限定,优选具有与表面层的氟系树脂同样的性质。具体而言,列举聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、四氟乙烯—全氟烷基乙烯基醚共聚物(PFA)、四氟乙烯—六氟丙烯共聚物(FEP)、聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)、乙烯—四氟乙烯共聚物(ETFE)、聚三氟氯乙烯(PCTFE)等。其中,也优选聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、四氟乙烯—全氟烷基乙烯基醚共聚物(PFA)、四氟乙烯—六氟丙烯共聚物(FEP),特别优选聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、四氟乙烯—全氟烷基乙烯基醚共聚物(PFA)。
此外,作为中间层的氟系树脂的熔点,通常为200℃以上,优选260℃以上,更优选320℃以上,通常为500℃以下,优选400℃以下,更优选390℃以下。
如果是上述氟系树脂,则能够充分发挥锚效果,使得更难以剥离表面层。中间层的氟系树脂,不限于一种,可以是两种以上的组合。
氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂,只要是氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂,没有特别限定,但列举烯烃系树脂、苯乙烯系树脂、丙烯系树脂、聚酯系树脂、聚碳酸酯系树脂。其中,也优选超级工程塑料,具体而言,特别优选聚醚醚酮(PEEK)、聚苯硫醚(PPS)、聚醚砜(PES)、聚酰胺-酰亚胺(PAI)、聚砜(PSF)、聚芳酯(PAR)、聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)等。
此外,作为氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂的熔点,通常为200℃以上,优选260℃以上,更优选320℃以上,通常为500℃以下,优选400℃以下,更优选390℃以下。
如果是上述氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂,则能够充分发挥锚效果,使得更难以剥离表面层。
作为氟系树脂和氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂的组合,优选,聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)和聚醚醚酮(PEEK)、四氟乙烯—全氟烷基乙烯基醚共聚物(PFA)和聚醚醚酮(PEEK)。如果是上述组合,则能够充分发挥锚效果,使得更难以剥离表面层。
中间层所含的氟系树脂和氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂的比率(体积换算),通常为10:90~90:10,优选30:70~70:30,更优选60:40~40:60。如果是上述范围内,则能够更难以剥离表面层。
(基材)
本发明的滑动部件的基材的材质,没有特别限定,可以适当采用公知的技术内容,列举碳、碳化硅、碳化钨、其他、陶瓷、金属等。基材,不限于由一种材料构成,也可以由两种以上的材料构成。
(机械密封)
本发明的滑动部件的用途,没有特别限定,例如作为机械密封、轴承等的旋转设备的密封部件等使用,特别优选用作机械密封。具备本发明的滑动部件的机械密封也是本发明的一个方式(下面有时省略为“本发明的机械密封”)。
本发明的机械密封的用途也没有特别限定,但特别优选用于多功能滤过干燥机、真空干燥机、旋转供料器、旋转连接等的在干燥润滑条件下使用的设备。
(滑动部件的制造方法)
特别优选,本发明的滑动部件,分别准备含氟系树脂的表面层用部件、含纤维片的中间层用部件、以及基材,对表面层用部件和中间层用部件的一面,以及中间层用部件的另一面和基材分别热压接而制造。如果是上述的制造方法,则能够效率良好地制造表面层难以剥离的滑动部件。
滑动部件的制造方法也是本发明的一个方式(下面有时省略为“本发明的制造方法”),其特征在于,包括:准备工序,准备含氟系树脂的表面层用部件、含纤维片的中间层用部件、以及基材(下面有时省略为“准备工序”);以及热压接工序,对表面层用部件和中间层用部件的一面、以及中间层用部件的另一面和基材分别进行热压接(下面有时省略为“热压接工序”)。
在此,“一面”是指纤维片、中间层用部件的一侧的面,“另一面”是指其相反侧的面。
下面,对本发明的制造方法的优选实施方式详细说明。
图3是表示本发明的制造方法(一个实施方式)的热压接工序的示意图。成为在电炉301内以表面层用部件304、中间层用部件303、基材302、重锤308的顺序堆积,根据重锤308的重量设定热压接的压力的结构。
在准备的表面层用部件304中含有氟系树脂(在图3的实施方式中,在表面层用部件304的中间层用部件侧表面涂布有氟系树脂305。)通过以该氟系树脂的熔点以上的加热条件进行热压接,氟系树脂熔化而浸透于中间层用部件303的纤维片,形成的中间层在纤维片的表面层侧表面和纤维间隙含氟系树脂。另一方面,在准备的中间层用部件303浸渗有氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂306,形成的中间层在纤维片的基材侧表面和纤维间隙含氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂。
图4是同样表示本发明的制造方法(另外的一个实施方式)的热压接工序的示意图。
在准备的基材402的中间层用部件侧表面,涂布有氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂406,通过以该氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂的熔点以上的加热条件进行热压接,氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂熔化而浸透于中间层用部件403的纤维片中,所形成的中间层在纤维片的基材侧表面和纤维间隙含氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂。另一方面,在准备的中间层用部件403浸渗有氟系树脂405,所形成的中间层在纤维片的表面层侧表面和纤维间隙含氟系树脂。
图5是同样表示本发明的制造方法(另外的一个实施方式)的热压接工序的示意图。
在准备的表面层用部件504中含有氟系树脂(图5的实施方式中,在表面层用部件504的中间层用部件侧表面涂布有氟系树脂505。)通过以该氟系树脂的熔点以上的加热条件进行热压接,氟系树脂熔化而浸透于中间层用部件503的纤维片中,所形成的中间层在纤维片的表面层侧表面和纤维间隙含氟系树脂。另一方面,在准备的基材502的中间层用部件侧表面,涂布有氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂506,通过以该氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂的熔点以上的加热条件进行热压接,氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂熔化而浸透于中间层用部件503的纤维片,形成的中间层在纤维片的基材侧表面和纤维间隙含氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂。
图6是同样表示本发明的制造方法(另外的一个实施方式)的热压接工序的示意图。
在准备的中间层用部件603的纤维片的一面(表面层用部件侧表面)浸渗有氟系树脂605,在纤维片的另一面(基材侧表面)浸渗有氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂606,形成的中间层在纤维片的表面层侧表面和纤维间隙含氟系树脂,在纤维片的基材侧表面和纤维间隙含氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂。
下面,对“准备工序”、“热压接工序”的详细条件等详细说明。
(准备工序)
准备工序为准备含氟系树脂的表面层用部件、含纤维片的中间层用部件、以及基材的工序,表面层用部件等的准备方法、其条件没有特别限定,可以取得表面层用部件等,也可以自己制作。
下面,作为表面层用部件的制作方法,以表面层为含纤维片的层的情况的表面层用部件的制作方法为例进行说明。
在这样的表面层用部件的情况下,列举将纤维片在氟系树脂的分散液浸渍,或者在纤维片涂布氟系树脂的分散液,然后进行脱水、干燥的方法。浸渍、涂布,不限于仅一次,优选,在反复进行了脱水、干燥后再次进行浸渍、涂布的循环,在纤维片的纤维间隙充分浸渗氟系树脂。
浸渍、涂布的次数,通常为一次以上,优选两次以上,更优选三次以上,通常为五次以下。这根据使用的纤维的气孔率、浸渗液的浓度等而不同。
优选,氟系树脂的分散液中的氟系树脂的平均粒径,为容易浸渗氟系树脂的粒子的大小,通常为0.0001mm以上,更优选0.0002mm以上,通常为0.002mm以下,优选0.001mm以下,更优选0.0005mm以下。不过,粒子凝集而形成前述的粒径以上的粒子也没问题。
氟系树脂的分散液的固体部分的浓度,通常为30质量%,优选40质量%,更优选50质量%,通常为80质量%以下,优选70质量%以下,更优选60质量%以下。
下面,作为中间层用部件的制作方法,列举在纤维片的一面浸渗有氟系树脂,在纤维片的另一面浸渗有氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂的中间层用部件的制作方法为例进行说明。
在这样的中间层用部件的情况下,列举在纤维片的一面涂布氟系树脂的分散液,然后进行脱水、干燥,接着在纤维片的另一面涂布氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂的分散液,然后进行脱水、干燥的方法。各自的涂布,不限于仅仅一次,优选,反复在进行了脱水、干燥后再次进行涂布的循环,在纤维片的纤维间隙充分浸渗氟系树脂和氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂。
涂布的次数,通常为一次以上,优选两次以上,更优选三次以上,通常为五次以下。
优选,氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂的分散液中的氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂的平均粒径,为容易浸渗氟系树脂的粒子的大小,通常为0.0003mm以上,优选0.0005mm以上,更优选0.001mm以上,通常为0.050m以下,优选0.030m以下,更优选0.020m以下。
氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂的分散液的固体部分的浓度,通常为20质量%,优选30质量%以上,更优选50质量%以上,通常为80质量%以下,优选70质量%以下,更优选60质量%以下。
(热压接工序)
热压接工序,为对表面层用部件和中间层用部件的一面,以及中间层用部件的另一面和基材分别热压接的工序,加热温度、设定压力、压接时间等没有特别限定,可以适当采用公知的技术内容。下面,列举具体例说明。表面层用部件和中间层用部件的一面的压接,中间层用部件的另一面和基材的压接,可以分别个别进行,也可以同时进行。
热压接工序中的加热温度,根据氟系树脂、氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂的熔点,在200℃~450℃的范围适当选择,如果是上述范围内,则变得容易确保粘接强度。
热压接工序中的设定压力,设定为不损伤各自的部件的程度,此外,通过在热压接中施加压力,变得容易确保粘接强度。
热压接工序中的压接时间,根据使用的材料不同,越花费时间,变得越容易确保粘接强度。
本发明的制造方法,只要是包含前述的准备工序以及热压接工序,也可以包含其他的工序。
例如,列举将氟系树脂等导入到空隙的致密化工序、剪裁为目的的形状的剪裁工序、研磨滑动面的研磨工序等。
实施例
下面,基于更详细的实施例说明本发明,但本发明不限定于这些实施例。
(实施例1)
(表面层用部件的制作)
将厚度0.35mm的100%PTFE纤维片(最大孔径:100μm、空隙率:90%),在聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)的水性分散液(固体部分:60质量%)和聚醚醚酮(PEEK)的水性分散液(固体部分:60质量%)的混合液(PTFE和PEEK的组成比(固体部分的体积)为50体积%:50体积%)浸渍,挤使得伸展褶皱之后,在吸水纸上展开除掉多余的水分,在电炉加热。反复多次该操作,制作了表面层用部件。
(中间层用部件的制作)
将厚度0.35mm的100%(PTFE)纤维片(最大孔径:100μm、空隙率:90%)的一面,涂布四氟乙烯—全氟烷基乙烯基醚共聚物(PFA)水性分散液(固体部分:约50质量%),在电炉加热。然后,在另一面同样涂布聚醚醚酮(PEEK)的水性分散液,在电炉加热,制作了中间层用部件。中间层用部件中的PFA和PEEK的组成比,以光学显微镜测定的结果是,50体积%:50体积%。
(基材的准备)
准备如图7(a)、(b)所示的圆筒形状(内径56mm×外径81mm×高27mm)的碳化硅制的基材,对粘接中间层用部件的表面以钻石研磨液进行了粗面化(0.1μmRz程度)。
(表面层用部件和中间层用部件、以及中间层用部件和基材的热压接)
在设置于电炉内的碳板之上,放置表面层用部件,在其上以与表面层用部件接触的方式放置了涂布了PFA的水性分散液的面。进一步,在其上放置基材,最后对粘接面施加压力并加热,对表面层用部件和中间层用部件和基材进行了粘接。
(致密化处理·精加工)
将热压接了的部件浸在聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)的水性分散液(一次粒径:0.2μm、固体部分:40质量%),就这样移到能够减压的容器,在真空条件下浸渗。在释放于大气后,在浸泡的状态下移到能够加压的容器,进行加压,继续了浸渗。然后,除去多余的水分、附着物,以电炉加热,两次反复进行了浸渗和加热。
将得到的部件移到电炉,在施加了对粘接面的压力的状态下进行了加热。
将在圆筒的内侧和外侧越出的表面层用部件和中间层部件的部分切除,精加工为圆筒状,进行表面层的表面研磨,平滑化而得到了滑动部件。
(实施例2)
将浸渍表面层用部件的PTFE纤维片的混合液的PTFE和PEEK的组成比(固体部分的体积)变更为80体积%:20体积%以外,通过与实施例1同样的方法得到了滑动部件。
(实施例3)
将表面层用部件的PTFE纤维片变更为厚度0.9mm,最大孔径15μm,空隙率70,将浸渍PTFE纤维片的混合液变更为PTFE的水性分散液(固体部分:60质量%)以外,通过与实施例1同样的方法得到了滑动部件。
(实施例4)
将基材变更为碳以外,通过与实施例3同样的方法得到了滑动部件。
(实施例5)
将基材变更为SUS304以外,通过与实施例3同样的方法得到了滑动部件。
(实施例6)
将表面层用部件的纤维片变更为厚度0.6mm的100%芳香族聚酰胺纤维片(最大孔径:200μm、空隙率:95%)以外,通过与实施例1同样的方法得到了滑动部件。表面层用部件中的PTFE和PEEK的组成比,与实施例1同样地,为50体积%:50体积%。
(实施例7)
将浸渍表面层用部件的纤维片的混合液的PTFE和PEEK的组成比(固体部分的体积)变更为80体积%:20体积%以外,通过与实施例6同样的方法得到了滑动部件。
(实施例8)
将浸渍表面层用部件的纤维片的混合液变更为PTFE的水性分散液(固体部分:60质量%)以外,通过与实施例6同样的方法得到了滑动部件。
(实施例9)
将在中间层用部件的纤维片涂布的水性分散液变更为PTFE的水性分散液和PEEK的水性分散液,PTFE和PEEK的组成比为50体积%:50体积%以外,通过与实施例8同样的方法得到了滑动部件。
(实施例10)
将基材变更为碳以外,通过与实施例6同样的方法得到了滑动部件。
得到的滑动部件的截面的光学显微镜照片在图8中表示。在图8中,图上侧的除去黑色的灰色部分为滑动面侧,下侧为基材侧,滑动面侧的白色斑点那样的部分为表面层中的纤维片,图中央向下附近的白色曲线处表示基材侧的树脂。
此外,图的中央附近存在的白色斑点状表示中间层中的纤维片。
(比较例1)
不经由中间层用部件直接对表面层用部件和基材进行了热压接以外,通过与实施例1同样的方法得到了滑动部件。
(比较例2)
将表面层用部件的纤维片变更为厚度0.6mm的100%芳香族聚酰胺纤维片(最大孔径:200μm、空隙率:95%)以外,通过与比较例1同样的方法得到了滑动部件。
(比较例3)
为了耐磨耗性的比较,将表面层用部件变更为碳纤维10重量%配合PTFE片以外,通过与比较例1同样的方法得到了滑动部件。
(水蒸气曝露试验)
在能够加热的简易耐压容器(蒸气灭菌器)的底面覆盖水(纯水),在水面靠上方分别设置实施例1~10以及比较例1~3的滑动部件,以液温度120℃,压力0.1MPa的条件加热两小时,冷却六小时的循环反复进行五次,确认了表面层等的剥离(脱离)。结果在表1~3中示出。
(滑动试验)
将实施例1~3以及6~8、以及比较例3的滑动部件,分别作为旋转用密封环设置在图9所示的机械密封,进行滑动试验,测定了滑动时的滑动面附近的温度(在从滑动面离开约1mm的部分设置热电偶。)和每100小时的磨耗量(厚度)(滑动试验的条件如下所述。)。滑动面附近的温度和磨耗量的结果在表1~3中示出。
·转速:300周(约1.0m/s)
·机械密封部的氛围和压力:氮氛围0.5MPa
·试验时间:100小时
·按压压力:0.15MPa
关于实施例4、5以及9、10,仅变更了基材、中间层中使用的树脂,所以仅进行水蒸气曝露试验,进行了紧贴性的确认。
下面对于图9所示的机械密封的详细进行说明。
该机械密封,在包围旋转轴905的外周的壳体910的内周经由O环907保持并且经由结合单元相对于壳体止转,包括固定用密封环903;在旋转轴905的外周经由O环908在轴向移动自由地配置并且与固定用密封环903在轴向相对的旋转用密封环901;将该旋转用密封环901按压于固定用密封环903,在滑动面902,904之间赋予负重的多个弹簧909;配置在该多个弹簧909和旋转用密封环901之间的中间环906;支承多个弹簧909并且经由所述中间环906将旋转轴905的旋转力传递至固定用密封环的套环(collar),具有通过滑动面902、904密封滑动,对密封对象区域进行密封的功能。

Claims (13)

1.一种滑动部件,其特征在于,具有:
基材;以及
表面层,其被设置在所述基材上,含氟系树脂,具有滑动面,
在所述表面层和所述基材之间具有含纤维片的中间层,
在所述中间层的所述纤维片的表面层侧纤维间隙含氟系树脂,在所述纤维片的基材侧纤维间隙含氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滑动部件,其特征在于:
所述表面层所含的氟系树脂为从由聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、四氟乙烯—全氟烷基乙烯基醚共聚物(PFA)、四氟乙烯—六氟丙烯共聚物(FEP)构成的组选择的至少一种树脂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的滑动部件,其特征在于:
所述表面层为含纤维片的层。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的滑动部件,其特征在于:
所述中间层所含的氟系树脂为从由聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、四氟乙烯—全氟烷基乙烯基醚共聚物(PFA)、四氟乙烯—六氟丙烯共聚物(FEP)、聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)、乙烯—四氟乙烯共聚物(ETFE)、聚三氟氯乙烯(PCTFE)构成的组选择的至少一种树脂。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的滑动部件,其特征在于:
所述中间层所含的氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂为从由聚醚醚酮(PEEK)、聚苯硫醚(PPS)、聚醚砜(PES)、聚酰亚胺(PI)、聚酰胺-酰亚胺(PAI)、聚砜(PSF)、聚芳酯(PAR)、聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)构成的组选择的至少一种树脂。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的滑动部件,其特征在于:
所述中间层所含的纤维片为由从由芳纶树脂、氟系树脂、聚酰胺系树脂、聚酯系树脂、丙烯酸系树脂、聚乙烯醇系树脂、聚烯烃系树脂、聚氨酯系树脂、纤维素系树脂、碳纤维构成的组选择的至少一种构成的片。
7.根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的滑动部件,其特征在于:
所述基材为从由碳、陶瓷、以及金属构成的组选择的至少一种材料构成的基材。
8.一种机械密封,具备根据权利要求1~7中任一项所述的滑动部件。
9.一种滑动部件的制造方法,该滑动部件在滑动面具有含氟系树脂的表面层,滑动部件的制造方法的特征在于,包括:
准备工序,准备含氟系树脂的表面层用部件、含纤维片的中间层用部件、以及基材;以及
热压接工序,对所述表面层用部件和所述中间层用部件的一面,以及所述中间层用部件的另一面和所述基材进行热压接。
10.根据权利要求9所述的滑动部件的制造方法,其特征在于:
所述中间层用部件为在所述纤维片浸渗了氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂的部件,
在所述热压接工序中,所述表面层用部件所含的氟系树脂浸透于所述中间层用部件所含的纤维片中。
11.根据权利要求9所述的滑动部件的制造方法,其特征在于:
所述中间层用部件为在所述纤维片浸渗了氟系树脂的部件,所述基材为在表面涂布了氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂的基材,
在所述热压接工序中,涂布于所述基材的氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂浸透于所述中间层用部件所含的纤维片中。
12.根据权利要求9所述的滑动部件的制造方法,其特征在于:
所述基材为在表面涂布了氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂的基材,
在所述热压接工序中,所述表面层用部件所含的氟系树脂和涂布于所述基材的氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂,浸透于所述中间层用部件所含的纤维片中。
13.根据权利要求9所述的滑动部件的制造方法,其特征在于:
所述中间层用部件为在所述纤维片的一面浸渗了氟系树脂,在所述纤维片的另一面浸渗了氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂的部件,
在所述热压接工序中,对所述表面层用部件和所述中间层用部件的浸渗了氟系树脂的面,以及所述中间层用部件的浸渗了氟系树脂以外的热可塑性树脂的面和所述基材进行热压接。
