Abstract
高温眼镜阀的密封装置,包括阀板以及与之接触的伸缩体和阀体,阀板上设置T形凸面,伸缩体和阀体上设置T形凹面,T形凸面的斜面与T形凹面的斜面相抵接,形成两道金属硬密封,伸缩体和阀体上T形凹面的平面处设置软密封件,软密封件与T形凸面形成一道软密封;进一步的,软密封件为固定连接的波纹管以及柔性石墨环,柔性石墨环与T形凸面形成一道软密封。本发明的有益效果是:1、采用两道斜面硬密封和一道柔性石墨软密封的三道密封结构,保证了阀门的密封性能;2、采用柔性石墨软密封可使用在高温工况,在400‑800°C的高温工况条件下可以安全工作。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种眼镜阀,特别是涉及一种眼镜阀的密封装置。
背景技术
眼镜阀是一种由盲板、透板等组合而成的形式眼镜的阀板机构,沿阀座密封面作往复直线移动,实现截断、开通功能的特种阀门。此阀门只能用于低于250°C的介质管道中。由于高温(400~800°C)工况的需要,橡胶密封圈的耐温不足,会发生泄露。目前,国内有不少厂家会在阀体和伸缩体内开槽,通循环冷却水,但效果不佳,最多能维持10分钟的350°C的高温。通过查阅国内外相关资料,还没有制造出能在400~800°C的高温工况条件下安全工作的阀门。
发明内容
为了克服现有眼镜阀上述缺点,本发明提供一种能在400-800°C的高温工况条件下安全工作的密封装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是高温眼镜阀的密封装置,包括阀板以及与之接触的伸缩体和阀体,阀板上设置T形凸面,伸缩体和阀体上设置T形凹面,T形凸面的斜面与T形凹面的斜面相抵接,形成两道金属硬密封,伸缩体和阀体上T形凹面的平面处设置软密封件,软密封件与T形凸面形成一道软密封。
进一步的,软密封件为固定连接的波纹管以及柔性石墨环,柔性石墨环与T形凸面形成一道软密封。
再进一步的,柔性石墨环与与T形凸面的接触面为曲面。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、采用两道斜面硬密封和一道柔性石墨软密封的三道密封结构,保证了阀门的密封性能;
2、采用斜面硬密封在同等条件下增加了密封面的面积,减小泄漏,采用柔性石墨软密封可使用在高温工况,在400-800°C的高温工况条件下可以安全工作;
3、采用波纹管与柔性石墨结合的形式,利用波纹管的高弹性,在柔性石墨环磨损后仍可压紧密封面,有效保证阀门的密封性;
4、柔性石墨环采用曲面形式可增大密封面积,减小泄漏。

如图1所示,高温眼镜阀的密封装置,包括阀板以及与之接触的伸缩体3和阀体1,阀板2上设置T形凸面A6-1和T形凸面B6-2,阀体1上设置T形凹面A7-1,伸缩体3上设置T形凹面B7-2, T形凸面A6-1和T形凸面B6-2的斜面与T形凹面A7-1、T形凹面B7-2的斜面相抵接,形成两道金属硬密封,伸缩体3 的T形凹面B7-2和阀体1上T形凹面A的平面处设置软密封件,软密封件为与固定连接的波纹管A4-1以及柔性石墨环A5-1,以及与伸缩体3固定连接的波纹管B4-2以及柔性石墨环B5-2,柔性石墨环A5-1与T形凸面A6-1形成一道软密封,柔性石墨环B5-2与T形凸面B6-2形成一道软密封。再进一步的,柔性石墨环A5-1与T形凸面A6-1的接触面为曲面,柔性石墨环B5-2与T形凸面B6-2的接触面为曲面。

1.高温眼镜阀的密封装置,包括阀板以及与之接触的伸缩体和阀体,其特征在于:阀板上设置T形凸面,伸缩体和阀体上设置T形凹面,所述T形凸面的斜面与所述T形凹面的斜面相抵接,形成两道金属硬密封,所述伸缩体和阀体上T形凹面的平面处设置软密封件,所述软密封件与所述T形凸面形成一道软密封。
2.如权利要求1所述的高温眼镜阀的密封装置,其特征在于:所述软密封件为固定连接的波纹管以及柔性石墨环,所述柔性石墨环与所述T形凸面形成一道软密封。
3.如权利要求2所述的高温眼镜阀的密封装置,其特征在于:所述柔性石墨环与与所述T形凸面的接触面为曲面。
