本发明公开了一种静音降噪型轴承,包括轴承内圈、轴承外圈、滚球和固定架,所述轴承内圈设于所述轴承外圈内部,所述轴承内圈与所述轴承外圈之间设有若干所述滚球,所述滚球之间设有所述固定架,所述轴承外圈为三层式结构,所述轴承外圈包括内金属层、外金属层和隔音层,所述隔音层设于所述内金属层和所述外金属层之间,所述隔音层内填充有隔音棉,所述内金属层与所述外金属层之间垂直设有若干个连接杆,所述轴承内圈内部设有真空层,所述轴承内圈一侧设有真空阀,所述滚球表面覆盖有润滑油,所述轴承外圈一侧设有注油孔,所述注油孔连接到所述固定架。通过上述方式,本发明能够显著降低轴承旋转过程中因为滚子摩擦而发出的噪音。

静音降噪型轴承
技术领域
本发明涉及轴承领域,特别是涉及一种静音降噪型轴承。
背景技术
将运转的轴与轴座之间的滑动摩擦变为滚动摩擦,从而减少摩擦损失的一种精密的机械元件,叫滚动轴承,滚动轴承一般由外圈,内圈,滚动体和保持架组成。其中内圈的作用是与轴相配合并与轴一起旋转,外圈作用是与轴承座相配合,起支撑作用,滚动体是借助于保持架均匀的将滚动体分布在内圈和外圈之间,其形状大小和数量直接影响着滚动轴承的使用性能和寿命,保持架能使滚动体均匀分布,防止滚动体脱落,引导滚动体旋转起润滑作用。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种静音降噪型轴承,能够显著降低轴承旋转过程中因为滚子摩擦而发出的噪音。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种静音降噪型轴承,包括轴承内圈、轴承外圈、滚球和固定架,所述轴承内圈设于所述轴承外圈内部,所述轴承内圈与所述轴承外圈之间设有若干所述滚球,所述滚球之间设有所述固定架,所述轴承外圈为三层式结构,所述轴承外圈包括内金属层、外金属层和隔音层,所述隔音层设于所述内金属层和所述外金属层之间,所述隔音层内填充有隔音棉,所述内金属层与所述外金属层之间垂直设有若干个连接杆,所述轴承内圈内部设有真空层,所述轴承内圈一侧设有真空阀,所述真空阀与所述真空层连接,所述滚球表面覆盖有润滑油,所述轴承外圈一侧设有注油孔,所述注油孔连接到所述固定架。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述轴承内圈的外表面与所述轴承外圈的内表面中间设有凹槽道,所述滚球设于所述凹槽道内。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述轴承内圈与所述轴承外圈的两侧连接处设有防尘盖。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述注油孔处设有密封盖。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明从轴承的内部结构出发,设计了一款能够降噪静音的轴承,轴承内部设有多层隔音结构,外圈内设隔音棉,内圈中设有真空隔音层,真空层通过侧置的真空阀抽气制造形成。

一种静音降噪型轴承,包括轴承内圈1、轴承外圈2、滚球3和固定架4,所述轴承内圈1设于所述轴承外圈2内部,所述轴承内圈1与所述轴承外圈2之间设有若干所述滚球3,所述滚球3之间设有所述固定架4,所述轴承外圈2为三层式结构,所述轴承外圈2包括内金属层5、外金属层6和隔音层7,所述隔音层7设于所述内金属层5和所述外金属层6之间,所述隔音层7内填充有隔音棉8,所述内金属层5与所述外金属层6之间垂直设有若干个连接杆9,所述轴承内圈1内部设有真空层10,所述轴承内圈1一侧设有真空阀11,所述真空阀11与所述真空层10连接,所述滚球3表面覆盖有润滑油,所述轴承外圈2一侧设有注油孔12,所述注油孔12连接到所述固定架4。
另外,所述轴承内圈1的外表面与所述轴承外圈2的内表面中间设有凹槽道13,所述滚球3设于所述凹槽道13内。
另外,所述轴承内圈1与所述轴承外圈2的两侧连接处设有防尘盖。
另外,所述注油孔12处设有密封盖。
本发明的工作原理为轴承内圈1设于轴承外圈2内部,轴承内圈1与轴承外圈2之间设有若干滚球3,滚球3之间设有固定架4,轴承外圈2为三层式结构,轴承外圈2包括内金属层5、外金属层6和隔音层7,隔音层7设于内金属层5和外金属层6之间,隔音层7内填充有隔音棉8,内金属层5与外金属层6之间垂直设有若干个连接杆9,轴承内圈1内部设有真空层10,轴承内圈1一侧设有真空阀11,真空阀11与真空层10连接,滚球3表面覆盖有润滑油,轴承外圈2一侧设有注油孔12,注油孔12连接到固定架4。

1.一种静音降噪型轴承,包括轴承内圈、轴承外圈、滚球和固定架,其特征在于,所述轴承内圈设于所述轴承外圈内部,所述轴承内圈与所述轴承外圈之间设有若干所述滚球,所述滚球之间设有所述固定架,所述轴承外圈为三层式结构,所述轴承外圈包括内金属层、外金属层和隔音层,所述隔音层设于所述内金属层和所述外金属层之间,所述隔音层内填充有隔音棉,所述内金属层与所述外金属层之间垂直设有若干个连接杆,所述轴承内圈内部设有真空层,所述轴承内圈一侧设有真空阀,所述真空阀与所述真空层连接,所述滚球表面覆盖有润滑油,所述轴承外圈一侧设有注油孔,所述注油孔连接到所述固定架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的静音降噪型轴承,其特征在于,所述轴承内圈的外表面与所述轴承外圈的内表面中间设有凹槽道,所述滚球设于所述凹槽道内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的静音降噪型轴承,其特征在于,所述轴承内圈与所述轴承外圈的两侧连接处设有防尘盖。
4.根据权利要求1所述的静音降噪型轴承,其特征在于,所述注油孔处设有密封盖。
