Abstract
一种把构件与混凝土或砖石坚密连接固定在一
起的紧固件,该紧固件的螺纹部分包括两段,第一段
为双螺纹,用于拧入混凝土中的钻孔,并在拧入钻孔
过程中使紧固件保持稳定和对中。第二段为单螺纹,
其螺距比第一段螺纹的螺距大,可容纳从钻孔中切下
的细屑,从而使切屑不致影响紧固件完全拧入钻孔。
Description
本发明涉及一种改进的紧固件,它可用于把物体同致密的、坚硬的材料如混凝土及其类似材料紧密连接,特别涉及混凝土或砖石紧固件的改进结构,该结构比转让给本发明受让人的Ernst的美国专利No.3,937,119中所述的结构有很大改进。
为适用不同目的而设计的不同紧固件结构在相关技术中也很普遍,例如可由下列美国专利获知:

本发明的主要目的是提供一种紧固件或锚的新型的、改进的结构,从而使其可把物体同质密的、坚硬的材料如混凝土及其类似材料紧密连接在一起。
本发明更具体的目的是提供一种具有两段螺纹结构的紧固件,其中:第一段为双螺纹,可使紧固件进入混凝土钻孔时保持稳定;第二段为单螺纹,其螺距的空间可容纳由于紧固件铰入钻孔而带来的混凝土切屑。
本发明更进一步的目的是提供一种能把物体和构件连接并具有很大的拔出阻力的紧固件。
本发明的再一个目的是提供一种具有径向切口的紧固件,它可以整洁地切削钻孔周围的材料。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种进入钻孔时比现在可获得的其它紧固件有更好的稳定性的紧固件。
本发明的结构和工作方式及本发明进一步的目的和优点可参考下面结合附图描述的实施例理解的更清楚,图中相同的数字表示相同的零件,其中:
图1为根据本发明制成的紧固件的侧面视图,它显示出该紧固件的独特结构。
如图1所示,本发明的紧固件10包括一个圆柱杆12,其一端为驱动头14,另一端为楔入尖端16。驱动头14上有驱动面18,可用于板手夹持操作;另外还有一个横向槽口20,便于螺丝刀操作。紧固件尖端16可以是所谓的X尖端,这种结构出现在美国专利No.4,693,654中。
紧固件的杆12包括光滑无螺纹部分22,这一部分从靠近驱动头处开始沿杆伸长一定长度;另外还有一部分为螺纹部分,这部分在尖端16与无螺纹部分22之间,其中包括在杆上的第一段24和第二段26。第一段和第二段螺纹将在下面详细描述。
在杆上的第一条螺纹28从靠近尖端处开始直到无螺纹部分22,可以看到螺纹28贯穿整个第一段和第二段24和26,螺纹28的直径随螺纹从尖端16到无螺纹部分22而逐渐增加,而其螺距保持不变。
螺纹28具有良好的尖锐齿顶,如图所示,而且有很多切口30,它分布在螺纹上彼此隔开。
在紧固件的杆上还有一条从楔入尖端开始并止于第一条螺纹28的中点附近的第二条螺纹32,由此限定了前述紧固件的第一段24。第二条螺纹32分布在第一条螺纹28的两齿顶的中间,其螺距与第一条螺纹28相同。可以看出,螺纹32的直径在整个长度上基本保持恒定,其直径明显小于第一条螺纹28。因而从图可见,第一段24由螺纹28和32两条螺纹构成,而第二段26仅由螺纹28一条螺纹构成。
本发明的紧固件10用于旋转拧入在混凝土或砖石墙36上的钻孔34,从而把构件38固定在墙上。
当紧固件进入钻孔34时,螺纹28和32多直径关系可以使紧固件的第一段24保持稳定并使紧固件与钻孔对中,保证紧固件同
轴地装入钻孔。随着紧固件进一步拧入钻孔,第一段螺纹切下细屑并存积在螺纹之间,如果继续如此,细屑会堵满螺纹之间从而防碍紧固件完全进入钻孔。但是第二段26的螺纹有较大的螺距作为收集和容纳切下的细屑的区域,因而切屑会进入这个区域不会防碍紧固件继续进入钻孔。
第一条螺纹28的切口30逐渐切削并从钻孔排除细屑,使螺纹稳定的拧入钻孔。当紧固件完全被拧入钻孔后,螺纹28上逐渐增加的直径使它具有大的卡紧力,因为最终的卡紧力与螺纹28和32的直径D1、D2以及钻孔34的直径D3有很大的关系,如图1所示。螺纹28的直径D1切入混凝土中,产生了基本的卡紧力。从图可见螺纹32切入混凝土中的程度较浅。
第一段和第二段的关系可以从每一段螺纹的螺距看出。在第一段24中,螺距P1由相邻螺纹齿顶的距离决定(如图1);在第二段26中,由于没有中间螺纹,所以螺距P2约为P1的两倍。
依前述可见,本发明的紧固件结构简单,易于生产,具有已知结构无可比拟的优点,从而达到了本发明的目的。
尽管只示出和描述了本发明的一个最佳实施例,但可以想象:那些本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离权利要求的精神和范围的情况下,可对本发明作出各种改进。本发明不受上述公开内容的约束,只受下列权利要求的限制。
Claims (6)
1、一种适用于拧入混凝土或砖石中的钻孔的紧固件,所述紧固件包括一头为帽头另一头为锥形尖端的杆,沿所述杆的长度从尖端到帽头具有均匀螺距的第一条螺纹以及在所述杆上的第二条螺纹,第二条螺纹从杆的尖端附近沿轴向基本延至杆的第一条螺纹长度的中点,其直径小于所述的第一条螺纹,由此限定了使紧固件自攻入混凝土钻孔的第一段螺纹,超出第二条螺纹末端以外的第一条螺纹部分构成了第二段螺纹,当紧固件拧入钻孔时,第二段螺纹可容纳和保存自攻过程中产生的细屑。
2、如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其特征在于:所述第二段螺纹的螺距大于所述第一段螺纹的螺距。
3、如权利要求2所述的紧固件,其特征在于:第二段螺纹的螺距约为第一段螺纹螺距的两倍。
4、如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其特征在于,所述杆在整个长度上直径基本一致,所述第一条螺纹的直径从紧固件的尖端到钉头方向逐渐增加,从而使紧固件的卡紧力增加。
5、一种适用于拧入混凝土或砖石中的钻孔的紧固件,所述紧固件包括一个杆、帽头和尖端,所述杆上包括靠近尖端的螺纹部分和靠近帽头的无螺纹部分,在螺纹部分上有两条螺纹,第一条螺纹具有均匀螺距,它连续分布于整个螺纹部分,第二条螺纹具有与第一条螺纹类似的均匀螺距,它仅沿着整个第一条螺纹长度的一部分分布在所述第一条螺纹中间,以限定第一段螺纹部分,所述第二条螺纹直径小于所述第一条螺纹直径。所述第一段螺纹部分适合于啮入和切入钻孔并保持紧固件与钻孔对中,所述第一条螺纹超出前述第一段螺纹部分的区域构成了第二段螺纹部分,第二段螺纹部分可容纳第一段螺纹部分切下的细屑。
6、如权利要求5所述的紧固件,其特征在于:沿所述杆伸长的第一段螺纹部分约为整个螺纹部分长度的一半。
